A Powerful toolbox to better understand your customers

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is absolutely the fastest and most accurate method we've ever used to be able to query, analyze, segment and target our customers' activity, value, and shopping behaviors. The Lexer team is also always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the very beginning it was a little tough to get all of the connections made to the various channels and the data feed created, but that was just a part of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, mostly, it's identifying customers who are likely to drop in future buying and fall off our radar.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to understand more about our current customers by comparing two segments, determining which one is the most active and how we are going to communicate with them
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used to the platform as some features need to be learned in order to optimize the research and analysis. The training document and the success team are very helpful for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight about our customers and understanding our most active customers in order to adapt our content according to their interests.

What do you like best about the product?
Once is setup, it's pretty easyo to use. Friendly and intutitive interfase. You save ton of time making analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The created segments could grow exponentially if you don't maintain the hub clean and updated. Not too easy to track trends or new metrics that weren't setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer analytics, segmentation, campaign activation, data capture

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, clear segments and ability to connect to 3rd party platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of data validation/reporting. Often when something has gone wrong we are spending alot of time to figure out if its on our end or lexers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing our customer and tracking segments.

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is a great tool to work with our customer data and find actionable insights. The platform is intuitive to use and powerful when used correctly. Lexer makes things that you could theoretically do outside of Lexer a lot easier as well as makes things possible that would otherwise be impossible when it comes to working with customer data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to dislike about Lexer. While most of it is intuitive, there are some small things that are not straightforward, but that is when the Lexer team comes in and helps you figure out whatever you need. The support from the Lexer team is a huge asset in working with Lexer. It can be a challenge syncing all of this data and making sure things are flowing correctly, but again that is possible with coordination with the Lexer team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a few problems that Lexer is solving. A few of them include: tracking and increasing customer LTV, gaining extra insight on certain customer segments, and creating/employing customer audiences to our marketing platforms.

It helps us to have integrated all our marketing accounts and platforms at one place and use our 1P audience to target them.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we can have to use 3P audiences as well from Lexer with estimated results will be awesome

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer allows for great customer insight. When there's a customer attribute you're looking for, and it's not available, the Lexer team is very hands-on in getting that added for your company. The webinars are a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had trouble ensuring all of the correct data is funneling through Lexer. Customer lists tend to be off compared to integrated master platforms used - Big Commerce and GA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use their customer survey to gain insight into our NPS score. This allows us to answer any internal inquires about "how we are doing" through our e-commerce presence.

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is quick to assist our team in finding solutions for our many data problems. Lexer helps us to better understand our customers and make sure our marketing goes directly to those it best relates to. Through our CDP and links with Experion data sets Lexer has helped our team to better understand our varying trade areas and what those trade areas need to ensure our business succeeds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is there such a thing as too much data? There is not enough time in the world to fully explore all the information we hold within the platform, however, the team at Lexer have worked on great solutions to ensure that the most important information is easily at our fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing assets in a range of trade areas create all kinds of difficulties around marketing. Something that works in one market won't necessarily resonate in another. Lexer is helping our teams to understand the intricacies of their trade areas and helps them to create clear segments that get real results in our marketing. Outside of marketing, this information has been valuable for our leasing and operations team to better understand the areas they work within.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We found reviewing case studies of other work they do within the industry was amazing and gave us an amazing insight into the different type of work they can do.

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer has the ability to allow our company to tailor how and where we can communicate with our customers via channels that suit them with the content that they care about. The tool is a major part of our digital strategy and we have not even begun to explore it's full capabilities yet it has already made a significant impact to our improved performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to segment our customers and send communications regarding areas they a genuine interest. The benefits to this are low unsubsribe rates and higher social ad relevancy thus providing us lower CPCs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is a great platform and the support provided is exceptional.

What do you like best about the product?

Historical data, integrating customer data to 3rd party marketing channels and informing ongoing & future campaign audience segments. We've been able to identify customer trends. how to target them and deliver the most relevant message.
