The thing is that passwords are kinda confidential so just a feedback that the 2fa part can be more secure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving basic problem of remembering multiple passwords.
Working with 1P has been great so far.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to store a variety of logins and create different access vaults.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags a bit and when passive for a certain time, it kicks you out, so have to login or re-authenticate.

Very secure for storing passwords, keys, and secrets
What is most valuable?
1Password is very secure for storing all my passwords, keys, and secrets for work.
What needs improvement?
1Password should check and alert me if my information, such as my password or email address, has been sold on the internet. There is a function for that, but it's not very good or useful for me.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I haven’t faced any issues with the solution’s stability.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
In our previous project, all of us used the solution. I pay for a family package, and my family also uses 1Password.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I've previously used another password manager, LastPass, but it was hard to use and got hacked.
How was the initial setup?
The solution's initial setup is absolutely easy. You can easily install it from a browser or an app on your tablet, phone, or computer.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Users have to pay around five euros per year for the solution. 1Password is worth the money.
What other advice do I have?
1Password is deployed on the cloud, but you can also use it on-premises by downloading all the data from the cloud.
Overall, I rate the solution ten out of ten.
1Password is great
What do you like best about the product?
1Password allows me to use my brain for other things rather than having to remember passwords. It's super easy to save passwords in your vaults. Then you can use them on your computer and mobile devices. IT's super easy to add the plug-in to your browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shared vaults and sharing passwords could be easier to search and manage. I would love to see a better help portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a world where you need a password for everything and the hackers are so tenacious, 1Password can create extremely secure passwords to ensure your data is secure. Being in IT Admin and Support, having a single place to store and share passwords with my team is paramount
Quick, Secure and Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple Account creation on websites with super secure passwords generated. I use it constantly with any new website. Unifiys my passwords and makes it easy to change passwords over as I run into old accounts I need to secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be daunting and keeping your secure key for each computer takes time to set up. But when its all together it flows really well. App can only really store passwords for Mac. No autofilling like on PC but thats apple for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This unifys my users passwords and keeps everything together for consistent high use logins. Nice and organized.
1Password helps us both to secure products we use, and our people
What do you like best about the product?
We're using the Business edition of 1Password and it seems like it was designed by some fine folks that are using it for business as well. From recovering accounts because users lost their secret keys or forgot their passwords, to looking up who has used this company card to buy concert tickets (the user said it was accidentally and we've believed them), to sharing passwords, there is a feature that have always helped us.
Talking to business or support people has always been like talking to a friend, and I mean it, I remember once we started the call talking about our LEGO sets. Unfortunately, you don't need to talk to them very often :-) I also like that there's a free family account as part of the business account, so that employees can use the tool also to secure their own accounts, and families. That's why I like to call it "securing our people", not just "securing our employees".
It's also nice that 1Password, the company, publishes a quite detailed security whitepaper. By reading it, you can always learn about how this or that feature is implemented, how come you can actually recover an account and nerdy things like that. I think it's part of being an open company, which I've always valued being a 1Password customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really think these are the things we, or I, dislike as such, it's more of "this would be nice to have".
Sometimes it's difficult to explain to users that there are just one too many apps to install for the best experience. There's the desktop app (and if you're a Mac user, there's version 8 which is not in the app store unfortunately), then the browser extension which is very useful and I always recommend it installing but it requires the desktop app from time to time, and if you don't have the desktop app, then you end up in the web app. It took me, the administrator, a while to recognize what's on the screenshot the user sent me.
1Password can be used to share passwords with external parties, which is a very nice feature, but it would also be nice if it could be used to share passwords in the opposite direction: when we'd like the external partner to send us the password directly to a vault. Maybe it could be built with the API or something, but I'd like our users to have a feature as easy to use, as the password sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure people have strong and unique passwords, and if they don't, they can and should use 1Password for multifactor authentication with integrated backup. We can enforce or require multifactor authentication in all internal tools because we can also provide a tool our people can use for that, we just don't leave them alone.
Amazing cli integration for dev teams; Non-profit support
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate 1password with our dev environment through their CLI tools is amazing. Our dev teams can easily set credentials through biometric authentication (e.g. touch ID) making it easier for our teams to pull down projects and get them running locally.
Their support for non-profits like ours is appreciated. Any business that doesn't have discounted rates for non-profits in 2024 is behind the times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I just want to generate a random password without all the log in stuff. It would be nice to have that as a little feature (e.g. a password without a username).
Another feature that would be good is the ability to create credentials and add them to a colleague's personal private vault. That makes is easier and more secure to onboard new employees e.g. creating AWS creds for new people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password makes it easier to manage credentials for infrastructure, repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and local developer environments.
