One of the most secure platforms for saving and synchronizing the passwords

It helps my team remeber and manage multiple passwords for various tools that we use withing the organization , the data is secured and has strick authentications for safety

What do you like best about the product?
We are using 1Password across our entire organization from past 3 months, and overall, it’s been a smooth experience. Our team picked it up quickly, and we haven’t had any major issues after the initial training. The end-user experience is great—clean interface, easy to use, and works well across devices. My only gripe is that the admin controls could be more detailed, especially when it comes to setting specific permissions. On the bright side, their support team was super helpful during our SSO setup and really responsive whenever we had questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now our requirements are getting fulfilled by the 1Password but there is a corner for admin improvements. Along with that if we get some more integrations of secret management in this application we will getting more ease of implementation of management in one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is helping us solve several key security and operational challenges. Primarily, it addresses credential sprawl by securely storing and organizing passwords, SSH keys, API tokens, and other secrets in encrypted vaults. We’ve replaced insecure practices like shared spreadsheets or manually sending credentials over chat. It also enforces strong password hygiene through the built-in generator and Watchtower alerts for compromised or weak passwords. From an IT perspective, the integration with our SSO provider allows for centralized user provisioning and access control, which has significantly improved our onboarding/offboarding workflows. The audit logs and activity tracking also give us better visibility for compliance and internal security reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
1pass covers all the bases from technical integrations and secret management with vital tech services like Github Actions and AWS Secrets manager while still being approachable enough to allow our every day employees to share secrets, enroll in MFA and passwordless logins, without causing any undue friction for security compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When being in a vault for work and personal uses sometimes it's hard to differentiate what vault or context you're in and I find myself double taking often to make sure I don't save a work secret to my personal vault.

Password management across ALL devices that solves for both personal and professional need to maintain account security.

The autofill feature is great and ensure seemless login.
Easy to share passwords within the organisatioin without worrying about any security concerns.

OTP feature and capacity is also a great feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
The chrome plugin sometimes don't show the details and I have to login to the portal to get the OTPs. But this is once in a blue moon, else everything is great.

The complaince, security and ease of maintaining passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
Never trading security for simplicity - keeping my password small and memorable was once a major security flaw in my daily workflow. Thanks to 1Password, those days are gone. 1Password either remind me my password of autofill.

Browser extension is little sluggish - rest all ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As as software developer - I had to either remember either dozens of critical password or keep in written somewhere on post-it notes. With remembering - I risked on forgetting and on other hand post-its prone to expose. All thanks to 1Password - no more typing and remembering. With auto-filling and on every form - I have never need to worry anymore.

It's very convenient to log into so many different apps and services with just one password.

It might not be the most secure having all your eggs in one basket but so far so good :)
