Contacts sourcing
What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the easy view of the contacts by department which in turn helps to priortize top leads and work on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not correct some of the times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo gives the contacts information such as the email address, phone numbers and Linkedin profile of the leads which helps us to reach out to the buying commitee and helps to come to a conclusion quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly, and it connects right to my LinkedIn. I genuinely wouldn't be half as well of as I am in my current connections and business without contacts in Zoom. I use it every day all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only think i would change is the ability to mark when a contact is disconnected, or out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding contacts for people I need to be in touch with.
Highly accurate and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ZoomInfo Sales is the extension. Its ability to gather data quickly on most company's websites is incredible. Contact information is very accurate, and if an email or number needs to be updated ZoomInfo is quick to respond to contact info update requests. 10/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides. However, I'd recommend that we have semi-frequent product training or pro-tip reminders either through a "did you know?" pop-up or emails to all power users.
I feel like a big, maybe unknown, pain for the majority of sales organizations is that their BDRs and AEs do not utilize their tech stack to its fullest potential. Simplify because they don't incorporate frequent product training(s) on their tech stack or check in with their reps on how things are going.
I'm just a data-savvy BDR and I appreciate learning and having access to a well-rounded solution, so just thought I'd shed light on this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me identify the correct contact or persona that I'm targeting because there are many instances when our CRM does not have the correct information. It's greatly benefiting me by getting in front of the right person and company.

enhance list option is also very useful, it would be nice to have an option, when uploading a list of companies to be enhanced to have an option of adding contacts to it from our defined Buying group, so we can see which companies fit that criteria right away.
I also have a very positive experience with customer service team, they answered very fast and provided answers we needed.

the verticals - I'd like more specific sub-verticals for electronics hardware
also the classification of industries/verticals can be sometimes completely misleading. When filtering the companies, it would be nice to have more information about their solutions/products in the description field
It happens from time to time to find a company that is marked as inactive but in fact, it is not. I tried to provide feedback every time that happened. Also the number of employees/contacts sometimes is significantly less than in Sales Navigator, so it can be misleading sometimes. Still, those situations are not frequent.

my SDR team always praises us after buying zoominfo, it supports us in sourcing new data daily and easily generate new leads, qualify existing ones. with cell numbers bypass the gatekeeper. database is healthy

wish they did something with the export limit, but with other competitors they are giving desent credits to download

My experience with ZoomInfo Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of ZoomInfo sales is it's huge database of contacts and companies. Secondly, it's integration with various CRM platforms like Salesforce, making it easy to transfer and organise data directly in CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation that I and my team experienced with ZoomInfo sales is it's restriction with bulk lead tranfer. Most of the time the platform didn't allow us to transfer more than 100 leads at once.
Another thing that I dislike is the presence of duplicate leads. There were multiple instances of duplicate leads for the same contact.

In my outbound sales role, ZoomInfo sales helped me by providing contact details I needed for potebtial leads. It also helped me in identifying the high buyer intent companies, which made it easier for me to target right prospects and increase the chances of sales conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales primarily for prospecting and finding new contacts at different accounts, and I appreciate how it helps me stay organized by allowing seamless integration with Salesforce for moving new prospects and leads. The platform keeps me efficient and ensures I am reaching out to the right people with accurate contact information, significantly reducing email bounce rates and enhancing my outreach efforts. I really enjoy the ease of use with its browser extension, making my workflow very efficient. Furthermore, I admire the constant innovation by ZoomInfo Sales, even though I haven't heavily utilized the copilot feature yet, I am eager to incorporate it into my workflow. Additionally, the advanced search and intent signals feature is incredibly beneficial, as it provides insight into the right contacts and potential leads. The initial setup was very easy with single sign-on, making the process smooth. Finally, the secure and quick operation of ZoomInfo Sales, combined with its comprehensive features, makes me highly likely to recommend it to others.

I honestly can't find anything to criticize here. Zoominfo fully meets the expectations of both my team and myself.
