Good tool and great partner to work with

What do you like best about the product?
We really like Insider’s accounting. At each meeting our account manager brings some interesting cases and growth scenarios. They approached the work from a different place than most of vendors do. It is really easy to understand the performance reports and to launch campaigns in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t really seen much to dislike, but sometimes we would like to be able to ship faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we tried Insider’s platform we realized that it is exactly what we needed. We’ve used Insider features extensively on our websites and noticed that mostly all important metrics have improved much. With Insider we are able to identify user segments and target them which results in higher retention and conversions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t be limited to only one channel, Web Suite alone or Mobile Web Suite alone, Insider has solutions designed for every channel.

What do you like best about the product?
When we started working with Insider our goal was to improve our ecommerce arm. By using Insider’s mobile and desktop web personalization tools, web push notifications, smart recommendation and triggered emails, we quickly achieved 6X ROI !

We are working with an operational account manager, who makes sure to activate each campaign that we want to implement on our website in a timely manner, with any customized specifications added if needed. However, if we want to create campaigns ourselves, Insider’s dashboard is super simple and quite easy to use (the pre-packaged templates are very helpful). It's also possible and easy to track and follow live results of our campaign directly in the dashboard.

We are also working with a business account manager, who has been awesome: he helps us optimize our cross-channel campaigns with frequent business recommandations and is always listening and anticipating our needs. In consequence, our results keep increasing month after month !
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some difficulties at the very beginning of the partnership with an operational account manager, but Insider quickly reacted and found a solution that positively overcame our expectations. Otherwise, there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider, we can resolve UX issues (on all devices), enhance the visibility of important promotions and best-selling products, create and analyze A/B testing scenarios and test new ways of communicating and engaging with customers. As a result, Insider contributes to generate more traffic and conversions, as well as quickly create innovative campaigns that make us ahead of our competitors. Moreover, Insider keeps us informed of regular product updates, industry reports, live support and regional insight which help us being aware of our own business and industry's opportunities.

Insider Has the Best Support and Account Managemen

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using Insider is their great tools and amazing account management support, this is a rare combination to find both.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to customizing our campaigns, sometimes it takes time to get what we’ve requested. This can be a hindrance when we are planning to run time-sensitive campaigns but we can solve it with planning in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve our conversion rate and we are using Insider’s enterprise app package and web push package and since using Insider we observed a conversion rate of 13%. When visitors check out a car page, we want them to engage with the click-to-call CTA icon, but this does not always happen. But after using Insider we were able to send personalized notifications to users which helped us improve our metrics.

Strong automated solution for push notifications

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has successfully delivered various automated (trigger based) push notification solutions for us. Their team was and still is very supportive during development process or in case of any troubleshooting. User console is pretty much easy to use and intuitive. Worth to mention that push notifications aren't the only digital solution offered to us by Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could have better clarity on engagement and subscriber metrics. We have raised it to the Insider team and added it to the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push notifications are important digital marketing channel for us. Insider is making sure we are having smooth, automated and personalized push notification service. Together we are constantly working on new solutions and use cases.

Best CRM and personalization tool we’ve used

What do you like best about the product?
We can reach out to Insider with queries anytime and they are happy and quick to respond. I think this is what we like the most about their platform. In addition, their CRM api is one of the best that we’ve used and it allows us to manage all our data at one place. And when we combine this with Architect, another Insider product, we get one of the most advanced personalization tools in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative that we can find is the customization timeline - sometimes it takes a long time to get some customization done. Panel loading time can also be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenge was managing and operating various 3rd party tools for all our marketing needs. What we wanted was a one-stop-shop kind of a tool that would help us manage everything. That’s when Insider came along and we absolutely loved being able to consolidate all our requirements in one place. The product capabilities of the growth management platform is amazing and operates smoothly even under a lot of load. Having all our data and strategies in one tool is what we got from Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
The highlight about using Insider is their dedicated account management team - which means that we get dedicated and custom support based on our specific needs. Another great thing is their unique A/B testing feature which works amazingly well and we’ve been able to increase our AOV by testing variations we never thought possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we ask for the customization that requires lots of additional changes, the timeline involved is high, which creates a problem when we run time-sensitive and urgent campaigns. If we plan this in advance, it solves the problem but it may not always be possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the primary things that we wanted to focus on was improving our AOV and also delivering a great customer experience across channels such as email, web push, ads, sms, etc. We found just the solution that we were looking for in Insider’s A/B testing feature - which has enabled us to test variations of campaigns and find out which contribute to the highest AOV. We’ve also been able to improve our app downloads using personalized campaigns and offers on web push. And what really helped us is that we could test all these scenarios with Insider before going live, helping us prepare and execute better.

Most innovative tools for showing recommendations

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has one of the most novel and engaging features to show recommendations. The InStory is a great way to recommend categories that you want to promote on your mobile website using instagram-like stories that stay on the top. The product is easy to configure and give a feel-good presence on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve faced some issues on their recommendations feature, particularly when it comes to updating our catalog. Some of the products that are recommended are out of stock- looking forward to their team resolving this sync-issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our objective was to deliver a more engaging online experience to our customers. We also wanted to improve on the engagement metrics and conversions - InStory recommendations proved to be a great way to recommend our top trending products as well as gain visibility among our customers. Smart recommender has increased CR by 35% on mobile main page. We’re also evaluating to expand the Insider collaboration in the long term.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Insider is their accounting. It’s almost like having a dedicated in-house consultant. Using Insider’s personalization product we were able to increase engagement and conversions. Also we found the platform extremely effective for targeting visitors with relevant web push notifications. We were really impressed with Insider’s price-drop notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a fashion brand is all about the look and feel of our website - we would love to see more options to customize theme in the web messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenges are bringing visitors back to our website and improving our conversion rate. The next focus area is personalization. And the last one is email marketing. We’ve noticed that our conversion rates have increased significantly by using this Insider’s features. Overall, it’s a great comprehensive platform for your engagement requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is a great tool to target customer segments with personalized messaging. We’ve found this to be extremely effective in driving sales. We recommend talking to their account managers to understand what works best for you.

With Insider’s Web Push capabilities we create triggered push scenarios to optimize our channel and conversion strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trust in the recommendations from the Insider team, and keep testing. It takes getting used to the numerous scenarios and experimentation offered by the team. But this has helped us make the most use of Insider’s platform. And besides our monthly reviews show us which scenarios work best and how to segment our users.
