Business Development Manager - Recruiting Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like the searches your able to put into the system. You can search by name, company, department etc. It is very helpful and pulls up accurate and strong results. Also very user-friendly. The older version was easier but the newer one 2.0 works just fine!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is when you put in a search for something, and decide to put into another search for a company or contact, it does not erase the previous entry, so you have to manually clear it out.
So for example, I search Stamford Health Hospital, and I decide to search next Norwalk Hospital or a contact, it will keep my search criteria of Stamford Health.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to identify the key employees and contacts for my clients I should be connecting with and doing business directly with. It helps me understand the current organization chart for each part of their business - finance/accounting, administration, operations, management, human resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface and the mass adding feature! Instead of adding prospects one by one like other tools and websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The colors on the site are sort of bland. Not too fun to look at especially if you have to spend a few hours on the website. Adding some colors to it or some "fun" to it, would definitely make me love it more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to mass add prospects and figure out the competitors of a company I'm researching!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be tough right now since DiscoverOrg purchased ZoomInfo, I would say to ask for a free trial at first and see where ZoomInfo is headed. They might remain two separate entities with different databases.

What do you like best about the product?
While the data is clean itself, my favorite feature is the exceptional customer service. Reps are always available to work through any issues with the platform and will even follow up with great advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to clearly sort by what's already in Salesforce. The contact's name will have a blue checkmark next to it, but when you're sorting and searching by hundreds/thousands, it becomes a very tedious task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaner data and access to Sales intelligence that would normally be unavailable via cold calling.

Best centralized resource for prospect data
What do you like best about the product?
This is by far the best centralized sight for prospect data. All their information is update and accurate. My team and I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if they had information on smaller customers or up and coming star ups.

I love Zoominfo! It is so easy to use and it is phenomenal how it integrates with our CRM.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the tab come from the side and gives the information while I am in a contact record. That is so convenient. It is a time saver. Thank God for browser extensions!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have my own growing business outside of my regular job. I have used Zoominfo at work, but I got information on what it would take for me to have it for my business. I am a little disappointed that I cannot use it for my small business as a sole proprietor without having to pay a large fee to use it. It would be great if you could create a package for solopreneurs and start-ups where there are tiers of service. That way more businesses can use it and it will be more affordable as companies grow. Then they will top out having your full service. I really like Zoominfo. So if you created a package that is more than the 10 contact a month Community Edition you would have a lot more customers....I would be one!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At work we have not full utilized it but the goal is to use it to create better marketing lists so that we can get more traction with prospecting. One problem it will solve is the time it takes to research to find decision makers and their information. That is the main thin we need on our sales team to help us save time and spend that time reaching out to more people.

Don't delay!!! It is great so go for it.
Comprehensive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to quickly locate desired contacts. Search parameters are simply and comprehensive - I like the update notification that shows how current the information requested is - No stale contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about thus far...

Contacts, contacts, contacts...

Search filters are great for narrowed results.
What do you dislike about the product?
No mobile options. I hope that in the future a mobile map view will be available for field sales people where they can quickly look up ZoomInfo on any company in their immediate physical proximity.

Better qualification of pipeline prospects and contact info for DMs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look for even better things to come like mobile, field sales integration. A salesperson will be able to prospect in the field and retain a prospects ZoomInfo in a mobile map view.

What do you like best about the product?
Scoops. I leverage them for important/relevant information like mergers and acquisitions and executive movement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is outdated data and inactive employees based on what LinkedIn says. A lot of the time there is missing direct numbers and just HQ numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to refine my contacts based on persona, e.g. contacts that are involved in agile or budgeting/planning.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy the accuracy of the corporate phone numbers and getting to someone directly vs going through a gatekeeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always enjoy when information is outdated - i.e. technologies are no longer used, people have left the organization over 2 years ago. Honestly, I only run into that about 20% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg is great at finding me accurate phone number/contacts so that I sound like I know what I am doing when I call a business. I'm typically solving staffing issues in the IT sector.
