1Password manager that my team uses
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is the biggest on the market, and they've never been attacked. Owners do not have to worry during setup about the latest or perhaps almost all newer rules or passwords for passwords, produce them and use them accordingly. After 1 password, the password environment is comfortable, and customers need not worry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work effectively with the book expander, so I have to close both programs to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowadays, it is difficult to remember different passwords and build brand-new ones due to different password needs in different areas. 1Password solves this particular problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Remember to save the file you provided as soon as you create it on the spot for recovery. This is usually indispensable to log in to your online accounts.
1Password is best in class.

Group configuration could be further improved.

Good product overall
What do you like best about the product?
Easy spot for all passwords to be saved, can share passwords with team members, good support and account management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of verification needed when team members loose their 1 password master password - which can be difficult / annoying for us as there is only a couple admins
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password compliance for software company - i.e. Hippa / Pippeda / Soc 2
Perfect for organizations
What do you like best about the product?
While other password managers work fine, 1password works great for organizations where shared vaults can be utilized for service accounts and other vendor-accounts for users in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
the many options and settings are confusing for first time users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password policy adherence.
Solid password manager for teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share any private data, not just text: .json files, .ssh keys, etc.
MacOS integration is pretty good, though I haven't used it on other platforms.
MacOS integration is pretty good, though I haven't used it on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting data (e.g. ssh keys) could be improved; there are too many steps between having the key in 1Password, and having it on disk in a directory of my choosing.
I need to "Make a local copy", then search for it in finder, instead of just having a button available to create a new existing copy somewhere of my choosing.
Is there a reason why I cannot simply edit / select the text, then copy&paste it, so I can use it freely?

Sharing private development / deployment secrets to ensure all team members have the same information for running all our projects.
Sharing social media account secrets.
Using 1Password this way currently fills in the role of AWS Secrets Manager / other cloud SAAS secrets managers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I cannot comment on using 1Password as an individual user, consider using 1Password for teams. Even though you might not feel comfortable using it to share production/staging secrets, it comes in handy when you need to keep your team's development secrets synced.
Enterprise Sales Executive
What do you like best about the product?
1Password makes accessing my plethora of online applications easy, it cleanly saves all of my passwords and usernames to be auto-populated whenever I choose, the tool also recommends areas where I should save potential new identities. They do all of this AND they make my security team happy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have too many identities and 1password is better than a bunch of sticky notes on my workspace.
Secure, easy and great customer service

Customer service is excellent and provides personalized suggestions for improving our use of 1Password and how to take advantage of the features offered.

Making our passwords as secure as we possibly can.

One of the best platforms on the market for secure password management in the enterprise. There are a few features missing for our specific use cases but from what I understand they are on the roadmap.
Super useful password manager

The fact that there’s no free version, I guess.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s more than you would expect. I was originally not sure why’d i need password manager, but this one is so convenient, that I now use it a lot.
Loving it so far!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy enough to use and it's personally encouraged me to keep all the passwords in sync, plus allows sharing passwords with the team members in a much safer and easier way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing passwords is still a little bit difficult and it creates some friction. It'd be great if one could change a password directly from 1Password. One could even let 1Password change passwords monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have different, safer passwords for all the services I sign up, with a straightforward way to access/use them.
