Best Help Desk app, if you are looking for clean and simple UI.

What do you like best?
It's Clean User Interface, easy dashboard and high compatibility will
Make you fall in love with it with few minutes. It's so easy to operate that even non-IT people will be able to use it with ease.
What do you dislike?
If you get any technical error, then it might can take extra long to be resolved as their customer service is a little bit slow but that's really hard that you will face any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for managing are clients and resolving their problems as fast as possible by keeping an eye over real time status of each query registered with us.

What do you like best?
There is a great chance that a module is developed by them, and, if you have one supplier your store is way more easy to manage.
What do you dislike?
It can be complex to choose best practices out of so many options.

Made it easier as it can be integrated with Facebook and Twitter for our automated response service

What do you like best?
UVdesk is a multichannel ticket management system that can be integrated into different applications to improve customer communication. What I like most about this software is that it integrates with the best known and used social networks in the world, such as Facebook and Twitter. Another very important feature is that it has a knowledge base that can generate frequent questions and answers. I also like your Agent Insights tool, which allows you to measure the capabilities of the agent in question.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally, the service of prepared responses delays in sending the messages, which has generated that some clients generate discomfort and force our agents to respond manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UVdesk has made our lives easier, as we have found an application that can be integrated with Facebook and Twitter for our automated response service. Being a multichannel software, it has also allowed us to connect with our email provider to deal with incidents directly from the software interface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, loaded with excellent components and at an affordable price. I highly recommend the use of UVdesk.

What do you like best?
It has a very user-friendly interface. I have not found a more simple and effective software that will allow you to work with different programs. The UVdesk has always been excellent and quickly solves problems.
What do you dislike?
There were a few bugs to get started, but I think this was due to the version of PHP I used, the quick support for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've set up my email with UVdesk, and any mail that arrives in my mailbox is converted to a ticket, and I can return my every client and partners.
