easy to use with the helps from reps
What do you like best about the product?
The options for gift cards - there is a ton of options also the reps are amazing - Tanner you rock!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no help guides on how to do things. Also I want the option to select lunch across all platforms

I love working with WeGift to provide gift cards to our clients!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to send gift cards via the WeGift Select program. Having the ability to create different groupings of gift cards for clients to choose from based on their interests or the ability to choose from any gift card from our directory has really wowed our clients! We love giving people the option to select which card they'd like as it adds extra delight to our program! In addition, we love that we can purchase and distribute gift cards via the API for instant incentivization.
The portal is very easy to use in terms of administration as well! We can do our own customer service and re-issue gift cards if a client has any issues finding it in their inbox.
I've also really enjoyed working with our Customer Success Manager, Harry. He's made this process so easy, has always been accessible via email or video call to answer our questions and help support our gift card program needs, and is very friendly. I can't say enough great things about WeGift as a business and their team!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd say I dislike is the inability to customize the WeGift select email templates. It would be really beneficial to our clients to be able to customize the email subject line and gift card template for WeGift Select so customers know why they are receiving a gift card from us without an additional email to explain/contact point. Even if we could just add a small text blurb or image, that would help! Would love Select email template building ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are solving the needs of our rewards program with our clients. There is a financial benefit as we get discounts on gift cards when purchasing via WeGift. We can not say enough good things about the whole online portal and the option to use Single Send or Bulk Upload depending on our needs! In addition, we love that we can do our own customer support when it relates to WeGift as we have access to resend gift cards or download the link to claim for customers having trouble accessing their cards. This has really come in handy!
Integrating weGift with our mobile application was a seamless experience!

The broad range of reward partners that are available on the weGift platform.

There is nothing specific that comes to mind.

What do you like best about the product?
WeGift has a simple, easy-to-use interface. They offer a wide variety of gift card options. It's very convenient to have all of your various gift card receipts in one place for reconciliation. I also have to commend WeGift on the significant number of upgrades they have made to the system since I started using it, offering me more flexibility and an improved user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using their newer non-enterprise product. I started using it in beta and while it worked, it was missing some useful functionality, like having an admin at your company add new users and easy configuration of groups of gift cards. Fortunately, that has all been added since, and it is a much more functional product. I appreciate the updates, but you should be aware that the interface may change regularly as they continue to add and update features. Also, If you want advanced features for large groups of incentives, like loading a large recipient list, you'll probably need their enterprise product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use WeGift's newer product which is great for smaller volume incentive programs. We may only send 100-200 gift cards internally and externally during the year, and they all come up at different times. This product helps me create the gift card links quickly and easily and the recipients love having a large variety of gift cards to choose from. It definitely saves us time and effort, and it's easy to track all of the incentives we send and download receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a bulk group of links in one request is nice since it allows the requester to tackle a list of recipients in one single request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, the platform lacked the option to send a link via the WeGift platform directly to the intended recipient. Has since been added, but have not yet had the option to test it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No fees are associated with using this as an option for our associates. As a nonprofit, this is very helpful in keeping our costs down.

WeGift is a great option to provide the reward recipient a choice in what they get as an incentive and also eliminates the fees associated with other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send a gift code to employees quickly and the employees' ability to choose their own gift.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could upload a list of employees and have the system assign a gift code to each name. That would make bulk gifts easier - say for a seasonal gift to all employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not having to go to the coffee store or gift card kiosk and purchase one size fits all reward cards. Our gift receivers are tickled pink and they get to choose their own prize.
The perfect tool for startups/small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend WeGift, it's perfect for businesses running research trials that provide user incentives, raffles for user feedback or even team member birthdays/special occasions. The platform is extremely intuitive and makes it easy to create rewards for whatever you need. We've been using it to send user incentives so I'm using the platform daily and it's a very quick process to send rewards. My favorite parts of WeGift are that there is a great range of rewards for users to choose from, no user has ever had an issue in redeeming their reward, and you pay per reward so you don't have to transfer funds to their account which was critical for us. Their brand is an extension of my company's brand and they represent us well! I also love that they allow you to do rewards as low as $5 which many other platforms don't. And lastly, there are no fees for the company, which is amazing! If you ever need to send even a gift card to a team member, use WeGift, it ensures they will get a gift they like!
What do you dislike about the product?
WeGift is early so they're continuing to deploy key features. Their customer support and product teams are extremely communicative and quick to add new features so I've been very happy with the information and features they've been releasing, I'm just looking forward to being able to customize emails to users directly from their platform and saving payment info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WeGift is helping us solve the extremely administrative task of sending research trial incentives. So, we've realized great benefits in that process being quick, easy and something our users enjoy!
WeGift is Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about WeGift is its simplicity. It is seamless and user-friendly. It is very easy to login and coordinate rewards to send out. I have no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to just create saved groups of brands to send out so that I don't have to scroll through so many to pick a few that I want to send. This would make things easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use employee rewards. Employees receive the gift and simply click on a link to redeem it. It works well for a remote workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed many things about WeGift. The ease of the site, the retailer choices, and the ease of payment. I love that they are adding direct emails as an option. this was a feature that I hoped would be added and was excited to see that it was. This was based on customer feedback. This means that the company cares about its customers and what works for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything at this time to dislike. The site has always worked and done exactly what I wanted in the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the site for instant recognition of colleagues achievements. I am able to create several links at once which saves me time. This was a big selling point for me.
