Insider Help Us to Grow!
What do you like best about the product?
We really like how well performing all the tools of Insider are and also the wide range of tools they have for all our requirements. We don’t feel the need to look for another vendor to help us with any requirements, Insider has it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve noticed a slight delay in web push notifications at times, however, these are isolated incidents and haven’t impacted our engagements in any way. Insider’s account management team is also quick to resolve any issue once we inform them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User onboarding and retention on the mobile app was something we were very interested in improving. Insider’s personalized app push notifications have helped us with this. Their segmentation feature has helped us deliver personalized app push notifications based on user interests and this has helped us greatly improve our app sessions and user retention rates.
It’s a great platform for digital engagement across all channels
What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Insider for more than 4 years. During this time Insider team became not just usual contractors, but real partners with whom we shared all our ups and downs. The thing we really appreciate is the support of their partner success team. They really help to build strategy to engage our users and personalize their experience across different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
During these years of course we had some concerns, but mostly everything was fixed in a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a consistent and relevant experience for our audience across our different channels was our biggest struggle. After we started using Insider we learnt how we could design custom journeys for all our users engaging them at all the right touch points. We use almost all products Insider has. We use web personalization, mobile web personalization, web push, mobile app product and many more. Using Insider’s web push notification technology we are able to bring site visitors who have not yet completed their purchase back to the site. Using Mobile App Api push technology developed by Insider, we were able to effectively send messages targeted at the right audience during World Cup 2018, thus significantly increasing engagement and session duration. Too many things to mention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t limit yourself by using just one product. Insider platform enables to connect customer data across channels and systems and offers the widest set of product feature which impact ROI metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and average order value
Great tool to increase traffic and AOV by enhancing UX
What do you like best about the product?
Management team is great that they reply promptly and is helpful in solving problems in terms of the setting up all the campaigns.
Tool is brilliant in driving traffic by enhancing UX. It also provides lead generation pop-up, which is especially helpful for member acquisition.
They also provide useful suggestions/campaigns within the monthly meeting base, providing market trends/useful examples of their clients’ campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the insider dashboard is great, however, it could be more user-friendly. They do have a number of pre-set templates, but the variety is limited. For example, often there are times when the banner requires customization, and as I work in an industry with a very tight schedules, their management team may not be able to provide me with what I need within the given time period. It would be great if a tutorial could be provided on the CSS settings for my handling in any future upcoming campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, it was impossible to communicate with different onsite visitors. With the insider tool, it is possible to communicate to a specific segment by using web push notifications or to even customize their onsite experiences (I.e. banner).
Furthermore, it is up to the web developer needs to adjust the launch date and time for the banner. With the insider tool, it can pre-set the timer and launch it at a specific time which is helpful in minimizing delays and efforts from my web development team.

What do you like best about the product?
The support we get from Insider’s account team is really valuable. Their Smart Recommender Engine is one of the best we’ve seen so far. Also, it helped us customize the recommendations using their endpoint APIs and its amazing filtering options.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see easier sorting options on the campaign listing page, but overall we love the ease of use and smooth execution of the campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helped us improve our email channel performance significantly by bringing personalisation to them., Insider team helped us set up automated campaigns which covered welcome emails, and also helped us target and bring back users who had abandoned their cart. Insider’s web push is another feature that has benefitted us greatly. Through our web push campaign, we’ve increased our traffic as well as revenue. Today we have over 6.2 million web push subscribers, which is a really great improvement from when we started. We also use Smart Recommender to improve our user experience and conversion rate. It’s a great tool if you are looking to build a long-term customer experience strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider provides a modern marketing automation tool that is constantly developing and improving. They are testing new ideas and looking for the best solutions. The greatest support is provided by the Insider team, which supports the implementation and operation of the system and helps to run strategic of onsite communication. They have effective recommendation algorithms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some personalized campaigns require developer support to launch. Sometimes it takes way too long. A simple analytical panel is missing - it is being prepared.

Insider allows you to create personalized messages on the website. It makes it easier for customers to find information or products they are looking for on the website. Insider has a real positive impact on increasing customer engagement.

Insider helps me to personalize almost all my offers on my website. We can integrate and do modifications very easily and quickly.

Effective Tool for conversion improvement, responsive and creative team behind
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to bring up own ideas, team listens and tries to help with individual tasks. From the set up to implementation and reviewing, very responsive and agile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, especially for new costumized add-ons this takes some time - and I understand - so you need to plan in advance. Nothing I dislike but to keep an eye on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great improvement of Conversion Rate and Basket Size. Working on personalized recommendations but also little design fixes and testing in colours, which surprisingly have a huge impact. Gamification scenarios, mostly to promote urgency, work really good. Also highlighting promotions with countdowns, banners and web pushes.

Because there's a probability for user churn in the application, insider provides solutions to increase engagement with certain user segmentation to reach more and minimize the possibility of potential user churn increasing

The most important aspect of collaborating with Insider is that we can access it fast and receive solutions during all processes.

Great tool to improve Conversions and AOV plus great support from Insider’s account management team
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Insider is the support we receive from their account management team. All the IT requirements are taken care of which means that we do not have to burden our tech teams with any heavy-lifting.

We’re just getting started with all the tools and solutions that Insider has to offer, so far there is nothing we dislike.

When we started using Insider, our biggest challenge was to improve the low-engagement rates and optimize our conversion rates and AOV. We got started with Insider’s platform where we made changes to our search strings and catalog filtering process which made it easier for our users to engage with our website. As a result, we were able to improve on our key metrics as well as improve customer engagement on our site. We love the results we are seeing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When we first tried Insider’s platform we realized that it is exactly what we needed. We are currently using Web Suite, Mobile Web Suite and Web Push but Insider’s platform gives a lot of opportunities in other channels as well, so don’t limit your company , Web Suite alone or Mobile Web Suite alone,
