I LOVE ZOOM INFO

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the bookmark plug in for the browser but I also love the search feature overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it emails the search string now vs how it used to work in the past. It slows down my productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish that it had better location features in the search. Sometimes with HQ being in other states it confuses the search.

What do you like best about the product?
Their accuracy they have with the emails and direct dials for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reach out sometimes says they do not have a person's contact information, however when you go to the ZoomInfo website the contact information is there.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can find information needed to fin potential prospects. It also helps when we don't have all of the information needed to process leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time the information is correct, however sometimes the information is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating information in our database.

ZoomInfo is Ok

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has the best number data of any data company, I have not found more direct dials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and UX is really bad, not to mention the CSM treatment is really bad too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have direct dials to work calls into our workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have your team making dials, you should purchase zoominfo. It will lead to tool overlap as they don't really do anything else that well, but it will be worth your time.

Easy and fast time to value

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use the search options to drill into the specific types of contacts I am looking for. You can get very specific in a short amount of time allowing my prospecting efforts to take place quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the accuracy of some search options, in particular when differentiating by company headquarters I find accounts to be listed incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of needing prospects to sell too, but not having visibility in a scalable way to identify them.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can create and export custom contact lists based on title and industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often information is outdated and the person is no longer with the company or a new employee doesn't show in the registry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach a large amount of hiring managers in a short amount of time to market candidates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great way to reach contacts that you otherwise wouldn't have the contact info for. Make sure to utilize the advanced functions.

What do you like best about the product?
Often times, ZoomInfo has information on people not able to be found on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, my main prospecting tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated contact information, either email, phone, or position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an excellent tool for prospecting for our markets

An essential tool for my role in business development

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to generate lists of prospective clients by geographical region, industry, job title, size of company by employees and revenue etc. I can run a report of CFO's in biotech, companies of 50-100 employees in Southern California within seconds - that's powerful. Also the ability to quickly and easily get direct contact details for decision makers within my target companies. I need to be able to reach that person so having their direct phone number is vital. Oh, and the fact it integrates with Salesforce so I can import new leads easily saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in. It used to be a quick and easy auto login right to the search screen - now I have to start at home page, presumably to see the ads posted there. Some data entries aren't correct or are outdated. I appreciate that people come and go from companies and move around, but some contacts are old and outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New business development. Generating contacts and contact details within potential sales leads, generating lists of potential future customers. Definitely seen a benefit of time saving and efficiency. Direct phone numbers and e-mail addresses are essential for sales and new business development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the 20 minute webex training session, make sure you're getting the most from the platform. Learn how to effectively create lists within the system as its one of the best ways to create focused lists of potential customers, complete with contact details.
