Modern, easy to use gifting process
What do you like best about the product?
This is a modern, easy to use platform - that was important to us as other platforms out there sometimes look like very Web 1.0. The billing process was easy (also important, as reconciling payments within our accounting package was painful with manual gift card purchases). Overall super happy with the platform and the way it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was little confusing when it came to adding team members - we thought we had to add gift card recipients as team members, but that wasn't the case. Not a major issue, but some labelling / clarity would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WeGift solves the gift card giving problem. Historically we've given out a small number each year, which means we ask people what retailer they want the card from and then we manually purchase it. That's way too time consuming now that we're giving out a lot of gift cards.
Great platform for incentives!
What do you like best about the product?
WeGift has some great features I love: Huge selection of gift cards, easy to order, fast delivery and ability to personalise and change the templates to make it more tailored to our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative for me. The platform is great!

We use WeGift to incentivise users that take part in surveys, both internally within the company or externally.
Great experience working with WeGift these past months
What do you like best about the product?
I like that WeGift has a very easy portal to order gift cards from and that they have a lot of options to choose from. I used to buy gift cards one by one and the platform has made it much easier to buy rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't had any issues with WeGift. I had a problem placing an order once but customer support was very attentive and solved the problem very quickly.

We use WeGift to reward members of our community when attending webinars, interacting within other members and answering surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
It worked great and there were no hidden fees. There so many vendors for folks to choose from. There's something for everyone

The company firewall may mean that people won't see their gift, so it's a good idea to let folks know that in advance.

Helping for employee rewards and recognition

What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of options I can present to the recipient and that it's a free service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were quite a few glitches in finalizing payment, and getting other teammates added to our account. It would also be great to be able to save templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to coordinate what vendor someone wants a gift card from - it puts the decision in the recipient's control.
Great product with very easy user interface
What do you like best about the product?
The select link product, where we can let our customers choose any brands they want from a wide catalogue. We also like how quick it is to order and send the rewards!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes. I would love to be able to send rewards to other countries like South America, so having access to different continents.

We use WeGift to send rewards in our referral program, so if a customer refers us, they get a gift card. This has helped us increase our sales significantly from our current network.
Decent platform, customer service can be improved.

Easy to send bulk gift cards from merchants.

Terrible and inefficient customer service.

WeGift helps me deliver gift cards to clients and stakeholders using a streamlined process. I like that if a gift card isn't redeemed, I don't have to pay for it.
Fast and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about WeGift is the speed.
You can make the transfer in the morning and it's credited in the evening, and the you can get your order (the codes ) so fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
My experience using WeGift is going so well. I didn't have much problems excpet once, and it was the last week. There was a technical problem with IKEA, but it was resolved so fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first thing that I can talk about is the rapidity. I know that by using WeGift, my clients are happy because they know that they are going to have their codes so fast.

Fantastic API documentation, as well as a super helpful support team!

I guess this field is required? I do not have any "dislikes".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WeGift helped us with our own rewards platform. We were able to offer 360+ egift cards (US versions) to our customers. The API made it super easy to implement!
So easy to use

Ease of placing an order for multiple cards and ability to tailor the message.

Some limitations on brands, and transitioning gift card to app.

Ability to delivery easy and quick recognition and thank yous.
