A 2 in 1 powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like most about DiscoverOrg is the searching capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the business model and how you have to pay for certain departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg helps us prospect into accounts.
Amazing information access that has ramped up our sales efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Current info, direct contact numbers/emails never fail, ease of use. Technologies that companies use are included as well as deatiled overviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
On admin side, it would be nice to get more detailed reporting so we can see how our employees are using the tool and help us improve their use/access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to getting Zoom, we didn't do very much fresh prospecting at all. We started prospecting and have seen Zoom help us get to the right decision-makers and take some of the pain out of the process.

You will benefit. Great support and tools.

Constantly updated profiles - up to date emails and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you can't find someone (very rare)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct marketing. Able to get contact info for very targeted people and positions within companies. Able to save time and effort trying to get in contact with the correct person.
Easy to Use / Semi Insufficient Info
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ZoomInfo is fairly self-explanatory; I can tell someone to look up information without having to explain how to do so in the system. The site recognizes almost any company you could be searching for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is often very insufficient information; I can usually find 1/4 of the direct lines I'm looking for upon first glance, and upon trying those lines tend to find out that another 1/3 or so of them are HQ numbers or non-direct lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, prospecting, and generating sales leads. We have realized that we are able to find more information on the people we are prospecting without otherwise having to ask the companies themselves for it or digging through emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using if you are on a team of 4 or more people to make the money worth it.
ZoomInfo has contact info on almost everyone
What do you like best about the product?
This was my first time using ZoomInfo and the tool has been incredible. Almost every contact I need information for, ZoomInfo has it and it's very accurate. It has a great integration with outreach through a chrome extension, so once I've added the prospect to outreach, I'm able to immediately update their contact information. Lastly, ZoomInfo makes prospecting extremely efficient with the ability to export prospects into Outreach and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new outreach integration has been great, but it creates a lot of duplicate issues. Another issue is that about once a month, the website goes down for about a couple hours (unscheduled), usually right in the middle of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer have to guess prospects email/phone number. ZoomInfo has it all. Makes the sales job very efficient with Outreach and Salesforce integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I love the bulk import feature. Easy to add a lot of prospects into a sequence

UI. Seems kind of old. I think it could use an update to make it a little less clunky feeling

Finding direct dials for my prospects and sometimes finding out their tech stack

What do you like best about the product?
Contact information on Zoominfo is up-to-date and complete, which is a must have when you want to efficiently reach the decision makers !
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the financials on certain companies need to be revised on a more constant basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining the correct phone numbers and email addresses is now easy and fast!

Contact information and company intel are complete and generally up-to-date
Out Of Date Prospect Information
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. This database is out of date and DiscoverOrg expects customers to update it for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an absolute waste of money to purchase this service. LinkedIni Navigator is much better and less than 1/8 the price

zoominfo is the best to serach and get info of the customers or persons with all informative with directly..as per company standars good for business to help others to get..super ilike it

some of the info is raw data some are mistakes when i compare to comapny website ..third party sites they have drawn the data ..other than zoominfo is best to get the info..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are finding info to respective conatcts we are giving info to client they will contact and find business about the info..getting more opputunites when u conatct directly to customer
Couldn't do my job without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of access with ZoomInfo and the amount of accurate information that the website has. My corporation pays for the upgraded membership and without this tool, I could not do my job daily. I have been nothing but pleased with everything ZoomInfo has offered us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. The new update made the platform even better and I am pleased with everything that ZoomInfo has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often times I need C-level individuals information and do not want to have to bother them without scheduled time, so I find it very easy to go to ZoomInfo in order to find this information quickly and with accuracy. I also love that I can find who else may be important to know at the company so that while I am reaching out, I am making sure everyone who is necessary in the process is included on all conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will make your life so much easier. This cuts my prospecting time in half and saves me from the hassle of obtaining the right information from gatekeepers to get access to the individuals that I want to meet. Many C-Levels are impressed that I was able to find them and know so much about their work history - however, I do not give up my secret of ZoomInfo!
