What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great at helping us find direct contact information to support our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the switch from 1.0 to 2.0 was not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding direct & accurate contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
i like easy access to contacts at companies i am prospecting. In today's age many companies will not willingly provide contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not utilize cost can be a deterrent. Also contact information is sometimes lacking in smaller company searchs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales its all about finding the right person to target your products . Able to target correct person making life a bit easier and putting revenue in my pocket.
One of the easiest ways to prospect
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can take our ICP from a company and customer standpoint, and find prospects within minutes. Not only am I able to find them quickly but the contact information is much more up to date than some of the other tools I've used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there could be easier to surface information about the companies themselves, but the I'm really in need of the specific employee info that they have tons of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to make it easier for our sales team to get better direct contact information for our prospects. Have been able to get more prospects quicker than we have been able to in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're interested then at least go through the trial and see if you can get better prospects, quicker than you have in the past. If you're able to get more, quicker than it works for you like it did for us
Nice tool for getting leads and getting great information from scoops within industries.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different aspects of Discover Org and how you can define specific industries and "scoops" within those industries to help find qualified leads. I like the ease of uploading to our CRM and the communication features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are a decent amount of leads in the system that do not have a credible email or no email address at all. Also, quite a few emails can get filtered out but thats part of the game!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation has improved dramatically and we are getting more people to respond to email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to quickly search companies in the directory and having access to contacts, title, organizational structure, direct phones and relevant business initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't fully understand the correlation of opp alerts and how it relates to scoops. Some companies will have surge score of 90 or higher for certain topics but their initiatives under scoops don't align

Helping discover new companies and prospects.

Get familiar with Scoops and Finding direct lines

What do you like best about the product?
Well sourced clean data within the healthcare sector is incredibly hard to find. The fact that my vertical has been cracked wide open with Zoominfo's specific tag searches is incredibly powerful. Along with an awesome super responsive CS team who has done their fair share of making me the superuser in our office in under 2 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find anything I dislike. I am patiently waiting for more filters when adding company traits but have already been informed it's on the roadmap for 2019
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above. Clean data in the healthcare sector is hard to find. Even harder is clean contact info with all the correct lines and emails for those prospects. Because of Zoom I can prospect harder and faster than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the trial period a go and break as many things as possible. Once you break them the Zoominfo team will put the pieces back together and get you back in the game fast

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do an extremely specified search. I like that I can search for buyer, purchasers and procurement. Then look under the manufacturing industry and get more specific if I want. I like to use industrial and auto under that segment. I prefer to use people and companies in the US. I also like that I can change the management level to either add prospects or eliminate some.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see how many people/companies I have clicked on. That way I can keep better track of my 2k look ups per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to get past the gate keeper and to get better information about the companies and people we are prospecting. One benefit I just discovered was all the information provided about a business. What type of products and services they offer, who their competitors are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it. It is easier to use than other programs, more accurate information, and the cost is not bad.

I love that zoom gives me all the info in one location

The only thing is that sometimes direct lines are not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me find business connections that I wouldn't think were possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The contact search feature. As someone working in sales, this saves so much time on prospecting and makes finding the correct contact a breeze. I love that I'm able to plug in my client's domain url, a few key titles that I'm searching for, and filter how recently it's been updated to find the correct contact that's still in the role I'm prospecting for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is outdated or inaccurate. If you're prospecting on a smaller company, you may have to resort to extending the "Last Updated" time frame in order to populate contacts, which may result in prospecting contacts who are no longer with the company or no longer in the role you are targeting. I have also had some emails that I acquired through Zoominfo bounce, so I double-check to verify emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting clients for sales outreach. One of the main benefits is efficiency. Being able to pull information as quickly as ZoomInfo allows has made our outreach process extremely efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep in mind the "Last Updated" field when conducting a contact search. Making this field 6-12 months as opposed to the other options will narrow your search, so you'll get less results, but those contacts are more likely to still be at the company or still in the same role. This will save you time on prospecting as you won't waste time constantly being redirected or having your emails bounce.

What do you like best about the product?
I have spent HOURS searching for contacts prior to using this, but now I have access to quality information and contacts to set meetings and grow my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the addresses and headquarters are off.
