Insider helped us deliver Hyper-personalized experiences for high conversion rates!

What do you like best about the product?
With Insider, we have been able to create hyper-personalized campaigns that have been extremely successful for us. Creating personalization campaigns has been a top priority for us, and Insider has been our go-to partner for executing them. We appreciate how easy the platform is to use, yet it packs a variety of powerful features that add significant value to our marketing data. We have also significantly improved our retargeting capabilities, achieving a conversion rate increase of 9.7% in one campaign and a massive 20% increase in another! In addition, the platform provides us with a great deal of flexibility when it comes to customizing our campaigns. We can segment our website visitors intelligently and tailor our campaigns to correspond to each section of our customer base, yielding notable results for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have faced with Insider is the inability to support Quiet Hours in the Web Push tool. Except for that, Insider has been a splendid platform to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to maintain our position as a brand that represents luxury, we need to attract affluent customers from across the country, so we must build strong relationships with all of our website visitors. As a result of Insider's hyper-personalization based on AI, we have been able to deliver customized messages to our customers at the right time, resulting in better customer experience and satisfaction. We've been able to build a more nuanced personalization strategy thanks to Insider's advanced integration feature!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Personalization is where the power lies! Our business has been able to unlock new levels of marketing success & customer satisfaction, while constantly improving our strategy based on intelligent insights derived from accurate data. Insider is a powerhouse that has propelled our business forward, and we have great confidence that it can do the same to any other business aiming to leverage the power of predictive tech and data to achieve success.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider have been collaborative & supportive, our account managers made it is easy to set up new campaigns and have helped us deliver and best optimise web push for our users. We have been able to improve our engagement rates through testing and working with our account managers to overcome any hurdles. We experienced a fast uplift in new users & Insider supported us in pulling together a strategy to better target these users moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we were delivering large volume campaigns and subsequently we experienced poor engagement rates. However, with the support of Insider, we were able to effectively build segmentation within the platform to better target our users & best optimise this channel based on our users behaviour and Insider's knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to utilise this platform in other markets following our initial success. This will support us delivering a more personalised experience and best optimise all our markets potential. We hope to continue to collaborate with Insider drawing upon their knowledge to apply our startegies in our current and new markets.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to consistently communicate with our new and returning users and keep them engaged with Insider’s intelligent Web Push tools. The tool has been so good, in fact, that the average time a visitor spends on our website has increased by a whole minute! The automated push tool has also proven to be extremely effective in gently nudging potential customers to revisit our website. We are able to be on the minds of our customers regularly by sending well-timed, tailored messages which have received an average CTR of 5% - 10%. This is easily one of the best Web Push tools available in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a little difficulty with geo segmentation, but believe it is something that can be easily fixed with an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting customer data is important for us so that we can retarget them consistently with updates and other relevant messages that they’d find useful. Insider’s Web Push tools have gotten us a 20% opt-in rate annually, which is brilliant. This is our only messaging channel achieving such a high opt-in rate, and we were very impressed when we started seeing these results. We also use Insider’s survey function and it has been instrumental in helping us improve our user experience by leaps and bounds.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is very cooperative and is always there in setting up different scenarios, which eventually has helped us achieve our targets.

There is nothing really that we don't like about Insider and the team, they have always been very proactive and get the job done for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have always been looking for a platform that can help us a personalized view of the website and gives it a very customized or tailor-made feel to each set of audiences, and INSIDER has done a perfect job for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For all the merchants who have been dealing in multiple products E-com channel and has to cater to a variety of different audiences and they need to have a greater personalization or stuck to a certain growth level and want to move further, INSIDER is the right platform for those.

What do you like best about the product?
The strategic support from account managers and the transparency of reporting has been a strong point. The detailed monthly and quarterly account reviews also provide excellent strategic feedback based on our individual brand needs. The account managers have strong technical and analytical knowledge, and the sheer breadth of campaigns has opened up many possibilities in our marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had technical issues with a few campaigns, but the team always addressed our concerns in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Insider platform is an advanced piece of technology that has helped move the needle for our business. Being able to create and deploy a wide range of campaigns, such as mobile exit intent and those focused on our loyalty program has allowed us to reach the customer throughout the entire online journey. The mobile marketing features have brought in a positive ROI for the business and meet all our requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's web push and personalization features have been greatly appreciated by our organization - during the fourth quarter, Insider's web push campaigns accounted for +1500% ROI. Web push ranks 7th out of 1000+ revenue sources. It was an easy process to implement and use, and we were very satisfied with the overall results. We are amazed at how complex campaigns and scenarios can be executed in an effortless and straightforward manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've observed that flight search abandonment emails sometimes take a while to launch, mostly when lots of integrations are involved. Insider should resolve these delays in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The goal from day one has been to decrease the number of drop-offs and reduce search abandonments. We implemented Insider's push campaigns for search abandonment and saw a reduction in the drop-off rates almost immediately. Out of 300 web push campaigns, this campaign contributed 15% to our total push revenue. To combat booking abandonment and improve engagement and conversion rates, we're exploring more features like Facebook Messenger integration.

There are several products and features that Insider offers for addressing different kinds of growth. It would help if you first spoke to their growth consultants to get an idea of what products you need to tackle your specific challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and very easy to use. We are able to set up and go live with our own campaign in just a matter of minutes. The A/B testing feature is another brilliant tool from Insider that we love - we are able to test different copies of our app push notifications to see what works best in terms of language and tone of content, the insights from the panel are very helpful. Add to this Insider’s geo fencing ability and that means we are able to target users at the right time and place also. The mobile app push notifications can be created in less than a minute given their ready-to-use templates and executing the campaign is fairly simple, allowing us to go live faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some of our more complicated campaigns and flows, it would be nice to see a visual representation of what we are creating, however, Insider says that they have a different tool - Architect which can help us visualize complex journeys..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business goal when we started using Insider and before was to improve the engagement and retention on our mobile app. We wanted to target users and bring them back - the ride-booking space is a competitive one and we want to engage users at the right time in order to stay ahead. Insider’s segmentation feature has enabled us to easily create accurate user segments and target these users at the right time with push notifications to convert them. Insider’s quick and efficient real-time segmentation features come in handy when users open our app but do not book a ride in the next 5 minutes, normally because they are comparing prices against competitor apps. In such cases we are able to send a push notification immediately with a discount code to encourage these users to convert. And we’re elated with the conversion rates we’ve achieved overall.

What do you like best about the product?
What impresses us at Insider is the flexibility of the solutions they propose. If it happens that we cannot implement the scenario according to our idea our Strategic Account Manager and Operational Account Manager will always advise what can be done differently.
The entire team is up to the task so that the scenarios meet ours assumptions and KPIs. They always provide advice and ideas on how to change a scenario to make it perform even better.
Insider has saved the day many times when changes have to be made "right now" on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time ago we had communication problems. The previous Operational Account Manager didn't fully understand our needs. The problem was solved very quickly and the cooperation is going very well at the moment.
Sometimes the implementation time of personalized scenarios (created from beginning to end for our brand) tooks few weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider tools allow us to test ideas quickly. It's very important due to the dynamics of our industry. We're able to implement simple A / B tests within a few days.
A transparent panel and monthly reporting meetings allow us to follow the results on an ongoing basis and make further decisions regarding the implementation of functionalities natively.
