Zoominfo user experience overview
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. We can get access of company insights and contact information. Every it of information available in the Zoominfo is very valuable. It makes our work easy. We can easily download information without any problem. Also, we get good customer supprt from the Zoominfo on regular basis. I use zoominfo on regular basis for my business operations. Its very easy to integrate with office applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem with Zoominfo sales is the authenticity of the conatcts. Most of the time we get outdated or wrong information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solves my databse problem. I can easily download databse from the application. It saves my lot of time and helping me to focus on my outreach and business development success.
Helpful for information but harders to export into outreach

Provides a lot of quality phone numbers and intent signals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding contacts to outreach feels more manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use it as a source of data when prospecting individuals and accounts.
ZoomInfo is very user friendly and I am able able to right contacts for communication very easily.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get the email address, Job Title and even phone numbers from Zoominfo so that I can start prospecting and creating leads which are instrumental for my success. It is well integrated with Salesloft and SugarCRM so it helps me to export the data easily. Zoominfor is very easy to understand and equally easy to use. and I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to find any negative features of Zoom Info, it has helped me to be very successful in my sales career.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me to find the contact information so that I can propect and create leads and connect with customers which is instrumental for success in a Sales profession. Zoominfo helps me to create top of the funnel pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that there is a lot of company information available once you understand how to search for it. Customer support is very good. I use it in conjunction with Salesforce all day long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, a lot of the contact information is outdated.

I use Zoom Info to find current company information including current news and contacts.

Gives you all of the information you need to do your job as a sales person quickly, effectively and efficiently. Everything in one spot

A little glitchy at times. These glitches tend to hamper velocity. A bit frustrating.

Not knowing who I should spend my limited time, resources and energy on

The ease of the platform allows me to quickly get the contacts I am looking for my marketing initiatives

The Enage platform does not do a good job in getting results from an email standpoint.

It allows me to drill down to my ideal customer profile with quality leads for my sales teams.
Zoominfo Sales for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
For prospecting Zoom info's data, often including cell phone numbers married with intent and scoops is incredibly valueable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the HubSpot integration doesn't work, that's frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to reach decision makers

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to build a search using criteria to match results to my ICP. If I am looking to build a large list to start a new campaign, it's super intuitive. On the flip side, it is also quite easy to get super granular using the advanced search feature.
I also love the information ZoomInfo offers on each company (Scoops, Technologies and Attributes, specifically) because that allows me to load up on the info I need. Combining high quality contact info with the contextual intel I'm able to get using ZoomInfo Sales, I always feel prepared to have a productive conversation with a prospect (whether it be the first touchpoint with them or a follow up call).
Support has been phenomenal as well, offering training calls for my team and I (shoutout Kristen Shannon and Jacey Gaddey), and following up with each of us individually to ensure we have what we need to be successful with the tool.
I use ZoomInfo literally every day and I am glad to, which cannot be said of every software in our tech stack.

What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes are pretty small and nitpicky, but worth mentioning: I think that the UI, while intuitive in most areas, could use a second or third look. Simple quality of life functions like allowing for easier switching between SalesOS and Marketing by clicking on the icon in the top left of the screen would be nice. Also, the fields that pop up when I go to request updates on a contact record are a little restrictive. There are many options, but sometimes it would be nice to have an optional open text box where I could fill in a note that maybe doesn't pertain directly to one of the pre-existing fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we receive website traffic, not everyone will fill out a contact us form, or if they do, sometimes they will leave out some of their contact info. ZoomInfo helps fill in the gaps. Beyond that, I am able to use the tool to find additional contacts at companies already in our pipeline to get additional traction if things are stagnating with our initial point of contact. Those are two of the biggest things Sales helps me solve.
