What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides and instantanious clariity on prospects and business development. The ease of use and the ability to contribute to the accuracy of the program as you develop the market is remarkable. Excellent insights and scoops when it is truly needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides to using ZoomInof is the dependency of the immediate lookup. As it integrates with more applications the need increases to validate and crossreference clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A holistic approach to B&D occurs when there is greater insight and reach.

What do you like best about the product?
This little diamond has been a huge help to my time management...making each sales step easier with fast research, productively exporting data with one click and even exciting when all the info is in one place. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints...I am still learning all the benefits of this amazing software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing information on the leads I am targeting based off the clients website and linking it all together so I can productively export data over to Sales Force.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate, the interface makes sense and is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy can be hit or miss which makes it a little more difficult to track down the right information; HOWEVER, it still gives you a great high-level overview and can help you track downt he right answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a central hub for me to look up quick information about a company; number of employees, locations, contact information, etc.

Zoom Info is powerful and easy-to-use, and I can't imagine prospecting without it!

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive. After a few minutes a new user will be able to search companies and contacts using multiple search tools, such as web addresses, individual's email addresses, etc. In addition to searching for a specific company, that company's competitors are also suggested for additional prospecting. When searching a company with operations in multiple states, you can simply click on the state(s) to refine the list of contacts. Once the contacts appear, you can filter the list alphabetically by name or by position. The flame icon helps the user to see which method of communication (email, phone, SMS) to which the contact is most likley to respond, thereby increasing the effectiveness of prospecting. If the contact has a LinkedIn account there will be a link to their profile. I use Zoom info on a daily basis, typically opening a page on my browser and leaving it open all day. It is a fantastic tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it would be helpful for ZoomInfo to actively promote and encourage users to suggest updates to individual contact data. It is easy to suggest updates and ZoomInfo is prompt to make those updates. Having the most accurate data will help to ensure users continue to utilize the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me gain insight into the various contacts and their roles within the organization. When prospecting I generally focus on three or four roles and I can easily filter to find those personas. Additionally, learning which method of communication the prospect is most likely to use is extremely helpful. Its amazing how ZoomInfo knows whether the contact is most likely to respond to email or will take a cell phone call.

Zoominfo is easy to use, and data is accurate and up to date.

Some of the data may lag a little when prospects update their titles, but overall it does a good job
