A truly remarkable and attractive experience for users

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Growth Management platform is just what a marketer needs to realize their key metrics. The platform works wonders in helping us realize key metrics across the funnel and optimizing our acquisition costs, improving our returns on ad spend and much more, but we were particularly impressed with their marketing feature developed for engagement - Instory, We saw a considerable rise in engagement with our Mobile Web users where were encouraged to discover products and add more items to their cart which eventually also translated into higher conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see more different design templates in order to make it look like a part of the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to increase engagement in our website, we used Insider's mobile web suite to give a new experience to our users. We motivated our users to add relevant products when they are on the cart page. These actions we took with Insider's tool, generated an uplift in AOV.

If you’re like us, looking to improve engagement on the mobile web, we highly recommend that you check out their full range of offerings for the mobile web features and segments during the POC. That way you know exactly what to opt for when cross-referencing with your business objectives

What do you like best about the product?
After using a bunch of online marketing tools I was really surprised that Insider delivers on their promise.
With many templates and loads of ideas from Insider staff we are delivering custom tailored communication to our customers.
With metrics visible in Google Analytics we can even perform A/B tests of our wildest ideas about our frontend
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to test the changes one makes in the panel, you have to remember to "generate" the new version of API.
They should automate this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We Perform site personalization, push marketing, email marketing.
Really one of the best tool I have been using so far
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try during POC period - Insider tool and team will surely proof their value.
We use most of Insider functions - some of them deliver a great value (push, recommendations, email, lead collections) ,and some of them gives a really nice touch to our website (InStories, Swipy).

Test, Test, Test - launch and retest
Thats the best way to get most of this tool

What do you like best about the product?
Our success metrics involved increasing the number of MAU, user engagement with active users and re-engaging with passive users. Insider’s App platform provided ready to go personalization tool to target all user types with proper personalization

Using Carousel Push for greater engagement

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Insider’s Carousel Push to redefine the mobile experience for our app users and the results were better than expected. This led us to check out other products from their platform and see how we could use them going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have any complaints with the products we are using right now, but it would be great to see their documentation become available in more regional languages.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Since we used the platform extensively for our mobile app requirements, we can confidently suggest Insider’s mobile app suite as a great tool for out-of-the-box mobile app marketing. Especially tools like Carousel Push helped us take our push notifications to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The engagement on our Push Notifications was below average. The standard push notification with the small app icons and text would often be lost in the notification tray among other notifications. Using Insider’s Carousel Mobile App push we greatly improved the clicks we got from push notifications. The ability to showcase multiple products in the same notification served us really well for our cart reminder campaigns, and we were able to reduce our cart abandonment by more than 20%.

Driving repeat purchases with cross-sell and up-sell

What do you like best about the product?
Getting users to convert for the first time is great, but we also wanted to drive repeat purchases on our website. We realized the best way to go about this was to engage in cross-selling and up-selling strategies. Insider’s powerful, AI-backed recommendation engine--Smart Recommender--was crucial in helping us achieve this. Based on multiple user-behavior touchpoints, the Smart Recommender delivered highly relevant recommendations to users and the results were amazing. For instance, during our 11.11 sale, we were able to see an increase of almost 25% for our conversion rate in just one week.The tool worked perfectly, so there was nothing to be disappointed about. However, because of the nature of how recommendation engines first require user behavior to start delivering relevant content, there was an initial delay before things were up to speed.

What do you like best about the product?
In the case that the traffic dividend gradually disappears, how to increase the conversion rate becomes a problem that marketing personnel must solve.

INSIDER enables us to use the behavior of consumers on the website to give more accurate information, thereby enhancing the consumer's desire to purchase, in addition to the system marketing staff of Insider can record the actual data of each result. Let these data drive the next marketing campaign to achieve better results, form a healthy circle, and finally let the brand understand what consumers need, and continue to communicate with consumers.

For the brand, many consumers enter my website every day, we are eager to interact with consumers, but at first we can only give the same message to all consumers.

The first thing that insider solves for us is that we can decide the best message for her based on the different behaviors of consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
The challenge with Ad Channels is that it is hard to know who you are targeting, but Insider easily solves this with their Predictive Ad Audience. Making it easy to predict with accuracy customers' likelihood to churn, likelihood to purchase, lifecycle stage and so much more. This helps you understand which users to target and when
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform works great and there are not many hindrances that prevent operations. However, it would be great if language options were more diverse

We were struggling with being able to create custom ad audiences. Identifying users who have the highest likelihood to convert or users who are going to churn. With Insider's Predictive Ad Audience, we got this right and thus helped us improve our ROI

What do you like best about the product?
Our goal is to increase the number of our Monthly Active Users (MAUs) and re-engage with passive users. To help hit our goals, we needed to engage users with active personalization strategies. Insider’s platform provided the perfect personalization tool with which we were able to target new users while engaging with passive ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few initial delays in the integration onto our platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for ways to increase our Monthly Active Users and bring back inactive users. Insider’s personalization capabilities helped us achieve both as we are now able to target users with content that is highly relevant and personalized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to increase your MAUs and bring back inactive users, Insider has the capabilities to support your business goals. Their platform is not just limited to personalization messaging, they have a comprehensive Growth Management Platform that's easy to use for marketers as well. We’ve also been able to make use of Insider for recommendations, which worked really well for us.
