Decent Place to Start
What do you like best about the product?
Its a good place to get acquainted with a new company you are researching. I also like the ease of migrating contacts into salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not completely accurate or up to date. You will need a mixture of Linkedin and DiscoverOrg, particularly with odd titles and new hires

What do you like best about the product?
These days, prospecting best defined as “adding value to those who are not yet our customers”. DiscoverOrg allows me to do that value-addition meaningfully, with relevance and impact. Its integration with Salesforce, and the ability to download contact details, is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything I dislike. It does its job exceedingly well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My prospecting work and follow-up has greatly improved, and OTG dramatically improved results.

Get it!! Modern sales is very difficult without it!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed descriptions on financials , titles, and company overviews ..
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I filter out the employee location from the actual headquarters, the two still get combined from time to time.. meaning I'm trying to prospect lets say san diego for instance it will still pull in an employee who works for the company in san diego but they work remotely in texas so it's not really applicable ... i have set up the settings correctly but it still gets jumbled up from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to specifically target different segmented groups of employees, of companies based on industry by specific company size and relevant scoop related to a project im trying to look for it's incredibly efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
My rep, Rachel is so amazing. I always enjoy talking with her on our monthly update calls. She is so well informed, so professional and personable and ALWAYS extends herself to other departments within my company to see if she can help with their needs. The platform is so robust and we are learning more features and uses everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes. I think there's always room for improvement in everything we do, but so far, I haven't seen anything on the platform that needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating targeted lists for campaigns - Rachel gave me some great insights for doing this. I relayed the info to others within my company who access the site and we all seem to benefit from it. "It" being scoops and intelligence.
Also, working on a big project... DiscoverOrg has so much necessary information. It's really saved us a lot of time and energy finding the inside information we need.

Good accurate infromation
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export contact information to Salesforce quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar is lacking. If a company has a common name you have to click through multiple companies to find the correct one. In addition, if you leave the webpage open and go back, the search bar requires you to refresh the page or will not show you any results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovering future prospect companies and the correct contacts to reach out to at those companies. The contact information is what takes this further than just Linkedin.
DiscoverOrg - An essential tool for every sales rep
What do you like best about the product?
The Org Charts and the ability to find contacts from almost any company are undoubtedly the most valuable asset for Discover Org. Being able to find the decision makers and people involved at each company is the quintessential tool for any sales rep
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how ZoomInfo has not yet been incorporated into Discover Org. There are still contacts I find on ZoomInfo but not on DiscoverOrg and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using DiscoverOrg I am able to find the RIGHT people at each company and send tailored, RELEVANT messaging accordingly to get the highest engagement/response rate possible.

Some of the information is out of date and some people are not there anymore

Surprised more companies do not use DiscoverORG
What do you like best about the product?
I would say that this is easily the best prospecting tool out there. I've found countless contacts with ease that would have taken me much more time to find, if I could have found them at all. And the fact that it integrates directly with my CRM is really nice because that saves me a bunch of time that I would normally be spending inputting contacts. I also like that when you find a discrepancy with a contact/company, you can notify them and they will go verify everything for you and update the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. They provide training and have a great resource section and it's honestly just extremely easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts who use our competitors is huge because right away we know we are speaking with the right people and the companies that utilize our type of service/product.
Go-to tool for sales prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The easy connection to all of our sales tools. Discoverorg makes it easy to bring information from all our sales & Prospecting tools into one central solution. This gives us the necessary information to begin the sales process and make sure we are spending our time effectively and efficiently. The List match itself saves you hours of work with a quick copy and paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then there are quite a few leads that are outdated. Some information seems like it doesn't update with the company, like emails and phone numbers. Not the biggest pain really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
filling in gaps of companies that we are prospecting in to. FInding the right people for the right positions to make sure our time hitting the phones is spent effectively. With using DiscoverOrg and being able to structure our days around being effective and hitting the right people, I see more fulfilling conversations.
Another benefit is seeing scoops and news feed articles, giving you vital information on companies and their current situations. They tell you whether or not companies have projects coming, who to talk to, what department. They set you up for the call.

Fairly up to date intel on company and employee information
Org chart is helpful understanding company hiearchy
Ability to connect with other software tools like salesforce, outreach, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Parent/subsidiary list could be better and wish the stats from the subsidiary companies would roll up to the totals of the parent account. Employee size for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new prospects within potential customers. More efficient than any other tool we have.
