What do you like best about the product?
I love using 1Password for personal use because it helps my family manage access to our many accounts. It allows me to create complicated and hard-to-guess passwords that feel secure without having to memorize all of them—it's like a vault for all of my accounts. It's simple, safe, and convenient. The app is easy to use and it's easy to share with my husband. I also think the interface is user-friendly, even for someone not very IT savvy. The initial setup was very easy, which was a plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually enter accounts is cumbersome, but I'm not sure what a solution would be - I cannot think of an alternative option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps me create secure passwords without memorizing them, acting like a vault for my accounts. It's simple, safe, and convenient for family use, with a user-friendly interface that's great even for non-tech savvy people.
Fast, Simple, and Secure with a Small Drawback
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the speed and simplicity of using 1Password. It allows me to save a lot of time because I no longer need to remember or write down my passwords. I also like the ability to easily share them with my teams. The storage offered by 1Password is also very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the downside is that 1Password appears as a pop-up as soon as you click on a password, and it can be annoying at times. The pop-up should only appear when a password is saved on the site. It wasn't very easy to install because it's very secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password allows me to save time, no longer remember or write down my passwords, and share them with my team.

I love how 1Password helps me save all my passwords, so I don't have to remember them all. It's super easy to use, and it gives me suggested passwords, which saves me time from having to think up new ones. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I use it with every tool in my stack, like Salesforce, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and my Gmail accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best password storage options in the market, bar none! Advanced security (such as a secret key; similar to crypto storage devices).
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike so I guess it could have a more robust customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password allows me to safely and securely retrieve and deposit passwords I use, primarily for banking/crypto/social apps.

I like 1Password because it's super easy to use and makes logging into all my accounts effortless without needing to write down or memorize passwords, which saves time and keeps things more organized. The existence of such services really makes managing passwords easier and safer, especially in a work context. I appreciate how quickly I can access logins with just a few clicks, making it convenient for both me and my workmates, as they don't have to memorize additional passwords. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, it's a very useful tool. I have no complaints at all.

1Password lets me log in to all my accounts easily without memorizing passwords or writing them down, making everything less time-consuming and organized. It simplifies accessing accounts with just a few clicks, helping my workmates too by eliminating the need to memorize passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the administrative side of 1Password; it's great and very organized. What I like most about it is how secure it is with its master password, its ability to sign in using single sign-on, and its overall security reputation. It was very easy to set up within our organization, and we liked that we could give different permissions to different users within different groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duration in which it requires reauthentication seems a bit short, and we've gotten some complaints from users that they have to reauthenticate too frequently. That would be nice to be able to control separately. Otherwise, not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password secures offboarding by preventing users from taking passwords, keeps departmental passwords organized, and facilitates quick password management access during onboarding.

The use of both a Secret Key and a Master Password significantly increases security, making brute-force attacks much more difficult.

It can seem costly for individuals or small teams, especially when compared to the free password managers that come built into most browsers.

1Password addresses the issue of insecure password habits, including reusing passwords, choosing weak credentials, and storing sensitive information unsafely. By creating and securely saving strong, unique passwords, it greatly lowers the chances of accounts being compromised.

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are many features to learn. Also, the subscription price may feel a little high for individual users compared to some alternatives.
