Valuable Resource
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive data, organizational charts, and contact information are very useful.
Exports and CRM interface is simple and unlimited - bulk actions are appreciated to support marketing activities.
Since the data is researched and updated frequently, its reassuring when distributing communication that we are speaking to the intended audience.
Notifications of personnel and project changes provide timely updates which help with contact and content accuracy.

What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg is easy to like! User friendly, accurate data and current updates. Initially, the contacts in our targeted marketplace were limited but the company continues to expand research to provide the appropriate contacts and organizational information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate contacts minimize errors in our marketing campaigns and prospecting. When I have submitted requests for additional contacts or industries the response has been timely and accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend DiscoverOrg if you are looking for a resource that provides 'real-time' data and support. Training tools are easily accessible and my DiscoverOrg point of contact stays in touch to introduce new products and expanded solutions. Their responsiveness is awesome - I have requested additional company or contact information and received feedback within 24-48 hours. DiscoverOrg has been a great add to increase our prospecting and marketing reach!

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is EASY to use and provides insider scoops into prospects and current clients. There are no longer "cold" calls with this tool.
My favorite tool is the "vacancies" where you can see recently left employees.
Our team loves having daily alerts emailed to them as well. It's awesome having a dedicated representative to answer questions any time of day. Harter is always so responsive and friendly. We love working with him.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything that we "don't" like about this tool.
We are an IT Staffing company, so occasionally, we will run into data sets not being available because DiscoverOrg only has that marketing dataset for that company. They do, however, allow you to submit a request for that company to get more information.

This eliminated the "cold" call process for us all together. Before this, we used LinkedIn, combined with other tools, but this puts all of your data in one place which is very convenient.

We get the most benefit from Org Charts and Trigger Alerts

efficient delivery of pertinent information on a targeted account. Org Charts, Technology footprint, and current objectives are readily accessible.

Not a lot to dislike. If DiscoverORG does not have info on a contact. The response to a request if typically within 24 hours.

DiscoverORG allows our team to reduce time for prep prior to a campaign, which maximizes reach.

Relevant and Accurate Data
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has been a great tool for my business development needs, as it displays accurate and current IT professional information for organizations I'm trying to break into. In addition, it lists the company size, IT budget and software applications that they're currently on which is extremely relevant when identifying target companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't access all business records on our current license

Breaking into new businesses I'm trying to work with that I can't determine who the key decision maker is
Great Direct Dials and Lead Lists
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can update accurate contact and company profiles as well as create lead lists and targeted accounts. I also like that it is also visible on Salesforce.

The information is probably 80% accurate.

Great Prospecting Tool for Any Form of Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the design of ZoomInfo and it's ability to connect with Salesforce when necessary. My goal when using ZoomInfo is to find marketing executives at different institutions in order to find their connect information and connect. ZoomInfo allows me to find their LinkedIn, Email, and direct phone number.
From gathering this info, I can call the potential client and make an instant connection faster than using Google or any search engine and constantly running through web pages.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes when using ZoomInfo they do not always have the marketing executives for each firm. However, this may not entirely be ZoomInfo's fault because occasionally when calling these firms, said marketing executive doesn't exist.
However there have been times when ZoomInfo's data has been inaccurate and makes me sound like a fool when I ask for them at the institution.

The problem of slow prospecting is being solved. I am able to quickly find my points of contact and reach out.
The search engine function on ZoomInfo is always very useful in saving me time overall.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend not only sticking to just one prospecting tool. ZoomInfo's customer support is very good and worthwhile. If you work in sales, you can never have enough prospecting tools so stay aware and what is available and use them all.

I love that the database has emails and direct dials, it makes it very easy to prospect and call on potential clients.
