Great, Reliable Partner
What do you like best about the product?
The self-serve portal gives us easy access to most of the account information we would need, including products, reporting, accounting, and customer service. Anything not in the portal goes through our account manager, who is engaged and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because they're still growing their catalog, sometimes we find we might be missing denominations of certain brands or the brands themselves. However, they are constantly adding new brands, new denominations, and have been wonderful to work with when we've requested additional brands or denominations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have a great, more intuitive platform than we've had with previous vendors and our most responsive account team to date. They're engaged and want us to be happy with their business, services, and support.

There are certain capabilities that are missing in the backoffice website (e.g. void and refund a card)

WeGift's API is straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintaining/forecasting the float is a bit challenging for lean startups but easily overcome with larger companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WeGift is a one-stop shop to access global gift card discounts programmatically so we can focus on our core differentiators.
Using WeGift was an fast, efficient and easy process to recognize our team for a job well done!

The large number of venters that were available on the site.

No complaints! Everything works extremely well.

It is a helpful and resourceful tool to show gratitude and appreciation.
Streamlined E-Gift Card Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to provide my recipients with a pool of companies to select from when using their e-gift card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if others at my agency could have their own WeGift accounts instead of having to share one--it can get unruly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WeGift is allows for a streamlined way of selecting e-gift cards and keeping track of invoices and recipients. It keeps us organized!
Very easy to use

You can send gifts in bulk or to individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notification emails to recipients appear as spam.

Sending random gifts of thanks to employees is easy.
Overall very good, simple to use, wide variety of vouchers to choose from

Simplicity of the API. The ability to create a revenue stream from it
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to continually, manually add funds to the account wastes a lot of time and also not ideal for cashflow. We're growing fast and need the ability to scale super quickly, we have the cash waiting to be spent but we only know that people want to spend the cash on a voucher at the time they want the voucher so pre-commiting is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow our customers to get a voucher without having to withdraw to their bank account first.

The platform is very user-friendly and comes with a variety of customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that certain brands are off-limits depending on the value of the gift card/transaction.

WeGift allows us to reward our employees while working remotely or in a hybrid format, where it's difficult to coordinate office hours.

I like that you are able to choose between a variety of different ways to use your rewards as well as break them down into different cards.

Not every country is available the same gift cards, more international cards needed

easy access to links in order to send promotional items to customers
Fast & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Needed to buy 2 gift cards - 1 for a UK store, and 1 for US one. It was easy to do it and quite fast. The whole process was done within the minutes. Also, the receipt was immediately ready to be downloaded (for accounting purposes).
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was fine. I liked using the product.
