ZoomInfo has been career changing for me, I would not be where I am now without them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Intent feature, and how easy it is to see all the businesses in my terrtory. As well as being able to have decision makers contact information within a few clicks. I use ZoomInfo on a daily basis when it comes to my job. If on the odd chance I have any questions (because the system is so user friendly) their customer support gets back to me in the matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their data is a bit outdated or incorrect. But that's on a rare occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ZoomInfo I had a hard time identifing key decison makers and even if I knew who they were, I had a hard time getting ahold of them because most sites only give you the HQ number. But with ZoomInfo I'm able to not only their emails, but also their direct lines, cell phone numbers, and linkedin. So I have all the data I need to be able to follow a successful contact sequence to get the decision makers attention. If I still get can't get in contact with the decison maker, ZoomInfo provides other employee's contact information within their organziation chart so I can build a relationship with them to eventually get a warm introduction with who I need to speak with.

ZoomInfo also changes the game when it comes to prospecting as well to find businesses within my territory, and I can even filter out the businesses that would not be a good fit for the solution I'm selling, so I'm saving myself the time and energy of chasing down the wrong prospects. Prospecting used to take me all day, but now I can find 50 or so good businesses in small area and have all the information I need on them to make a successful call/drop.

Effectively generate leads how YOU want

What do you like best about the product?
I've used ZoomInfo Sales for two years now at two different places of work and it has been the most effective way for me to identify my most succesful markets and generate effective lists with the right contacts.

There are loads of parameters and viewable data you can use to filter down a list to exactly who you need to reach.
Searching for contact and company information is easy and quick. You can nitpick specific accounts or contacts from generated searches and
identify highly engaging methods of communication for specific customers through ZoomInfo's "hot" signals, reported by other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Big learning curve. Occasionally there are severely outdated contacts.

Search "all results" for a specific name should be able to order related accounts a bit better: small issues not being able to view the accounts that match the name you search at the top and instead getting lost on the 2nd, 3rd page etc. while names that don't match your search quite as well may be found on the first page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating effective lists for my outbound sales team and identifying our most succesful markets and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoominfo for 2 years now.I use it primarily to retrive cell phone numbers and email ids of prospects I want to reach out to.One of the most useful features of Zoominfo I discovered recently has been the intent data.It integrates with my crm and tells me which companies in my tam have been researching my company and have buying intent.Other than that it is very easy to use tool and it is very simple to export contact details of prospects from zoominfo to crm without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I primarily dislike about zoominfo is that sometimes the designation of person and even the contact details of prospect it provides is wrong.Several times the contact details are junk especially for Apac prospects.As a result, I have many times ended up calling a wrong person with the same name but having no connection at all with my target company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is one of the most useful tools for sales professionals like me.Everyday we need contact infos of many prospects who we want to reachout to in order to sell/introduce our product.By providing us with information like a prospects contact details, latest news about the company like leadership changes, their last funding, buyerer intent signals it helps us to prospect better and close more deals.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It is great for making lead lists and narrowing down key accounts in specific geographies and industries. It provides up to date contact information for thousands of key contacts and helps give insights on leads and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is missing for certain accounts but overall no real downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct access to key contact information. Benefits me by helping me reach the decision maker directly.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo have this amazing aspect of creating lists of the prospectus and then we can automate the workflows for A/B testing mails for nueruting the leds in an easy way
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike sometimes just the speed of the platform takes time when loading the websights part for landingpage analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was solving the markeintg emails nurturing workflow for me. More like Helping to see the correct workflows for different leds that the marketing team was creeating and then sending each industry bassis personalized mails for betterment

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo makes prospecting so much more impactful by providing search insight reporting and being able to identify decisionmakers at prospects. I am able to tag companies I want to keep an eye in as well as build automated reports for regions and industries. I use it daily as I am always searching for new prospects and reasons to contact them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I have really found a downside, information is critical and having ZoomInfo as a resource is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI helps me determine the best method to establish contact; email addresses help and the 'fire' bug on the best contact menthod (likelihood of responding) is a great addition. Intent searches really help prioritize leads and make for more confident outreach.
