Zoominfo - It's the best out there
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the most complete data base of prospects emails and phone numbers I've come across. It's a clear time saver vs almost all other options, and their accuracy is incredible at the amount of information they have. It is so good I often think I'm not utilizing it to it's full potential. Anywhere I work, I would ask them to have this tool. Its easy to implement, I've never had to contact customer support, I use it daily and the it integrates with everything I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally they have wrong numbers and emails, but every tool in this space doesn't have 100% accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my team find contacts, and we use chorus to record our sales calls. It is instrumental on helping my team find prospects for which we have no other source to reliably do this. Then after they set up the call we use chorus to do weekly call reviews that are immensely important for training and understanding the product.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the email tracking system, in our business it's perfect because intellectual property is stolen often and we now can have a tracking of who, where and time an email was opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult learning the system

They are solving the problem of email tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Truly I have such great things to say about ZI that I don't know where to start! To begin with, I wouldn't be able to get in touch with the people I need to speak with to do my job. The chrome extension is an absolute game changer and saves me SO much time! There are almost always options - if someone's number isn't available, then I can find their name, email, or title at the very least.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information isn't updated, there's a wrong number, or the company email has the incorrect format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Based on the filters I select, it tells me WHO I should be talking to, and how I can get in touch with them. People that I didn't even know existed in an org show up, and gives me lots of visbility into who I should be speaking with,

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo still has some of the best data out there. Been rivaled at times but still the leader for a reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their acquisitions never are integrated well with the zoominfo platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helped our teams find good leads. Some industries are lacking with data but if if are selling to companies over $50M in revenue, then you will find plenty of data.

Easy to use application and very useful data.

Contacts sometimes are outdated even with the high accuracy filters applied.

Zoominfo helps us to quickly edentify potential prospects and stablish a contact line to shorten sales prospection process.
Quick, easy to use and the best dashboard ever to be used by a sales personnel.

The information is really easy to get and is eaily integrated with the CRM. We frequently use it for lead generation and it has multiple features which makes it an easy tool for implementation.

Pricing could be a bit more competetive.

It helps us to get all the information required for a lead in one destination and makes work easier to track.

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can find pretty much all the contact information for mostly all the companies, the fact you use the filters just for the targets you wan it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly ZoomInfo is the easiest plattform to use and also the most accurate than other ones in the market with the one of the best customer support like banks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Literally the most relevant we dont use a big amount of salesperson which means the costs of our organization can keep the same for a good time. Save us time using the Intent integration is best feature the have, because after that we just jump in to the offices to try to find the right person to talk to about our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great intro to a company, while not always accurate as people leave/retire, it still gives you legs on who to ask for, approximate company financial size and multiple names to ask for when approaching a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not really a dislike, but sometimes its not always accurate. Sometimes people havent been with the company in years, so thats embarassing, or there isn't enough employees to get to in a company. Other wise its a great aid to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its letting me know who is at the company, helps me target the right persona, and gives me options on who i can contact for my sales pitch.
Amazing Service Experience from Zoom Info
What do you like best about the product?
The access ond ease of using the system. It was very simple and the results speak for themselves. We use this product every day and multiple times a day across our departments. We also integrate it into our centralized CRM platform. It was so easy to implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much. This is a pro and I was happy to have the advisors available to be able to show us around in the case we needed any assistance. It has everything we need plas more to accomplish what we need as a marketing team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to zero in on our Marketing targets in real time with quality lead data for contacting efforts. It is also giving us enhanced features on the marketing interests that help us identify if they are truly a good fit for our products, so it is a win win for both parties involved.
Zoominfo is very easy to use and get all information that you are looking for.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can look up a person and have their information right there so that I can get in touch with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to say there is really nothing that I dislike.

It is helping me by increasing sales. There is no problems at this time.
