What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo definitely cuts down my prospecting research time. I always find something valuable on the site. Whether it is a direct dial, mobile number, or even a work email, I have had some great success at identifying and contact decision makers using the contact info on ZI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating part of the site is occasional outdated info. I will find a contact showing up at their last employer, and the contact info hasn't been updated. It would be great if there was a way to flag these contacts so that ZI could update or remove them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The #1 problem solved is getting direct to DM's. ZI takes away the tedious task of navigating call trees or dealing with gatekeepers. It has allowed me to make more calls in less time and have more discussions with the people I need to talk to.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, very self explanatory search features. Search tool is very useful

I would like to be able to save and resume looking through my pages right where I left off.

It consolidates my contact searches in one centralized location

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to have access to accurate contact information or our targeted clients
What do you dislike about the product?
It's virtually unusable on Safari. You cannot scroll down the page without it shooting back up to the top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting correct emails for contacts that are otherwise unavailable.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the ability to find a person from whatever company you're looking for and immediately having access to their email, number and linkedin profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info can be out of date, but overall and more often than not the information can be found there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved time on prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great tool to access a large quantity of contacts in any business setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times some number of employees in companies may be inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No specific problems besides employee count.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to utilize the previous searches in order to save time using all the search criteria.

Finding prospects to call on is made easier with Zoominfo getting emails and company names is the best part about it

That the numbers listed are often inaccurate

Prospecting made easy. Getting company names just based off of a persons name is very simple.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo makes it so much easier for me to get in touch with Key Decision Makers so we can provide value for their business.

Sometimes the information is old or not accurate.

Getting in touch with key decision makers. It is more reliable than scouring the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ZoomInfo is the fact that the emails and phone numbers are right majority of the time. That means less wastes time for myself.I also like that there are so many filters to really customize a search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that for a lot of smaller companies in ZoomInfo, the contact information isn't there or the information there isn't correct. I can understand it's probably more difficult to get that kind of information from smaller organizations, but just a thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right contact information, so I'm not wasting my time. Emails have been huge because beforehand, with DiscoverOrg, they really weren't very good.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allowed me to find information that was not found anywhere else. It allowed direct connections for lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some smaller companies could not be located.

What do you like best about the product?
Website layout, particularly the default to hierarchical ordering, option to filter by industry and job function, and ability to export to salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delay in exporting to salesforce
Contacts can be more than 2 years out of their position or even away from company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact info for possible sales leads, including phone numbers, locations, and emails

Be sure to use and familiarize with as many appropriate resources of the service as possible; particularly the sorting functions
