One password to rule them all.
The automatic 2-Factor buffer copy that saves you from going back to get it.
The reporting that allows you to see who is actually using each entry.
The helpful 1Password staff that answer all my questions.
The ability to enable travel mode.
The sign-in report validation was helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
That permissions are only tied to vaults, and not to individual entries.
We would like to control access by vault AND individual entries.
Configuring group Recovery privileges also requires Admin Sidebar privileges.
Rotating passwords when employees leave, but that is not your fault.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every password we have is centralized in 1Password and that is the only way passwords are shared.
More importantly, it has centralized all my passwords at home as well, and I even sold my wife on it!

What do you dislike about the product?
- It would be good to have tempates, rather than duplicating a "template" file.
- Can be fiddly to set up browser extensions — they can lose permission and then don't work.
- When creating a new login, sometimes it just saves the password and you can't set the login email or label to use.

- Sharing confidential information (like server details) in a structured way.
- Reassurance and confidence that (if being used properly) we should be more resilient to internet attacks by having strong passwords and access to audit tools that surface attacks and leaks.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Has always been a solid option for a password manager across many platforms, devices and use cases. Always works well, easy to administer and use, easy to teach others how to use. Compared to other competitors, is not clunky and feels secure.
Reliable and secure
What do you like best about the product?
1Password (Teams) is what I consider, as high praise, "boring technology" — it does its job, it does it well, and I don't have to think about it. When it does surprise me, it's always been something that I come to appreciate fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes with 1Password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use 1Password Teams to deal with individual password management, and to share sensitive credentials across teams and groups.
Have already recommended it. Works well on many devices and OS's. Well worth it and safe too.
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easy and works on all devices which I use. MacOS, Android, iOS and Chrome(OS) all work fine. It's not only safer but easier too. It makes sharing passwords with colleagues much safer and easier. It's also very handy for passwords used by several team members. The price of the product seems very fair considering the many advantages it offers.
I think it's mostly used by companies as it is, but actually it makes equal sense for consumers, as it is so easy to use and install. It also is quite easy to set up on multiple devices. People who use names and dates from their personal life as passwords are such an easy target in a world in which online fraud is becoming increasingly common, it really makes sense to have any password manager. 1Password would seem like one of the best options, if not the best option, for such users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some Android apps don't integrate it perfectly yet, (though you can still get/save passwords through the 1Password app itself) but that might well be an Android specific problem. The Chrome integration on Mac cannot be unlocked with fingerprint unlock, though that works perfectly fine in Safari, which I generally prefer anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better passwords, more different passwords, filling in passwords more quickly, being able to store them so I won't have to remember them myself. Being able to share passwords with team members. Changing passwords quickly and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great application, it works easily for many team members, on all devices and it's very easy to set up. You can easily transfer you account into a consumer account should an employee leave the company. That's also a great functionality, as it's a better password manager than most standard consumer managers like Apple's Keychain or Google Passwords.
Great tool, saved lots of frustration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, robust tool to manage every password you can think of
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't work in some mobile apps and have to open the app to copy the password
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an IT admin and managing tens of cloud accounts, apps, logins etc. having everything in one place and being able to share with Teams is a life saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, definitely recommended

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an IT Analyst for a remote team, we use several aplications and users as an administrator is hard to keep up with all the access not only fr Mexico but for 6 different countries. 1password heps the entire team to access to all the apps because we can share the credentials on a secure environment and wihout having to ask other coworkers for the credentials
Recommendations to others considering the product:
this is the safest way to secure your passwords, not only as an admin of an organization but as regular users we do have many password to remember and to access sensitive info. 1 password is definitely the way to go
Great Tool!

What do you dislike about the product?
There should be Sym-Linking of items.
Temporary shares to others in the Org would be a big plus.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool to have while your business is growing and cannot implement a single sign on tool. This helps when you have several places that each manage their own user base.
Easy to use and manage across the organisation!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for both our employees and administrator to use. Especially like the groups, vaults and watchtower functionalities and also that it is easy to integrate with the browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring access to tools are safely managed and shared only with those that are in need and ensuring good password setting and management hygiene across our organisation.
Easy to use password service with look-ahead features
What do you like best about the product?
Compatibility with lots of platforms / browsers.
New features I could dream about are already in plans.
Features related to password analytics, so called "watchtower" that gives an impression of problematic passwords.
Security level of the application, the way how login on the website is made.
Variety of settings that allow to customize the app.
Quick navigation from the app to the web page.
Reasonable price for the offered solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Last change how the app behaves in windows. I would love it to never be hidden when locked. Would be cool to have this in the options.
Trash is not private. In case of cleanup it is not easy to utilize "trash" function as anybody may see what has been deleted.
I had troubles to switch from "beta builds" updates to "normal" when using the app on Mac.

We use it between teams, RBAC solution in this case is very helping.
We can use it across different platforms and be sure it is always in sync.
Monitoring of password weaknesses.
Cloud-based sync is a benefit that gives us a possibility to always have up-to-date password database for all vaults a user has access to.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Until now I have not found any other solution that is close enough to what 1Password provides.
Moreover, it has reasonable price for the solution with a clear added value.

Invaluable, secure and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use (as a user) and its ease of management (as an IT team).
Vaults are super easy to configure and being able to link them to Okta groups via the SCIM agent is fantastic.
I love the ability to check for compromised passwords and the ability to store one-time passwords is also really useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the provisioning with Okta/AD could be made easier, having to run the SCIM client from a server/container somewhere is extra maintenance we could do without. I also can't see a way to store multiple documents/attachments under a single entry via the web client.
I'm not a massive fan of the desktop client on Windows, finding it slightly too intrusive, whereas the web client and 1PasswordX plugin are brilliant.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hopefully, it's making it less likely that our users will re-use passwords and it's also helping us manage certain accounts/keys that need to be shared amongst the team/s.
One of the best uses so far is being able to use 1Password for MFA as well. This is really handy for admin accounts that require MFA, but also need to be shared with the team. Previously we'd have had to have a phone secured in our Storeroom safe, but obviously this is much easier.
Helping users identify when a password is compromised and being able to generate complex, but easy to remember password using the generator is excellent.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trial it along with other competitors, make sure you have a list of criteria and choose the product that fits best. For us that was 1Password, largely due to the ease-of-use and user experience, which were key if we wanted to have adoption across the business.
