Review of Discover Org from a BDR prspective
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about the software are the opp alerts and scoops. It provides a conversation starter
What do you dislike about the product?
The opp alerts sometimes list contacts who aren't relevant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not haveing the right suite for the market you want to go after is challenging. Make sure you know your audience before signing up for a level of contacts
Generally useful information even if it isn't always accurate

I like that I can search through company directories and their existing technology, these have been extremely valuable

I dislike that the information is sometimes incorrect

I am figuring out how to get in contact with potential clients

It's definitely worth having, just be careful because it isn't always accurate

Ease of uploading to outreach and connecting with salesforce.

Discoverorg is still not a one-stop shop, I have to use LinkedIn to further my searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endless marketing has stopped so we can make sales. Benefits have been 100's of new accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the information is presented, and how you can send a contact right into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure, only been using it since March
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can figure out who is the best person to speak to at an organization, and I can pinpoint organizations that I would have the most success speaking with.

The support was awesome. I had a question as a user, and it was answered right away.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter across name, company, and title makes finding the right people that much easier. Additionally, the contact information pulled, including the address they operate out of is scary accurate. More times than not the numbers direct right to the desk of the person I need to reach, which saves me countless hours trying to get around front desk staff and admin assistants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have found a single thing wrong with the program. Some data might be dated and people may have left the organization, but the numbers almost always direct to their replacement which is just as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with the ability to find the decision makers within an organization and access to their email and direct lines so I can start having the right conversations that much faster. Half the battle is not only tracking down the people by name, but also finding their information and the best ways to get in front of them. This has saved me countless hours tracking down leads and following name trails. The product is vital to my daily/weekly/monthly process.

Implement into Bullhorn- that is the staffing CRM we use

What do you like best about the product?
I use DiscoverOrg multiple times during the day to verify contact information and strategically identify best contacts so that I can avoid contact fatigue of my customers. I have had only positive experiences requesting research to increase the depth or accuracy of contact details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am surprised at the price of a limited license. It only makes sense to pay for contacts within my specified industry, but I often run into "locked" content that I would expect to be included in the license I have access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the Org Chart of my customers allows me to know exactly which solutions to initially offer, based on their defined role and responsibilities.
Scoops/Intelligence has been a pleasant surprise helping to summarize the news and changes in an org.

It is absolutely worth the investment

The ability to find company information broken down so thoroughly. I was able to find C-Level information very easily with only a few clicks.

I don't have any dislikes at this moment

My team was able to build solid prospecting list with targeted research and accurate information

Making Work Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I am able to save all of my most used searches, and even set up notifications form those searches. I reach out to specific targets daily from those notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a little difficult to learn how to use the tool. I am sure I'm still not using it to the full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Discover Org for the most current information on all of my contacts. I am able to reach any more of my contacts than before.

Take your time and watch the tutorials. They really help.
Best Sales Enablement Tool Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, but at the same time, it is the most powerful tool I have ever used. I look forward to learning how to use it better and really leverage the power of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that not every company info is listed but that is a limitation of any product. I don't like some of the UI it takes a lot of steps to do simple things that I wish could be automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to generate hunt lists and get me to the right people with correct contact info. We did have a lot of invalid information in our CRM.

I used it for a sales training class when I began my new job.

The videos kept me engaged and were easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most people might not say this but I like quizzes throughout the videos so I can gauge where I'm at and make sure I'm keeping up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using it for sales and it helps me find contacts. This is extremely helpful because it points me in the right direction and gets me in touch with the right people.

It is just a matter of playing around and getting used to what works best for you, I would recommend using advanced search and watching the training videos.
