The best password vault, period
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using 1Password for several years, both at work and at home. The tool keeps getting better, and the investments from the 1Password team are very visible. From a corporate admin point of view, the tools are robust and easy to use. These admin features are perhaps what differentiates 1Password the most with its competitors. The ease of setting up multi-factor authentication tokens directly in 1Password is a close second.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here. I know some people dislike the absence of free tier, but I believe there is a lot of value in having the right tool to roll out to an enterprise. Our adoption rate within our firm is now close to 70%, so I believe this is worth every penny of the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password truly allows us to strengthen our security culture. Almost every cybersecurity webinars we have done internally featured 1Password as a tool for cyber-hygiene. Shifting our culture to use MFA and strong, unique passwords on every account is a critical endeavor of ours.

What do you like best about the product?
1Passwords relative ease of use, including it's excellent integrations with macOS, iOS and even Windows are unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just don't dislike anything about it. It's so great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing password is seamless.

1Password has been incredibly easy to use and the support has been continuously great. From the initial reach out to the post-contract support has been top notch!

The product can be simple to a fault. Not a massive issue but happy that they keep adding new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major solve is sharing secrets, credentials, token keys with external users, and just overall password security.

What do you like best about the product?
1Password Teams works consistently everywhere we need it to. The UI is beautiful and intuitive. The Customer Support forums are active and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I had considered was custom item templates but that's now available by enabling beta features in the Mac app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password makes it simple to generate, store, and share secure passwords. In addition to being a great password manager, the fact that it's easy and beautiful is a big step toward encouraging people to not reuse passwords across services.

I love teams, and OTP 2FA for everything
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI takes a little bit to get used to. It’s decent, but not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving for the sprawl of credentials, secrets and owner service accounts necessary to manage a distributed team in an all SaaS environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at the competitors to ensure it’s the right fit for you. Not everyone finds the interface intuitive. But our org uses it effectively

I don't need to remember passwords. And it becomes easy to have different passwords (and complex) for each app I use.

I found out through my HR provider (Rippling) that I could auto-provision 1Password Business accounts with Office 365.

That was, in fact, a GREAT decision! I own a digital marketing agency, and so we deal with a LOT of credentials. From clients' social media accounts to our own personal logins, it's hard to keep track!
My employees definitely love how useful it is, and I'm glad that they actually USE it. Seems to be difficult for IT people to get non-IT people to use something like this, but not for me!

Honestly? Setting up the SCIM bridge was, at first, kind of confusing. I realized part of that was because I was tired. Once I got it down, it was easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management, of course! It's so much easier (and more secure) to share login credentials with my team through 1Password vaults and access control. That said, it increases productivity and transparency.

Just do it. Best investment you'll make if your business handles a lot of credentials for people!
Accessible and Secure Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like 1Password because I can access it anywhere on my computer, phone, and watch. It's in sync, which means I don't have to worry about remembering passwords. The initial setup was very easy, and there was a helpful onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it asks every fourteen days to put in your password. Seems a little bit too excessive. I understand why they're doing it, but it would be nice if I could change this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password to manage hundreds of strong, unique passwords, store two-factor authentications, single keys, and important documents like my driver's license and credit cards. It's accessible everywhere, keeps everything in sync, and prevents me from worrying about remembering passwords.

The procedure when someone is locked out of his account can be heavy, guess it has to be.

Sharing access and passwords amongst teams is now very easy and infinitely more secure than a shared spreadsheet !
