Absolutely LOVE DiscoverOrg
What do you like best about the product?
I love the information that only DiscoverOrg provides! Top notch quality service, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you place an inquiry, sales teams can come at you hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have only realized benefits of DiscoverOrg! I have access to information and contacts that no other service can provide!
Improved data and good SFDC integration
What do you like best about the product?
SFDC integration is very good for our reps to use to enhance their prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating mass uploads can be very confusing when integrating with SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Researching targeted companies and key targeted people within targeted accounts.
Zoominfo for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me so much time in searching for direct lines of companies. That alone is worth the time you will save over the year
What do you dislike about the product?
It's filtering features are weak I feel in comparison to something like Sales Optimizely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales reps are being more efficient with their time -- doing what they are paid to do which is sell, and not spend all day researching and building lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at what Sales Optimizely are doing and build in those features for filtering
DiscoverOrg is the answer
What do you like best about the product?
While most applications provide "miles wide" information we have found that DiscoverOrg is the only application that provides miles deep, accurate, content. I've implemented DiscoverOrg at 4 organizations now - it is the most commonly requested application by my enterprise sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only battle I have had to fight internally over DiscoverOrg is the cost. Once I have the opportunity to provide a features/benefits review to my Finance team the argument has been quickly won. In one particular case our CFO was dead set against the expense of the item until we took him through a searche for himself. He was astonished with the accuracy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise decision-making C level contacts and direct reports. We find that we are able to get to the right person far more quickly with DiscoverOrg. My sales team has the confidence that the information provided is accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your comparison homework. I have found that many think that a less expensive solution is the answer. DiscoverOrg is worth every penny we've ever spent on it. Again, it is the most commonly requested application that I have gotten from my sales teams who do not have it but know the value.
Hit or Miss
What do you like best about the product?
The idea is great on paper, info based on people email signatures. Occasionally the data is good and you get through.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is old, incorrect, or just plain wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With zoom, contacting the right DM by contacting them directly at their number is great, sometimes when you call the main line never get through and then get the direct line you have reached the right person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am still not sold it is worth it. The idea sounds great on paper but if the data is wrong or outdated than it is simply useless.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct phone lines to prospects that live natively in SFDC. Easy to import the Direct Line into the prospects lead or contact record

The chrome extension is annoying and seems unnecessary. It pops up at every website and it doesn't seem like you can turn it off. The side bar icon is also very large and gets in the way - bad UI

Good platform worth utilizing for prospecting
Helpful email finder but not always accurate
What do you like best about the product?
The application button that lets me click to find email addresses when I'm on a prospect's LinkedIn page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't understand why I have to click to reveal email and phone number when the first click into the application should have already signaled that that's what I wanted. Why click twice? Also, recently I've been having to enter my password for everly prospect I want contact info for. It used to be saved when I was actively using it so I would only log in first thing in the morning, but now it's every single time I go to use it, even if I've just used it. It's also less accurate for prospects who are new to the role. Hunter.io used to be amazing for finding new prospects email addresses but LinkedIn recently shut them down so you can't use the application button to find that info anymore. Now you have to go to hunter's site, which takes longer. If Zoom could gather email addresses as quickly as Hunter, they'd really be on to something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find contact info more quickly than other tools because of the application button that you can download. So speed is the number one benefit but accuracy is often way off or I have to go into their site to pull the correct information -- which seems odd.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just know that it's often inaccurate and can't capture recent job change data. It tends to lag when people change companies because it shows you that people still work for certain companies even when they've been gone for years. The company worth projections are completely off as well.

nothing. it is so user friendly and has great support when you run into issues or problems.
