I don't realy think there are something to dislike. I'm using this app for 2 years now, and I didn't find anything to dislike. My team is also using the app for a month now and I never heard complains about it.

The ultimate solution for password storage and secure sharing in our business
What do you like best about the product?
We absolutely love the shared vaults at our company. I can create a log-in with 2fa security and allow others to access that log-in safely and securely. Any changes made are instantly synced to everyone and users aren't dropping passwords into Slack chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the new 1Password 8. It's not awful but there are just little things that don't work or feel as seamless as they did in 1Password 7. The 1password mini is probably the most jarring change as it just requires more clicks in my workflow to see usernames and passwords and copy them. I also dislike that I can't edit them right there, I have to open the entire 1password app just to change a detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our users to store strong passwords and share them securely where necessary. Provisioning via Jumpcloud is super easy and we use it to store all of our AWS keys and accounts as well.

Highly recommend 1Password
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is an excellent tool to easily and effectively secure all of my accounts. I appreciate being able to put all my passwords in one place, trusting that they are secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a little bit of a time investment when first joining 1Password and adding it to your browsers and devices, but it's well worth the increased security and convenience of having your account set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password makes it easy for me to have strong, unique passwords for all of my accounts. Without it, it wouldn't be feasible to remember these many strong, unique passwords.

What do you dislike about the product?
I guess 1Password doesn't have 2 Factor Authentication for themselves. What I mean is when you log in on the 1Password account, they do not have 2FA otherwise I love the extension, app, and website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing credentials with my team, managing my personal and professional accounts, API keys, software licenses and so much more. They have security and breach check feature that help me and remind me to change passwords in a timely manner and when there is a data breach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used a couple of password managers (open source) for free and paid; this is the BEST so far and I love using it in my day to day life.
No need to remember all of your passwords anymore
What do you like best about the product?
Availability to share the log in credentials with my colleagues easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it blocks the field to edit when pulling the email. Also, would be helpful if instead of typing the password I could just use the fingerprint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont need to remember my passwords anymore and sharing the log in details with my colleagues has never been easier.
Won't use anything else!
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is easy to use for both technical folks as well as users. It allows us to integrate our software directly with 1Password via SDKs and also give our users a familiar interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could be better on the Secrets Automation features. It's early days there, so I am not surprised that it's lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using 1Password for secrets automation, in particular storing secrets for third-party integrations where we need non-technical folks to frequently interact with the secrets.
enterprise credentials security at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI and browser integration allows all non-tech people to be onboarded fast. The CLI tool is a must-have regarding automation scripting. The RBAC system is very well done and allows fine security. The customer support is extremely available, and helpful.
The smartphone app is a must too, a life-saver and game changer !

What do you dislike about the product?
After shopping around for a while on the behalf of my company I've tried a lot of alternatives and, each time there was a feature missing for our need or a feature lacking in the UI side of things. for the time being, there are no downsides using 1password as it excels at everything we need, all this wrapped in the best UI I've seen for this kind of software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
passwords sharing is one of the problems we solved, one time access links are great, credentials centralisation is one too. Scripting with the CLI is one thing we'll use more and more
