Easily the most beneficial and frequently used software in my arsenal.
What do you like best about the product?
Continuously improving platform, stellar security/trust history, excellent support, extremely reliable collaboration architecture, full OKTA integration, Watchtower, included 2FA, mobile support, biometrics support.
What do you dislike about the product?
You may find some websites that do not immediately work well for credential saving that you will need to make manual adjustments to the account record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No 2 passwords should ever be the same, 1Password allows for quick and easy credential generation, storage, and recall with pre-emptive breach checks with the haveibeenpwned.com API. A team of colleagues can work from the same realtime credential vaults and share access requiring 2FA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While competitors and even browser functionality have become significantly better in recent years, there is no comparison to the the platform that has been perfecting password management since 2006. This is not a company we have ever witnessed becoming complacent.
1Password is a clean and elegant product
What do you like best about the product?
1Password allows for easy deployment for users with quick training turn around. The UI is crisp and with simple browser extensions getting users to create new login entries very simply drives user adoption of the product. Not to mention the ability to very easily add MFA onto any account that supports it, which drives easy one click logins outside of the IDP system.
What do you dislike about the product?
SCIM setup can be a bit rough if your company is against running any servers. However the documentation is easy to follow and up to date with the few IDPs I have checked. Beyond that, there isn't much to dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is using 1Password to train users to create and use UNIQUE randomized passwords easily and keeping those passwords out of documents/emails. On top of that, the domain breach report and watchtower helps guide my team to follow up with users who are at risk for having their accounts being taken over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Setting up SCIM before deployment of the product would be useful during the testing phase. Highly encourage your users to use shared vaults where applicable and to constantly use unique passwords on all of the applications they use. Login recovery is always possible with admin accounts for end users... however for individual use of the platform make sure to keep your recovery key handy.
Best app for personal and professional usages
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and the integration of 1Password on all environnements.
You can sync your different vaults on different devices easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think a folder management of items may be an useful feature. In our environment we need to classify passwords by physical site for example.
We have many use cases where the best practices of an account by user is not possible.
We have many use cases where the best practices of an account by user is not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing password between teams and keep the granularity between passwords for managers and for interns or DevOPS.
This is a game changer for IT technicians
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very intuitive, which is a feat for such an application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone complains about web browser pop-ups of previously saved passwords, in front of the 1Password suggestions or entries. This is really a change that needs to happen on the browsers, and not the 1Password app, yet, it is what I dislike most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing hundreds of production passwords, Staging, and development. They no longer have to all be the same password ;)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it, and recommend it.
Perfect fit for enhanced security
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use combined with very high security standards
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of... Nothing I can think of...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small non-profit organization without an IT department, yet we handle a lot of sensitive data, logins on platforms, services, media channels etc. So we must keep a high level of security although people are not IT savvy. 1Password is the solution to that
very useful but not always perfect
What do you like best about the product?
autofill and password suggestions. its pretty good at knowing when i need to setup a new password
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that the desktop app and the browser app are so disconnected. i would like it to keep me signed in if im signed into one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do testing so this is great for unique passwords and organization of multiple account across multiple URLs
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
1password makes password management very easy to use and manage.
The 1password-client allows you to quickly retrieve passwords and manage your organization without login on the web application.

Manage and share passwords with internal and external members of our company.
The best password manager for over 10 years
What do you like best about the product?
1password is a thoughtfully designed and well executed password manager that Just Works. I regularly recommend 1password to coworkers and friends, some of whom comment about how all password managers are the same. Once they use it those folks have become strong converts to using 1password and how smoothly it integrates with daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emphasis on cloud storage over local. I wish 1password would make that more straight forward instead of allowing in the only dark pattern I've seen from them, hiding/obfuscating the ability to have a local file system vault shared between systems using dropbox/icloud/whatever. I also wish they would have more consistent design for the "edit" buttons on entries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share our credentials through work and encourage good password practices with families by purposefully paying for a family plan for each employee.
Convenient and secure
What do you like best about the product?
Cyber security is a growing concern, using 1Password gives me secure peace of mind that I can quickly & safely create and store my uncrackable passwords in one place! Eliminates the 'forgot password' hell I used to do all the time! Love 1Password!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to create a new password using the 1password app for macs, I typically go into the chrome plugin to do this because I'm not sure how on the mac app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password security but ease of retrieval.
One place to manage them all
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share secret configuration and manage access for the whole team
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything to dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing secret configuration (env variables) between team members was hard. Some of us used to share them through messenger which was not the best practice. Now we don't have to worry about it anymore because it's all in 1Password
