What do you like best about the product?
I have to say, I absolutely love 1Password. It’s one of those tools that quietly makes life easier every single day.
The interface is incredibly intuitive—everything is well-organized, clean, and easy to locate, whether I’m using my laptop or my phone. What really stands out to me, though, are the browser plugins. They work flawlessly across both Chrome and Safari, instantly auto-filling passwords and forms. The whole experience feels completely effortless.
All my passwords are stored securely and sync perfectly across all my devices, which saves me a lot of time and stress. I no longer have to search through notes or click “forgot password.” It just works—simple, smart, and dependable.
The time I save and the frustration I avoid make this one of those tools I truly can’t imagine working without.

What do you dislike about the product?
Truly there’s nothing I dislike. It’s safe and secure and east to use. Maybe the number of times I have to enter my password to check for a saved password but truly it’s awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, 1Password has eliminated a major daily hassle—keeping track of countless logins and passwords. At work, we have a large number of accounts to handle, and 1Password makes it incredibly simple to organize and secure everything in one convenient location. I can log in and quickly access whatever I need, without constantly dealing with the frustration of forgotten passwords.
It truly saves me a great deal of time and stress, since everything I need is easily accessible and I have confidence in its security. Honestly, I can’t imagine trying to manage all those credentials without it anymore.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s awesome and amazing. If you want all of your - or your organization’s - passwords saved all at one spot - use this product!
Convient, well thought out tool. Categorisation of authentication details is fantastic.
What do you like best about the product?
Categorisation of Vaults, Finger print confirmation and the general UX.
It's also a really nice touch that metadata is displayed for each password, e.g. the related site url, when the password was last modified and when it was created.
Along with the above, it's great that you can store notes and attachments with each set of details. This is super useful if the credentials come along with extra steps, or instructions stored in an external place, e.g. Github.
When a password is saved, 1Password will also let you know how secure each password is, which is great if you're juggling and jumping between many, sometimes, weak passwords. Using this feature along, I've updated many of my average strength passwords to more secure ones.
Watchtower is also a fantastic addition, it covers compromised websites, vulnerable passwords, reused passwords, weak passwords, unsecured websites, two factor authentication and notifications for expiring credentials. All of these features are a lifesaver when you have to manage dozens of passwords, it's also fantastic, that as a user, I've got a tool watching my back.

What do you dislike about the product?
Browser integration feels a little rudimentary, sometimes the fill names and addresses feature doesn't work, though i don't know whether the blame lies with the tool or the sites in question.
I've noticed that my passwords are much stronger as they can be complicated random assortments of letters, numbers, and special symbols > 16 characters.I've noticed that my passwords are much stronger as they can be complicated random assortments of letters, numbers, and special symbols > 16 characters.

Great tool for everybody
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have everything well organized and give me the password I need every time I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the when I forget the master password, so, I will literally, spend like 30 minutes trying to find the right password or in lats instance, reset the master password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like every access to my websites is managed by 1Password.
Tasteful, well-designed product
What do you like best about the product?
1Password's app and website stand out as some of the best designed user interfaces I've ever used. They are simple and easy to use. Credit to the UX and design teams — it's rare to use such a tasteful product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. As a manager, I find it tricky to determine who has created items/groups/vaults but there are ways to do so. They could certainly be easier though. Some more advanced filtering in the activity view (like "show changes to this group") would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several:
- It provides a place to store company secrets
- It provides a way of sharing credentials between employees
- It provides a means for employees to securely store their own credentials

Excellent Password Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily generate AND find secure passwords (including 2FA) for my multiple accounts. Being able to segment logins in different vaults as well as having logins automatically associated with site logos makes it extremely easy to find the logins I need, when I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the link automatically associated with saved passwords is the link to the password reset/generation page. This results in users being sent to a password regeneration prompt again and again until they notice and then manually fix the link
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my course of business, I have to manage several logins to multiple instances of the same website. It was getting confusing trying to remember which password was associated with the production instance, development instance, testing environment, etc. 1Password has allowed me to create very secure passwords for all these sites while making it extremely convenient to find the right password.
1Password also allows easy management of team logins, especially ones which require verification. We have several logins which are shared across multiple members of our teams, some of which require some form of authentication. 1Password allows our teams to seamlessly log in as needed, without having to bother a central member of the team for the authentication code.
Finally, 1Password allows us to easily store and manage secure credentials like API keys. We manage API keys for multiple websites and storing the keys directly with the website login credentials makes for easy information management.

I really like the ability to organize passwords into groups, and the fact that you can save the website address and any security questions along with the login information.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a member of a group to an already established vault, I think I need to test around to see how much more value I can get out of the platform. I've heard it has many abilities, but haven't been able to discover all of them on my own yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team password management is being solved by this platform allowing one place where we store all passwords that isn't an unorganized excel. We are able to split up accounts and allow access to specific team members who need access in each. Allows everyone the ability to update passwords in 1Password as needed as it changes who updates site passwords based on who logs in when the password needs changing due to timing.
Simple and easy to manage, cuts out unnecessary back and forth and save us time.

Easy to use interface, regular contact with our success manager which lets us know we can use utilisation,

Smooth experience and great functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
1Password offers a secure interface. It implements usefull functionalities and reports (e.g. watchtower, where you can see if passwords have been in a breach; Domain breach report lets the admin check email address within the company to see which email addresses have been exposed in a breach; guest sharing; document sharing; ...)
Starting to use 1Password was very straightforward for us, and the onboarding of new colleagues goes very smooth.
Contact with customer succes and with support is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there is no straight forward way to share passwords with individuals, or within teams.
There are some workarounds, but not ideal. Currently, there is no way to share credentials for a limited time (e.g. with a client).
Currently no integration with MS Teams.

Secure workplace where password aren't written down, reused or too straightforward.
Different teams have their own Vault, so credentials are only shared on a need to know basis.
As we work both on Mac and Windows computers, a cross-platform solution is a necessity for us.
Due to great browser support, we lose less time with copy-pasting credentials.
