Great platform for renewed customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
We’re really impressed with the kind of personalization that we can deliver to our visitors. What makes this really insightful is the analytics we can get from each campaign and the many use case templates provided by Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very particular about our design but we find that there are limitations to how well we could integrate Insider’s web templates into our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to find a solution that would not only enable us to improve our digital experiences for our users but also track and analyze our marketing campaigns. Insider was a right decision as the platform helped us do both easily. In our time with Insider, we’ve seen more engagement on our digital channels and a significant rise in our conversion rates online.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to activate and acquire customers. Provides great solutions to business problems and really good at sharing insights that helps to grow the business. Excellent customer support and very responsive to reported issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nicer dashboard tools would be good to have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activating and acquiring new customers with personalized experiences. Automate messaging and interactive lead collection and acquisition tools have helped us collect more leads which leads to customers. Also they help us reduce bounce rates on our website.

A Great Solution Partner

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create campaigns with no technical skills required. We also get access to other helpful tools such as support academy to find articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to updolad CRM list into platform for all mobile web products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use several Insider’s products to convert our visitors and improve engagement on our mobile web. The message box product helps to achieve conversion rate uplift more than %50.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is helping us target our users more effectively and efficiently. We are encouraging our customers for additional purchases with smart recommendations and architect product.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to kill data silos by having several features in only one tool

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the all-in-one nature of the platform. It’s a great platform for engagement across channels and has some relevant use case scenario for messaging like templates and notifications. We could also create personalized campaigns based on user behaviour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small glitches that prevent us from getting insights on some campaigns. The partner team at Insider always sends them manually, but it would be great if we didn’t have to reach out every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a great platform for digital engagement and the results are clearly worth the cost. But it’s only as good as how much you understand about your goals. Consider evaluating your goals and current challenges, this will help you make the best out of the platform.

Insider Mobile App Integration

What do you like best about the product?
The integration and setup were extremely simple. Using the platform is quite easy. Insider’s mobile app suite has all the features needed to improve user engagement within the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding and filtering through multiple campaigns is not easy on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been trying to improve conversions within our app. Using insider’s Mobile APP suite we were able to engage with our users effectively using personalised messaging and improve conversions.

A truly remarkable and attractive experience for users

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Growth Management platform is just what a marketer needs to realize their key metrics. The platform works wonders in helping us realize key metrics across the funnel and optimizing our acquisition costs, improving our returns on ad spend and much more, but we were particularly impressed with their marketing feature developed for engagement - Instory, We saw a considerable rise in engagement with our Mobile Web users where were encouraged to discover products and add more items to their cart which eventually also translated into higher conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see more different design templates in order to make it look like a part of the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to increase engagement in our website, we used Insider's mobile web suite to give a new experience to our users. We motivated our users to add relevant products when they are on the cart page. These actions we took with Insider's tool, generated an uplift in AOV.

If you’re like us, looking to improve engagement on the mobile web, we highly recommend that you check out their full range of offerings for the mobile web features and segments during the POC. That way you know exactly what to opt for when cross-referencing with your business objectives

What do you like best about the product?
After using a bunch of online marketing tools I was really surprised that Insider delivers on their promise.
With many templates and loads of ideas from Insider staff we are delivering custom tailored communication to our customers.
With metrics visible in Google Analytics we can even perform A/B tests of our wildest ideas about our frontend
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to test the changes one makes in the panel, you have to remember to "generate" the new version of API.
They should automate this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We Perform site personalization, push marketing, email marketing.
Really one of the best tool I have been using so far
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try during POC period - Insider tool and team will surely proof their value.
We use most of Insider functions - some of them deliver a great value (push, recommendations, email, lead collections) ,and some of them gives a really nice touch to our website (InStories, Swipy).

Test, Test, Test - launch and retest
Thats the best way to get most of this tool

What do you like best about the product?
Our success metrics involved increasing the number of MAU, user engagement with active users and re-engaging with passive users. Insider’s App platform provided ready to go personalization tool to target all user types with proper personalization

Using Carousel Push for greater engagement

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Insider’s Carousel Push to redefine the mobile experience for our app users and the results were better than expected. This led us to check out other products from their platform and see how we could use them going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have any complaints with the products we are using right now, but it would be great to see their documentation become available in more regional languages.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Since we used the platform extensively for our mobile app requirements, we can confidently suggest Insider’s mobile app suite as a great tool for out-of-the-box mobile app marketing. Especially tools like Carousel Push helped us take our push notifications to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The engagement on our Push Notifications was below average. The standard push notification with the small app icons and text would often be lost in the notification tray among other notifications. Using Insider’s Carousel Mobile App push we greatly improved the clicks we got from push notifications. The ability to showcase multiple products in the same notification served us really well for our cart reminder campaigns, and we were able to reduce our cart abandonment by more than 20%.
