Easy to Use and Great for Tracking the Latest Package Updates

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and follow the latests updates of the packages we are using !
Implementation is quick and easy via a GitHub repository or domain check.
I use it frequently to keep track of important updates to my npm packages.
The integration for checking GitHub PRs is quite well done, even if it finds fewer issues than GitHub Copilot.
I have never needed to call customer support, so I have no complaints in that regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
the price, even though there are quite a few things in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simple integration of a pentester and important update reminders. Given that I don't yet have much knowledge of cybersecurity, this helps me a lot.

Another set of 'eyes on our code'

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Aikido gives me confidence that a third party has reviewed our AI-generated code for vulnerabilities. The AI “false positive” internal review process works well, and it reassures me that the issues flagged are real and relevant to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I prefer having my own AI agents manage my codebase, so I’m not using the auto-fix feature (yet). What I’d really like is a one-click option to copy a prompt for fixing the vulnerability, so I can pass it directly to my agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that effective app security has a 'many different eyes' requirement. AI coding has introduced huge power and flexibility in code writing, however to achieve some user requirements sometimes the code may be written in a way that is not security-first. Aikido keeps watch on my Github repo as I build, and is one in a group of controls I have to keep my code secure.

Effortless Vulnerability Scanning & SOC2 Compliance

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Aikido Security because it makes finding security issues in our codebase much faster and easier. I find the dashboard very intuitive and easy to use, and the suggestions for improvement and implementation are straightforward. It's really easy to see what is vulnerable, classify the severity, and triage. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Aikido Security for vulnerability scanning and SOC2 compliance. It makes finding security issues in our codebase faster and easier. The intuitive dashboard helps classify and triage vulnerabilities effortlessly, and the clear suggestions for improvement facilitate straightforward implementation.

Practical, Focused, and Great Value for Developers

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how practical it is in day-to-day development. The feedback is focused and low-noise, so engineers actually pay attention to it instead of ignoring alerts. On top of that, custom rules let us encode our own coding standards and domain knowledge, which makes code reviews faster and more consistent across the team. Also when you buy a subscription you get more than AI code reviews, a lot of stuff already included which makes the tool valuable for its cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool works really well and has nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us catch issues early, speed up PR reviews, and enforce our own coding standards through custom rules, so code stays consistent and high-quality across the team.

A code review tool that knows when not to speak

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It feels like having a calm, senior engineer sitting next to me during code reviews. Instead of yelling about every possible issue, Aikido focuses on the things that actually matter. The low noise is a huge deal for us, because once a tool starts crying wolf, engineers stop listening. I also really like how we can encode our own standards and domain knowledge as custom rules. Over time, it starts to feel less like a generic tool and more like something that understands how our team thinks and writes code.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, the value of some advanced features like custom rules is not obvious immediately. It really shines after you have used it for a while, but the initial “aha” moment could come a bit faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of noisy, exhausting code reviews. Instead of drowning us in false positives, Aikido helps us focus on the issues that actually matter and catch them before they hit production. On top of that, being able to turn our own standards and business logic into custom rules makes reviews faster, more consistent, and far less frustrating for the team.

No noisy ai code review tool for devs

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how low-noise it is compared to most code quality and security tools I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I have no significant complaints about the product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us do code reviews faster, catch issues earlier before they reach production, and avoid wasting time on repetitive or low-value comments. On top of that, we can put our own business logic and coding standards into custom rules, so important knowledge is enforced automatically and reviews stay consistent across the team.

A Modern, Developer-Friendly Approach to Application Security

  • December 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Aikido Security has been a standout platform for us thanks to its simplicity, speed, and accuracy. The onboarding experience was incredibly smooth, and the platform immediately gave us clear, actionable insights without the usual noise you get from traditional SAST tools.

Their customer support is exceptional — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us improve our security posture. The UI is clean and intuitive, making it easy for engineers and security staff to quickly identify, prioritise, and remediate issues.

What we appreciate most is that Aikido takes a modern, developer-friendly approach to security. It integrates effortlessly into our workflows and gives us confidence that our code is continuously monitored with minimal friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike, but if anything, we’d like to see even deeper integrations with some of the other tools in our security stack as the platform continues to grow. A few advanced configuration options could also be expanded to give more flexibility for larger or more complex environments.

That said, the Aikido team iterates incredibly quickly, and any limitations we’ve come across have often already been addressed by the time we revisit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aikido Security is helping us solve several key challenges in our secure development process. Before adopting Aikido, we lacked a unified, developer-friendly way to identify and prioritise code vulnerabilities across our stack. Traditional tools were noisy, slow, and difficult to operationalise, which meant engineers spent more time triaging false positives than fixing real issues.

Aikido provides accurate, consolidated SAST findings with minimal noise, allowing us to quickly understand what truly matters. This has significantly improved our remediation speed and reduced the overhead on both our security and engineering teams.

It also gives us continuous visibility into our security posture without requiring heavy configuration or maintenance. That directly benefits us by strengthening our overall product security, supporting compliance needs, and enabling our team to ship updates confidently and safely.

Comprehensive, easy-to-use tool for growing teams

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Aikido stands out by offering a comprehensive solution that caters to small and medium-sized businesses, while also being highly accessible and straightforward to implement. Its focus is genuinely on developers, rather than only targeting security professionals. Unlike many other enterprise tools, Aikido can realistically be set up within a single day. The team is super responsive and listens to their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still meaningful amount of false positives especially when it comes to AI-backed features. Pricing is still evolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and related reporting; container scanning, etc.
