What do you like best about the product?
This is very user friendly and simplify the advance process of patch management.

Pop up some errors time to time and difficult to solve them

Automox simplify the advance patch management process than other applications.
Really cool product to add you anyone’s arsenal of tools in making jobs in IT a doddle.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface to use, the ability to automate tasks, patch and execute PS scripts. Setup was super easy also. Customer support is top draw!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally can be a bit slow to load all devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The non-stop patches and updates used by our sysetems including 3rd parts apps, tools and utilities.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automated Patch Management Tool that allows you not worried people that are not restarting or updating their computer to reduce or prevent Vulnerabilities

The Agent on some of my devices are not responding or has been stuck on stopping for a while and I'm currently investigating why and how I can fix the problem

Streamline security patching while including 3rd party software updates.
Automox Review after testing and implementing across 200 devices
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Automox is the fact that it can apply patches to multiple different operating systems. I also like that it has the ability to schedule when patching will be done across multiple different groups of devices. Automox is one of the easiest implementations that I have done for patch management, its simple dashboard that can be exported to PDF that gives an overview of Compliant Devices, Policies Executed and available patches. Furthermore the policies that you can create are simple and effective, giving you options to install patches that does not require a reboot daily and patches that require a reboot weekly. Automox also integrates with SAML which makes sign in much more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have much negative feedback other than the session expiry is a slight bit short, and it is quite expensive compared to other patch management solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evertrade, is a Medium sized enterprise with around 300 Windows, Linux and MacOS devices mixed, It makes patch management a breeze as it supports the three of the most common operating systems as it is in our environment. It benefits our organization by making patch management simple across multiple different operating systems with the most simple to use interface.

Some the worklets doesnt work at all. like reboot

we have the small team of the PM< and automox is doing lots of automation out of the box for patch deployment, which bring down our work to no to little.

What do you dislike about the product?
Distribution architechor not supported. So we cant use this protection to low bandwith environment because ecah and individual clients geting updates directly from internet. if we have a option to setup an update server on prem, it will be help to save the band with because countries like sri lanka have to invest alot about bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like i mentioned earlier, we can satisfy the security mesures of our network as well as computer because this is patching the vulnerabilities and make the environment safe.

What do you like best about the product?
what I appreciate most is that it doesn’t try to do too much. Unlike some other tools that spread themselves thin, Automox focuses on what it does best—patch management. It’s simple, effective, and keeps endpoints secure without unnecessary complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The script library feels a bit limited for my needs, though that’s likely due to my specific use cases. While there are useful pre-built options, I’ve found myself needing more than what’s readily available.

Before Automox, our previous solution was unreliable—patching was hit or miss, and the UI was awful to navigate.
Best Patch management Software for windows and 3rd party application
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is delivered with fully SAAS, so we do not need any on prem resources to manage the relevant agents
What do you dislike about the product?
As this is a cloud solution there can be unavailability's and also the cost is high for a cloud solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can check the missing vulnerabilities and we can avoid that via deploying the patches
It does most things well, it still need some things polished.
What do you like best about the product?
I use it all the time to look up devices by IP and see who is logged into it, this tells me who's PC it is. I like the 3rd party patching, it works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the restart messages. The user thinks they can ignore it and then restart via window on their time and it will count and to Automox, it's not counted as a restart unless initiated by Automox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does 3rd party patching great. This is the only patching we are currently using it for.
Remote Patching
What do you like best about the product?
Remote patching for the remote users. Easy deployement. User friendly Interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enforced policies are still available even after agent uninstallation.

Ease of use for remote user patching.
