worth the investment
What do you like best about the product?
zoominfo provides alot of direct lines. compared to other services a large majority of the numbers provided are direct dials. They also do a good job at keeping their data base updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
i have had a fair share of email addresses from zoominfo bounce. the number quality is great but email quality could use improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting more sales!

worth it. direct dials are great.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to prospect and I like that it has filters to narrow down your search. I also like the ReachOut feature that allows me to see someones information in a small window at the top of the screen without clicking into Zoominfo's actual website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a lot of times that the data is outdated or inaccurate, so I still have to double check to see if it is correct via LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us somewhat verfiy information about prospects and their companies

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search for specific companies and see what company info we have about each person. Most of the time, it is quite accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the functionality - you can't really control/command + right click and have different leads in another tab and keep the main search results page open. You have to click and see results one at a time, which makes it harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo gives us great information for our sales team to use for finding new prospects.

Zoominfo is great for those who are looking for a useful sales tool to find good prospects. Most of the information is accurate, and it is quite easy to find who you are looking for.

Disco Org enables me to do my job quickly and more effectively

Often times when using the software the people I am trying to reach out to don't work there

um I don't think I am solving anything ... Basically it just enables me to be a better adm

Open access to additional departments. I use HR and it would nice to have ops

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg provides an excellent way to identify prospects, their contact info, and titles to determine who to reach out to. It is very easy to search for companies based on employee count, industry, and location which allows for specific targeting efforts. Additionally it saves a tremendous amount of time by not having to search LinkedIn, test email addresses, and have to go through gatekeepers and/or company directories to reach a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that there is more outdated or incorrect contact information that you would expect (bad phone numbers, email addresses that bounce, people who no longer work there, etc). While there are thousands of companies in the database I do sometimes find some that are not. Additionally for many companies there is only one or two contacts whereas some have almost the entire organization! It would be great if the database of employees could be more consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg saves our teams a tremendous amount of time when prospecting and identify contacts. It allows us to verify inbound leads to learn more about our prospects while also providing an excellent means to contact additional employees at an interested company. It has lead to increased appointments, pinpointed targeting, and more valuable conversations with decision makers.

Zoominfo gathers more leads with better accuracy by scanning the web

There is a bit of quantity over quality with some leads being retired

With Zoominfo we are able to reach out to more leads in our target markets
A good prospect hunting supplement
What do you like best about the product?
It provides direct lines and correct email addresses based on signature lines
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates only happy 3 or 6 months so contacts can be wrong. Also, if an employee's email signature isn't updated or shut down after they leave a company, you won't know unless you call in (I've called for deceased employees)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get a hold of decision makers and get around gatekeepers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Does not replace other tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator - but should be considered a supplement (Navigator will tell you their role and provide their personal description of their job title, etc.) Zoom info adds to that with contact info and some neat details about work history, in the news, etc.
Great SDR Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the salesforce integration that allows SDR to prospect into specific accounts without leaving the page. I can even grab onto the contact information for multiple people and import them simultaneously to save even more time. I also love that I can use zoom info in a separate tab to do broad searches across their database. Zoom Info is a must have for sales organizations
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is a little hit or miss, which will be the case with anything really. The way they make up for it though is letting the user know how recent the data that they are pulling is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we solve is finding the perfect contacts for our SDR team

DiscoverOrg is simple to use and a very useful tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about DiscoverOrg is the ability to confirm and source contacts to call out on and prospect. Finding the hierarchy within a company is extremely important in sales prospecting and that's what this tool allows you to do. I also like best how it integrates super well with SalesForce which is our main CRM platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a little annoying to use. Also the information is typically out dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to find the best point of contacts within a company. With this I am able to use my time wisely and not chase after leads that don't make sense.

Very simple to use, use it in order to discover who are the best points of contact to reach out to in order to help your company prospect and find the best leads.
