Unreliable information that is good one day and bad the next
What do you like best about the product?
In theory, it is a great tool for prospecting and finding contact information for potential new clients. When the data is good, it makes the job very easy, but this is rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is extremely unreliable and at times you can get back less than 30% correct information. We ultimately had to end of subscription and explore new tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through ZoomInfo we were simplifying the prospecting process and reaching out to larger numbers of users at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not use this system, it will cause headaches trying to correct data.
A Good Second-Chance Contact Database
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has several contacts along with emails and phone numbers of contacts im looking to reach out too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information can be outdated and not complete. When complete, the phone numbers can be correct or incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to find the right contacts at companies to reach out with pitches too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great start for a contacts, but it it's not a one-fit solution. You'll need to use it along with other services or databases.
Accurate data 85% of the time
What do you like best about the product?
For a product that provides data, it does a great job identifying emails and direct lines correctly
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits. I haven't used one credit but there must be another way of a pricing tier than to say we only have 1000 credits a year to upload to SF

Getting passed gatekeepers and connecting with people immediately.

The contacts were verified and up-to-date.

No drill down into categories and was unable to target very specific verticals effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed to replenish database as well as conduct ongoing list hygiene for large sets of contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of contacts and tools available to quickly complete list hygiene projects.
Need leads, then Zoominfo is for you

We were able to gain new leads in new markets that we jad not been approaching

Some of the leads are outdated but that is expected

Needed more leads for sales people to cold call and reduce the time required to find them

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to find contact info however the info is wrong about 20% of the time. No bueno
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact info is sometimes bad which makes it a guessing game.

Finding contact info for target accounts

Can easily grab information about a prospect from their linkedin page. Easily import into other sales tools.

search isn't perfect. more information being imported would be nice

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find data on prospects. Most of the data is valid but I have noticed recently more and more emails & phone numbers are not accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails & phone numbers are not always reliable. I have run into a number of situations where prospects are either not in the database or their contact information is not relevant or valid.

Trial it out first. Make sure they have the info that you are looking for before purchasing outright.
ZoomInfo - great resource
What do you like best about the product?
I did love that if I needed to find a contact for a company, majority were on there. It was beneficial in a recruiter position.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I wasn't a recruiter and had a position in which recruiters were calling me, I didn't like it. Only because they could find my numbers to call me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really depends on what your job is. If you are in the recruiting industry - this tool is highly beneficial.

Old records and 25% inaccurate information
