Invaluable tool
What do you like best about the product?
I work in the recruiting field, and as great as LinkedIn can be, it doesn't really easily allow you to dig deep in understanding a company or it's employees. Also, scaling your search to company size, industry and revenue really allows me to reefing my search for new business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish you could select more records per page that are generally available now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, Zoominfo allows you to find those ever important decision makers and how to gain access to them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can filter in so many way. I have uncovered many leads through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to filter out the contacts I have already downloaded.

it gives us a lot of opportunities to find new customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Great resource to see internal org structures of companies across a wide range of industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes access to certain key figures can be limited and search doesn't always return the results I'm hoping for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg is a great resource to connect with fellow members across a wide range of industry.
Great Resource for Contact Information
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has great contact information that I've found to be super reliable and has helped our sales team get in touch with potential customers and secure business that we wouldn't have been able to secure without the data provided by ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem with ZoomInfo is that on a company level they have too many organizations that either don't exist or are pretty much useless to companies looking for B2B data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of getting in touch with specific potential customers at organizations through the reliable data provided by Zoom
Information that works
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to research a company and discover who works in what role is a sales professionals dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the ability to create a separate window to view information without hitting to back arrow to return to search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to discover who is person that I need to meet with to present my services and products.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used ZoomInfo at 2 different companies, once with dedicated accounts, and once in an open hunting role. The data has been great for both roles. I would NOT be able to do my job without ZoomInfo!
What do you dislike about the product?
80% accuracy is pretty good for email addresses, but I'd like to see fewer bouncebacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the IT people I need to speak with to sell my products.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo to clean up our dirty data on almost every lead I receive. This has allowed me to reach my intended target on each call rather than going in loops.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the integration with Salesforce to be more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm reaching the decision maker on the first call rather than going through the gatekeeper and running the risk of getting pushed aside. This has allowed me to become more efficient in my day to day tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to master the process of importing data and you'll be just fine.

Everything, it suits every purpose that I need to do my job. I live in Zoom 5 days a week!

I have not come across anything, I am a huge proponent of this product.

Finding contact information for new and existing SalesForce data.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to access the data I am looking for. They have a lot of direct phone numbers. A lot of other services I have used in the past did not have direct phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I logs me out every day and sometimes during the middle of the day. It is just a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and growing our business. We are able to directly call prospects. I have access to direct phone numbers and emails of those potential customers that I want to target. I don't know how people can successfully grow their business quickly without a tool like Zoominfo.

In my research it is the best product on the market for business information.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount in information that's available and the accuracy of the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we cannot export information but i understand that it's necessary and allowing exporting would be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding direct contacts for the sales that I need to make.
