Insider is a great tool for uplifting conversion rates
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are tools for segmentation and personalization. Also, some features help us track our customers and convert them along their journey

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is helping us to communicate with our customers based on customer demands.
Insider is the solution to one of the most common, yet difficult challenges in the fashion industry: relevant product discovery. The Smart Recommender is one of the best-of-its-kind products that is powered by a really strong AI technology that makes the recommendations really work. "UPT" is the most valuable KPI for Levi's Turkey and Insider is helping to boost our UPT with Smart Recommender. By taking stock of user behavior and past data, Insider is able to help us show the aptest products to our customers that make them want to click and shop more. We also use Social Proof which does a splendid job in encouraging users to purchase from us.

It took us a while to get familiar with Insider’s dashboard to obtain reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to facilitate better conversions by improving product discovery. Smart Recommender has been a great fit for us and coupled with Social Proof, we have seen a significant increase in CTRs for a number of our products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider might seem a little expensive but trust us, it is definitely worth the money. The ROI is great and it provides sustained growth, as well.

Insiders push notification tools are seamless and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use the web and app push notification tools on Insider. Campaigns are easy to set up and monitor, reporting is also made simple with Insiders’ statistics panel. Not only has this provided us with an additional communication channel, it has also allowed us to broaden our messaging to users on their smartphones by using app push notifications and other InApp pop-ups. Insiders’ support channels are phenomenal and help is always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little not to like, however if there was one thing I would change, it would be a slight tweak to the functionality of the app push set up. Once a campaign has been created, there is no way to edit a scheduled app push or view a completed app push without cloning the entire campaign. Editing is possible for web push notifications, so I would like to see this functionality introduced to app push notifications as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us improve customer engagement by sending communication to both potential and current customers. We are also able to ensure brand awareness is top of mind with recurring communication, we use push notifications for cart abandonment, as watchlist reminders and many other retention tactics ultimately resulting in more sales for our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Recommender is a star performer in our marketing tools list. We love the relevancy of the recommendations it shows our users, and we’re impressed by the technology that powers it. Insider has created a rockstar product with this one.

Honestly, there’s been nothing to dislike about this, so far!

Product discovery on our website was a cumbersome process, and we wanted to improve it. Smart Recommender has been the best solution for us. One simple product that does all the work for you, and brings in improved conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s products are packed full with many powerful, highly capable features that allow us to operate and execute campaigns at high speed, with agility and great flexibility. With the help of Insider’s team, we were able to implement marketing personalization very easily and smoothly. In one campaign with the Web Suite, for example, we displayed personalized welcome pop-ups for our customers and saw a click rate of 37.9% and a download rate of 26.5% on the coupon. This was very effective in driving conversions.
Insider’s Predictive Audience is another potent product that enables us to build high precision, targeted strategies by intelligently segmenting the users. We love being able to do this. Insider has truly levelled up our marketing strategy.

Using the dashboard was a little inconvenient for us when reviewing the campaign and analyzing the results.

Better product recommendations, improved personalization on our website are the areas we wanted Insider’s help with. The team helped us pick the right set of products best suited for our requirements and we have been successfully able to achieve the results we expected.

Insider’s ready-to-use web push templates have been a game-changer. Whether it is sending personalized messages to customers in bulk or running a promotional campaign for a new product launch or informing customers about discounts and promotions or back in stock alerts and more, Insider has it all.
Integrating these ready-to-use web push notifications in our app has been seamless and customers who had stopped engaging with our app are now back.

Understanding the tool did require a bit of hand-holding initially, but Insider’s team offered to help us at every step of our journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to interact with our customers across different platforms but were not able to do so in an efficient way. Insider’s tool Architect, made it possible to create customer journeys that integrated different channels like email, web, and mobile. With Architect’s automation, increasing engagement across the channels and sending the right notifications has been very effective. Love Insider

What do you like best about the product?
Engagement on our website and mobile app has shot up greatly since we started using Insider. We have been using a great number of templates for different purposes and they’re all extremely effective in helping us build a connection with our customers. With interactive surveys, we’ve been able to understand what’s working and not working for them, and make changes and decisions accordingly. On the whole, Insider has been a great boon for our customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the templates are great, they don’t always fit our requirements. However, we’re able to customize them, so we can make do. But we sure would love to see more templates being constantly added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement has been a challenge for us for the longest time. We did not have effective means of interacting with them pre and post sales. Insider’s mobile and web suite came to our rescue and we can now confidently say that our engagement has improved significantly since then.

A great set of tools with an amazing support team. Insider offers everything you need to market successfully to your audience exactly where they are.

The engagement on our mobile app is at its peak potential since using Insider’s App Push. The variety of push notifications offered by Insider are impressive, each with its own unique merits and uses. We have put them all to use and are wowed by how well they work for our brand.

We would love to have some more customization options added to the app push.

What do you like best about the product?
We were very impressed with the Insider's support team. They had a lot of global experience but also were very informed about the local market. We also liked how easy it was to combine many different tools to achieve segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We thought the pricing should be adjusted differently because increased traffic does not always mean increased revenue, especially during COVID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were already uısing another channel but were not seeing results. This is why we decided to work with Insider to increase discovery and reduce bounce rates. With Insider’s Web Push and Smart Recommender, we were able to increase our ROI by 27 times in 6 months.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things we love about using Insider, so it’s difficult to find the best thing. The support team at Insider is amazing - it feels like we are working with our own internal marketing team and not a customer support team from a different company. The account managers are experienced and bring great insights across products and marketing strategies in different regions. We are able to get clear insights from their reporting dashboard and understand our ROI from using Insider. The technology is very flexible and easy to use and meets all our requirements — the implementation is fast, easy and campaign management is a breeze. When Insider commits to a timeline they stick to it and we have achieved the fastest ROI with Insider. Using their product discovery tool and cart abandonment recovery notifications we improved our ROI by 53X.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date, I haven’t found anything to dislike. There have been some hiccups and glitches, but they have been immediately resolved by the team at Insider, so we are very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the initial phase of testing Insider we only had owned channels and it was difficult to segment our users and automate our marketing efforts - which is why we decided to try Insider. We wanted to focus on online channels and improve our customer experience to create the best possible personalization scenarios. We have a lot of traffic but because we are unable to segment our users, we were not able to identify them and convert them through individualized experiences. With both an online and offline mode of operation, we wanted our customers to experience the same kind of experience online as they would get from one of our offline retail store. Insider made all of this possible. We have improved our engagement rate, our sign-up rates are higher and new user acquisition has significantly increased. Like I said earlier - our ROI after using Insider is 53X.
