1Password for password management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the program 1Password I like the fact that I can use the program on iOS - iPhone and on Windows - PC.
I also like the fact that I can use the extension for Google Chrome. It is very convenient.
I also like the fact that I can store documents in 1Password.
I keep in 1Password copies of my documents: passport, id, photos of credit cards.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that when saving passwords via Google Chome, 1Password saves a lot of unnecessary information to my safe. I would like 1Password to save only the login and password.
I also do not like the fact that in order to view a saved photo, I need to first save it to my computer in a public folder.
I also do not like the fact that 1Password cannot change passwords on websites. For example, I wanted 1Password to change the password for Google Mail every six months and save the password to my safe.
I also don’t like the fact that I can’t use Windows Hello to log in to 1Password.
I also do not like the fact that in the safe there is no separation into important and non-important passwords. Such an option would speed up the opening of the password list.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can recommend using 1Password, since there are no serious bugs in the program.
1Password to the rescue!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about 1Password is how easy it is to set up and share with my co - workers and my family as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about this product is that, the plans are pretty expensive when you start using the business plans,

We had a lot of accounts including, social media, bank accounts and other login information / passwords for our organization and for the programs that we offer, we were trying to find a way so if we bring another person to the team, they will be able to have given access rather than having that valuable information typed in Notion.so since it's unsafe. With 1Password, we were able to share specific information through vaults, were we can share only social media accounts, wifi passwords, and other useful info like building numbers too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since it's cross platform, you are able to use 1Password within your Apple devices such as; Macbooks, iMac's, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch as well as Windows, Android, on the chrome browser and even online!

Usually reliable and useful
What do you like best about the product?
When it's working as expected, 1Password is fantastic. There's a great add-on so you can auto-fill your passwords into sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often encountered problems with our 1Password account syncing to all of the computers. When someone would leave the company, our admin would have to change all our access passwords, so whenever these would not auto-sync to the account, there were numerous problems with accessing services.
It's also quite a hard process to set up. After leaving my last company, I tried to set it up at my new company and it was so complicated that I gave up after a couple of hours.

We are managing to keep our digital accounts secure. In the past, there has been sharing of passwords on slack, email, on paper, in all kinds of ways, and it's not scalable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As long as you have a dedicated person managing 1Password then everything should be fine. As a user, rather than an admin, I liked that I had someone to talk to when it was regularly breaking for me. I would have long given up on it if we had not had a point person.
As a large company, the price is reasonable, but for a solo person or tiny startup, the price is quite considerable.

A decent option for cross-OS password support
What do you like best about the product?
I have used 1Password for both personal use and professional use. From a professional standpoint, I enjoyed having the ability to have passwords accessible to everyone on my team through shared folders. From a personal standpoint, I am fairly
"tech-agnostic" and use a bunch of different operating systems across all my devices. 1Password gives me a way to have all of my passwords synced on all of my competing devices.
I also like the seamlessness of its integration with iOS. 1Pass is easy to pull up in web forms.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit clunky when moving passwords from one place to another. I often have to just create a new entry. The UI hasn't been upgraded a whole ton over the course of its history, but it's still nice.
I have concerns about its security just from past events. Overall I try to use something different than 1Password, but it is a good option. I think if you're looking for something thats established, looks/works decent, has cross-platform functionality, and enterprise support, then you'd be happy with 1Password.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I originally used 1Password at a small company and it helped them keep track of logins and no longer have an excuse to write them down insecurely or keep them in their apple keychain. It was the most affordable option at a couple different organizations I have worked for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to get all of your passwords entered initially so you don't have to keep going back, one-at-a-time
Been Using This For Years
What do you like best about the product?
The Security options are brilliant. It can make it a little hard to get into but it makes it very hard for someone to hack. You get given an encryption key that you have to enter in when you first login. I also like the Watchtower function that keeps you up to date on sites that have been hacked and which passwords you need to change. It's UI is very easy to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its programs and a little sluggish on older macs. I use them on 2010 & 2011 Mac Mini's along with my 2015 Mac Book air and on the air it runs great but the older mini's struggle a bit. Also it's a little pricy for my business but still work using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to share passwords across multiple computers and multiple users. 1Password has allowed us to fix this. It also sets up multiple Vaults or password storage so we can give accounting passwords to the accounting people and not the marketing people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recently looked at switching to Last Pass as they are slightly cheaper, but as we are mainly mac users and 1Password is originally a mac product and we are already established on it it didn't seem worth switching. I would suggest looking into the features of this verses others and work out which features you need. It integrates very different into the browser which is helpful so instead of living in the password field it is accessible via a browser button which is helpful for us.
Major Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Not just the ability to save time, but also amazing stress reducer by having all of your work and personal passwords in once place + easily accessible. I enjoy the password creator the most as it allows me to diversify my password without needing to recall them mentally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you are on a new login page, that isn't saved - One Password isn't as quick to inform you that its not in your vault. I think if it was a little more transparent it could improve the usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This really helps solve issues when using platforms such as twitter - where multiple users need access but there is only one login - not based on a personal profile. Now when the login is updated - everyone knows it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We should be able to access out passwords without using the extensions. If I am on a different computer, I would like to be able to get into my person 1 password.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Love the integration between multiple computers, my iPad, and iPhone
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit cumbersome to input the Master Password on my iPhone (usually not an issue as it also uses TouchID - but every so often TouchID does not work).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy technical solution to remember Passwords, Secure Notes, and ID info. No longer have to write passwords down on paper to remember (which is not safe), and you can easily have long / unique passwords for every website you use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good product that gets the job done.
1Password, the Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all of my log ins, personal or professional easily on my browser under protection
What do you dislike about the product?
if you forget your main password then I bet it would be pretty tough to get into any of your log ins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
dont spend time resetting passwords throughout the day, we use 20+ BI tools and knowing passwords to all accounts especially the ones you dont use on a daily basis would suck without it.
Cross Platform Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The support of platforms and the integration into different apps and browsers is a great expirience.
Also the sync between the installed 1password apps on different platforms works without any problems.
I also find it very helpful to automatically detect websites that log in for the first time and save the login information immediately.
In addition, I find the rating of the password quality and the password generator very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto login functionality fails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in teams with different colleges for several clients on their cloud platform CRM environment and manage all the required logins at our company with 1password to provide the logins at all time to the right persons.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not only use the 1password website. Try the Mac and Windows App and the browser plugins for google Crome and/or Safari and the Apps for iPhone and iPad are also worth a look.
