Valuable research tool
What do you like best about the product?
prominent and valuable tool to do the primary and secondary research, building the list of companies with revenue, industry, sub sector and getting the technology which they are using help us in sharing valuable intel to sales leaders
What do you dislike about the product?
the contacts needs to be updated, sometimes I see same person working in 2 companies

phone number providers with verified email address
Great tool for finding leads and customer info
What do you like best about the product?
I love the websights feature. We use this all the time when doing research for leads and customers. It was very easy to start using and implementing with our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have issues with the lookalike tool not working. Every time I've reached out to customer support and my problem has been addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping us learn which companies are interacting with our website, which ones are searching for solutions we could provide. This helps us narrow down our target group.

Enhancing pur accoubt data in Salesforce and anwork list for our SDR's.
How to Find a Contact in 10 Days (actually less!)
What do you like best about the product?
There are plenty of opportunities for training and certifications for Zoominfo. I've been able to have hands-on experiential learning by using the application, which set me up for major success. The application is very user-friendly and I could confidently explain "how to dos" to a new team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find anything that I dislike about Zoominfo. It's been a very helpful tool and save a tremendous amount of time with who our company should contact. The information is very accurate and we've only had a handful of situations where we added in undesired contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we'd use multiple applications to get the required data we were looking for. Zoominfo has cut that process down to just needing one. It has almost all the functionality we could ask for and we couldn't be happier with the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Increases my sales becasue it provides contact information (email and phone numbers) which have proven to be very accurate. Also , really like the account updates when you see activity and we can be timely with our emails. With your help, we can tell when they are interested. Sales Froce does not do anything like this. It just churns leads internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't any down side. It is just a process to learn the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have the ability to find out the accurate decision makers throughout all levels in the company. (phone numbers and email).

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales gives me the insight I need to search for prospects. They are warm leads to me which allows for a much better introduction to what I can offer to a new client.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is occasionally bad / old info that can waste a bit of time with tracking down the proper information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding qualified leads.

the tag company is not that usefull for a team. the tag by default are for a single personne so if i look at a new prospect and i tag him "no product for us" my collegue must also search trough the site to see it

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. We can get access of company insights and contact information. Every it of information available in the Zoominfo is very valuable. It makes our work easy. We can easily download information without any problem. Also, we get good customer supprt from the Zoominfo on regular basis. I use zoominfo on regular basis for my business operations. Its very easy to integrate with office applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem with Zoominfo sales is the authenticity of the conatcts. Most of the time we get outdated or wrong information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solves my databse problem. I can easily download databse from the application. It saves my lot of time and helping me to focus on my outreach and business development success.
Helpful for information but harders to export into outreach

Provides a lot of quality phone numbers and intent signals.

Adding contacts to outreach feels more manual.
