Excellent Tool for Streamlining User Access Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
Zilla has made the process of performing user access reviews automatic and easy for both technical and non technical reviewers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional proactive notifications or remediations based on elevated access changes would be nice rather than waiting on reactive reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In previous roles, performing required user access reviews for regulatory purposes and general security best practices was a slog. Zilla makes it easy.
Simple, easy, effective solution to our compliance needs
What do you like best about the product?
The team is helpful and responsive. Our implementation was smooth and orderly (ask for Mike!). The product is inuitive and easy to use, which is very important for our large user base across IT, compliance, and business teams
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, but an area for improvement would be to better connect us to other customers/users of Zilla. We might be able to apply lessons learned. Also, very minor thing, dark mode would be a great setting option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are subject to a range of compliance frameworks. Many of these frameworks have overlapping controls for access certification. Zilla Security has allowed us to automate our manual process for access certification. Our access certification process involves a wide range of business roles in the organization, so it is important that users of varying technical ability can use the tool without any complication. The auditor evidence capabilities reduce a lot of back and forth in the process as well
Zilla is easy to implement and to use! It works as advertised.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is relatively intuitive and works as demonstrated. Our system owners even like it and have been complying with their review tasks. Implementation-wise, it was the easiest implementation I have ever participated in. Customer support is excellent too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more integrations (they offered integrations for around 70% of our platforms). Some of our legacy platforms were annoying to get the data from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zilla helps us with role-based access control. It allows us to identify systems in which there are unexpected privileged accounts, and to ensure that provisioning and de-provisioning occurs in a timely fashion.

Best and easiest password reset tool i've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Idaptive makes resetting password simple across all integrated software.Ive never experienced a delay with this, which is more than i can say for a lot of other password management systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much to dislike. Its a great software and really makes password reset functions super easy and quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password resets are the main problem. This reduces lag between executing the reset and being able to log into linked user accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No recommendations aside from use it!
Idaptive SSO + MFA + MDM
What do you like best about the product?
All three of their products that we use from idaptive work great, we've been using their SSO / MFA for about 3 years now and really like the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM piece has a few features we would like to see added in the future, as well as setting up maybe a first enrollment profile, but aside from that its a very good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We heavily rely on the MFA piece, it has protected us from many email security threats.

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. We are very happy with Centrify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single Sign-On for web based applications and as well as Multi-Factor Authentication. Users are able to unlock their own AD accounts

The technology is great and my IT team has really embraced it.

We have not had reason to "dislike" anything with the product.

We harmonized our HR systems and provided SSO at the same time.

Ease of setup start and integration. Provisioning to O365 with a none routable domain. The operational maintenance simplification compared to ADFS which has been in place.

Availability of local skilled systemintegrator

O365 integration with a none routable domain. SSO accross application. Simplify and speed up SSO deployments compared to existing ADFS. Reduce of operational and maintenance requirements. Mobile devicemanagement replacement allowed us costsavings
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review your special applications. Standard works like a charm. Get your support and Service organisation ready right away as things will require change
