A great partner in customer data

What do you like best about the product?
Our partnership with Lexer has been of great benefit to our company from the standpoint of easily being able to slice and dice customer data. Whether segmenting by specific audiences for email campaigns or paid ads, Lexer gives us the tools to build these segments and then seamlessly export them to the platform where they’ll be activated. The user interface is clean and straightforward, making segment-building a visually streamlined process. We also heavily lean on Lexer as an integrated hub for inbound customer service questions and queries and use the Respond tool as our primary method of connecting with our customers. With multiple users in the picture, the Respond feature keeps messages assigned to designated employees so that questions are answered promptly and have coverage across the team for access and response. Support from Lexer has always been great - with a dedicated account support contact, we’re always able to reach out with questions about segment building or Lexer functionality and receive a timely response.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had very few issues with the platform. Sometimes there is a slight delay exporting audience segments, but that's generally due to large segment size and processing time. If we do encounter delays, our point of contact is always quick to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to segment heavily by audience characteristics - as an apparel company that often means segmenting by size or style previously purchased to target appropriate customers with styles/campaigns that may lead to a repeat purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
Team spends time at the start to ensure data is clean when input and creates dashboards to provide insights. Love being able to use the tool myself to dig in but also rely on their team to build a strategy that I can trust backed by data. Key to email strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any negatives about the platform or partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New vs Repeat, CLV, average time between orders, insights on products ordered to name a few. Using that data able to build out customer flow strategy to serve what the customer wants and increase conversion. For acquisition insight on what customers are purchasing for their first order to lean into intro products.

Great platform, industry leading solutions and insights

What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is excellent, and integrating many data sources provided us a SCV for the first time. We were subsequently able to offer insights to our business that were not only unique but drove direct engagement with our sales teams and had a measurable impact on sales. For me though, the more important thing about Lexer is its engagement model and how the services are designed and delivered. We spent a lot of time thinking about what our objectives were, categorising and prioritising them, and then Lexer helped us with actionable strategies and execution plans. This has been the most effective engagement model I have ever seen. We have been able to deliver benefits to the business and at the same time take the learning from the insights to develop increasingly innovative solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. We have worked closely with Lexer to get what we need. We are still learning about what is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary objective was to improve sales productivity. We achieved this by developing a dynamic Vendor Propensity Model to score every prospect in our CRM. We subsequently added many different insights at a territory and sales agent level and built reports to track performance. We are developing new services at a Market, Customer and Sales Agent level.

What do you like best about the product?
The lexer team is very hands-on and solution orientated in maximizing use of the lexer tool. They come with recommendations and use cases to maximize campaign development and analysis through customer data insights for marketing channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to understand building segments correctly and defining dashboard attributes, but the team is very accessible and patient to get the team up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing customer life time value converting prospects into customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommendations are impactful and focused and the Lexer tool comes with a great support and success team.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working closely with the Lexer team over the past few years on data democratisation and activation. They understand this subject matter with a proper depth of knowledge, and their ability to communicate and support us as the client is also highly received.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their platform has been essential for us to understand the overall volume of contacts we have access to and their characteristics that could trigger a marketing strategy. We look forward to more technical third-party support partners coming on board to support our usage of the platform further.

With so many contacts across several different data platforms amongst varying business units, Lexer has helped us integrate to create that single golden record. Creating marketing efficiencies, including media spend improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive to use, the way in which it combines disparate data into a unified view is so valuable and the support from the Lexer team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't implement it swiftly enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to create a single view of the customer using data points from multiple points in the brand relationship. We have successfully created a unified view and have derived segments and new ways of cutting our data that was not possible previously.

What do you like best about the product?
The Lexer team were incredibly professional to work with. The onboarding process was very smooth and the team provided ongoing support to ensure we achieved the objectives set out in our business case. We have already started to see positive benefits from the platform and have a wealth of information around our client behaviour to best support our client experience and digital marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Of course the insights into our own data is the main selling point of Lexer - and the process of untangling all of our information with fresh eyes has been super valuable for our business.

But I think the part I like best is working with a team of helpful problem-solvers. With every team member we've worked with so far, you get a sense of the strong organisational culture at Lexer. Haven't been let down yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing to dislike so far. I guess with so many possible insights available, sometimes it isn't easy to know what to start/focus on - there's always a temptation to chase some new thread. But the team are clearly experienced with this and keep projects moving in a structured way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've cleaned up our historical sales and subscriber data, which has allowed us much more valuable insights to inform ongoing & future campaigns, as well as allowing us to set more meaningful goals. Our audience targeting and campaign review processes have benefitted greatly, too.

Supportive Team, Amazing Customer Data Platform

What do you like best about the product?
We sought out a solution that would allow us to bring all of our customer data together in one place, a way to find a single view of our customers. The team at Lexer have been amazingly supportive and committed to helping us every step of the way in launching our Customer Data Platform. We worked with the same group of people from beginning to end, and they worked tirelessly to understand our business model and who our customers are to develop a solution that would work for us.

We love that we have all of our data is in one place now and that we can use the insights from the platform to make data-driven decisions about our marketing strategies and tactics. The platform is simple to use but packed with so many insights and data points that the only limit is our own imagination. We can find new segments to market to and use the same data to ensure that we are attracting the right 'new' customers to our website.

Every aspect of our marketing strategy is being improved by Lexer, from acquisition to retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly isn't anything that I dislike about the platform or the team. The set-up process was quite in-depth; however, I appreciate the time taken at this stage to ensure everything is perfect and that everyone is on the same page regarding the goals of the business. If this stage was not in-depth, the solution would not be as tailored to each individual business's needs, and therefore not as valuable.

While there was quite a bit of time spent collecting and pinpointing all of the data that we would require, the team was there every step of the way and couldn't have been more supportive throughout his process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have confirmed some of the assumptions we were making about our customers (and ideal customers). We can look at specific data points like first-time products purchased and LTV. We are actively working on using these insights to acquire more customers of the same type/value. We are also using Lexer to lower our advertising spend and increase our ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you understand the goals you want to achieve with this data. Give yourself time to really get immersed in the project.
