Essentially, our use case for CyberArk Identity involves automating customer interactions and engagement, as well as onboarding new clients.
Being in retail and marketing, CyberArk Identity has made it easier to onboard new customers online, making the process much faster and efficient.
Interaction with customers has improved greatly through CyberArk Identity software through automation of most of our processes, thus freeing our time to concentrate on other key strategic activities of the company.
How has it helped my organization?
Cyber Identity has improved our workflow processes and seamlessly enhanced our client engagement, as well as streamlining our operations and interdepartmental collaboration. Tasks we used to perform manually are now automated, thus increasing efficiency and productivity.
Additionally, we no longer have any fear of our data being infiltrated by an unauthorised person because of the security features it comes with. Tracking processes, workflows and audit trails works perfectly well.
It has a user friendly interface and dashboard.
What is most valuable?
The best feature of CyberArk Identity is the single sign-on (SSO) feature that offers quick and one-click access.
The second feature that I enjoy so much is the endpoint privilege security, which safeguards our sensitive information and protects against security threats.
One benefit of the software is the enhanced security. It provides strong authentication, improving our operations and access controls. Additionally, it streamlines operational processes, reducing the administrative burden on our IT experts and security teams.
The value of the software was immediate, especially for the onboarding of clients.
What needs improvement?
One area for improvement is the complexity of learning how to use the software for new users. It requires training.

What do you like best about the product?
It's considerably sped up our user access review process and has a nice, modern UI. No more spreadsheets for us!

Upkeep and data sanitation can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily user access reviews. Zilla quickly allowed us to automate the process in a few key areas, such as data collection and automating portions of the review itself, significantly reducing the time our stakeholders require to complete reviews. The out-of-the-box integrations are simple and easy to configure, and Zilla offers excellent tools for data collection if API syncs are unavailable for a specific system.

What do you like best about the product?
We integrate Zilla security in our higher education institution to allow authorized students and subscribers access to academic resources, documents, projects and presentations. They frequently share their assignments and updates with group members remotely. This application helps us to monitor and control access management.

So far, we have not faced any technical issues with this application.

It provides the identity and details of all users who access our resources and automates the authorization management. Any misadventures will be detected and barred.

Some areas allow for the download of a large csv and others do not.
Some screens expand to 500 lines others do not.

The main use is for compliance requirements. We perform around 15 reviews a quarter using Zilla and the number keeps growing. It has helped the organization maintain compliance with our required regulations and controls.

What do you like best about the product?
Cyberark identity is a perfect access management solution for organisation for least access principle and to monitor privileged change activity with amazing features .
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major downsides I have found related to Cyberarc . If there are any challenge there is always support team ready to help us to solve all the problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring privileged changes by admins is key security problem which is solved by Cyber ark .
Along with that using approval process , recording activity logs are some great features for any security team
The way Access Reviews should be!
What do you like best about the product?
Simply put is about Access Review done right. Zilla is excellent with Access Review, they are not pretending to be other things but just Access reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still maturing and growing. Would love to see more dashboard capabilities or api into a BI tool would be a nice feature
