What do you like best about the product?
1.Compass is any easy tool to helps us calculate different type of trade promotion scheme on easy go and we can track the scheme performance at any point of time.
2.Complex scheme can be easily integrated with the tool.
3.Mathematical accuracy in calculating the reward value.
4.Dealer/network can easily judged its performance in terms of lifting and its discount.
5.Manual work is reduced and we can easily clone same type of scheme in one go by changing the period.
6.New feature which was recently introduce where we can edit the metric and plan get auto corrected is helpful for user and saves lot of time.
7.Customer support from there team members are always there. We can easily reach them in one call and they help us in all possible way in sharing there expertise with us to solve problems or creation of schemes
8. Compass help us in daily routine life to solve our business problems by sharing the portal to reach large mass at one go by sharing our discount schemes.
9 compass is mobile freindly and our dealers like a lot.
10 frequency of use...daily we make trade scheme and float in market to push our sales instead of calling every user about informing the scheme.
11 it saves lots of time & energy for the people.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.Sometimes the payout are not automically refresh and as a user we need to refresh/ recalculate the button every time.
2.Month end data get refreshed on 1 of next month as a result we have to delay our working for matching payout on 2nd day.
3.Currently the login portal is taking longer time in sending otp to user.(6-8 min)
4 Sometimes due to technical glitches at back end even if the scheme are made on complete logic payout comes wrong or we need to reclone the same scheme to wait for payout.
5 user dashboard to see simultaneously all scheme in one page is missing.
6 completed scheme cannot be deleted at user is a problem. Option to delete the same ahould be given to user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compass is helping us to reach our scheme to end user on time and saves lot of time energy and effort for our sales teams.
Clear msg is send to end user without any filteration
