Great product everyone should use
What do you like best about the product?
1Password makes it easy to avoid having to memorize my passwords, while keeping them safe from hackers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodically, Chrome / 1Password updates break the integration - it's easily fixed by restarting Chrome however, so very minor pet peeve of someone that never closes their browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password security & easily sharing passwords across a team.
Effortless Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using 1password for about five years. I use it on my mac and all of my devices to manage all of my important data. I have over 175 passwords, and over 600 secure items in total. I enjoy the ability to easily access my secure information and add create passwords that cannot easily be figured out. Most of all, I love that, to my knowledge, none of my passwords/accounts have ever been compromised. For that reason alone, it has been a useful and powerful application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found many issues with 1password. This is the best way to manage a large amount of passwords and information. I wish I could establish a workflow to remove outdated information, or accounts that I no longer use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a graphic and web designer, I need access to a lot of client website, design resource websites (i.e. stock photography, code snippets, etc.) If I had to try to remember over 175 passwords, I would be resetting in often. My office has four mac users and the rest are PCs. They are using Roboform, which is comparable to 1password, but doesn't have the nice design and interface of 1password.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best Mac password management software that I have used. It is worth the 36/yr that they charge now.
You must use a password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI. Easy to use.
Browser extension is very productive.
Browser extension is very productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Windows version is so behind the Mac version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management.
I've realized I'm logging in to so many tools and I was reusing passwords, which was not a good security practice.

Best in Show
What do you like best about the product?
1Password easily integrates with my other iOS devices. This makes it great when I need a password but don't have my laptop. Look it up on my iPhone. When a create a new password on my iPad it automatically synchs with my laptop and other devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd be using 1Password for many years and resisted the Internet based option (old school-didn't trust the web). So I finally joined the 21 century and created a 1Password web account, but the transition/conversion wasn't as easy as anticipated. However, the great tech support explains and walked me through the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great way to keep all your passwords and secure notes in one place.
Incredibly Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
1Password mini is where it's at. Choose your own keyboard shortcut for it and open it whenever you need to fill in a password. Or open a new tab in your web browser, use the keyboard shortcut to open mini, type in the keywords for the website you want to go to and it will open the site, fill in your credentials and log you in.
Need to view or change your password? Change the URL? Everything is NOT a problem. Store software licenses. Use separate vaults for different purposes (or organization) and to share with different users.
Includes a password generator - you can adjust the length, number of characters and symbols, and autofill your current form with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can type too fast into the mini app and hit enter and it will take me to the wrong thing because I didn't give the app enough time to find what I wanted. It is NOT slow though. And I love 1Password - the only reason I don't use it at home is because LastPass is free (but definitely not as good).
The password generator isn't great so I ended up using a different one. I would prefer that it had options to avoid punctuation used in programming and avoid similar characters.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing and keeping track of all our passwords, obviously. Also stores other information such as software licenses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1Password is the best password manager I've ever tried. Make sure to keep your emergency kit in a safe place just in case - I had an issue once where the application crashed on my computer, an admin wasn't around, and I needed to reinstall it and needed the account key. To be fair, I haven't had that issue since and it was probably related to my computer and not 1Password.
phenomenal password keeper

Works perfectly, easy of use on every device you own.
What do you dislike about the product?

1Password Saves More Than Passwords
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to save more than one username and password to one website
What do you dislike about the product?
the "sync" feature is sometimes confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to save multiple usernames and passwords to one website
Recommendations to others considering the product:
USE the cloud
Simple, effective and coherent password manager
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is a great multiplatform app, helping us coordinate the use through many devices. I had a chance to try the product several years ago, recommended by some articles in the internet. I was looking for a simple solution integrating my mobile phones, Mac and Windows devices. The product has been improving a lot since then and it is a great service now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be easier to use, but it keeps improving. For users without some background on security, concepts may sound unfamiliar. It is just a matter of learn an use it. I am not sure about integrations with other apps (specially at corporate/enterprise environments).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I can have more than 1000 passwords stored, not having to remember those. If a company is looking for a solution to integrate passwords in mobile phones, Mac and Windows devices, 1Password is great. At the enterprise level, I am unsure. Dows this product integrate with Active Directory policies? With other Security apps? With compliance requirements usually found at enterprises? Gotta check!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very experienced company.
1Password keeps your passwords, and all your sensitive information, safe and handy
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations 1Password has between their own apps (desktop, and mobile) as well as browser extensions makes using 1Password a simple and seamless part of my everyday. Having safe and secure passwords is impossible unless you use a tool like this, and if you do use 1Password you don't need to worry about any of that anymore. I basically only need to remember one password now — the main password to get into my 1Password database.
What do you dislike about the product?
every now and then I have had a problem where the browser extension didn't recognize that I had the app installed as well, and that is required for it to work. Turned out that just a simple restart of the computer jogged its memory and everything was working fine again. Other than that I have had no problems at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password to save secure passwords, login information, product and app serial numbers, order purchase numbers, bank account information — pretty much any sensitive data that I am not going to be able to remember on my own (and it would be a waste of mental energy to do so)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it. Right now. Enter all your information and use it every day. It is so sad when I see people trying to remember their passwords and looking through spreadsheets they've made to organize their passwords. They end up locked out of their own stuff and have to reset the password, starting the cycle all over again.
