Insider Mobile Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The segmentations offered by Insider are very useful in one-to-one communication with your customer. They keep up with the speed of development of the mobile app and do their best to bring you to that level. Another important thing for us; Sezai Özdemir, who we work in mobile application part with Insider, plays the leading role in our development in this field.
What do you dislike about the product?
We got no problem with both products and team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider uses a lot of data models that helped us play with it and find out what is the right move and what things we should avoid. This helped us reinvent our customer engagement efforts and drive growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always be passioned about trying new products. They work very hard on them, and these products always give you the best results.
We knew who uninstalled are an app and how we can re-engage with them
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of our business revenue depends on our mobile app having a picture of which of our users uninstalled our app where the reason might incompatibility of the new app, bugs in the new version or people just moving on. Insider provided us with a method to track these instances and with its GMP we were able to re-engage with these customers over email, Facebook and Google ads and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little more time than expected to implement recovery techniques.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to find out who uninstalled our app and what was the problem and since Insider did that and also provided us ways to re-engage with our customers. We were able to do both monitoring and finding a solution for our problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to re-engage with lost mobile users, Insider is amazing. Because it’s not just meant for mobile marketing but also can communicate with users over push, email, web and more, you have a lot of opportunities to win back your lost mobile-app users.
Able to Predict the likelihood to churn
What do you like best about the product?
Insider's predictive engine allowed us to analyze our customer roadmap and decrease churn rates significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. If you rely on a subscription model, customer churn is a really headache. But Insider solve this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking lower our churn rate amd this worked wonders for us. The main issue we had to sort out the customer journey and this basically worked for us because of the feature to predict the likelihood to churn.
Great product and excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
The integration and cooperation were very easy, smooth, and fast. Not only good product, but did great service as well. They won't hesitate to tell you anything you want to know and want to learn. They are best partner, and friends. We had a similar 3rd party's service before Insider (not totally the same), but they won't able to answer questions as professional as Insider. We are happy and satisfy with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. We currently are satisfying with their product and service and nothing to complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide comprehensive exposure chance to grab users we lost, and contribute the actual sales in the end. We archived our sales target with their help, and most important is we understand our consumers more.

We’ve seen huge progress after applying Insider's product and service. Their professional consultation and fast implementation really helps us a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all I appreciate highly qualified and friendly account managers. It`s a great pleasure to work with them. And of course clear and convenient interface, lots of abilities to build a great communication with our customers, and reach high conversion rate.

Stil haven`t noticed. At the moment we satisfied with everything.

With Insider we increase our customers loyalty, motivate them to make a purchase and get high conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
I am impressed by the integration process of Insider which is super easy and fast. By using Insider solution, we can run an A/B test quick and provide the better flow to our customer.

It’d be better if the panel be in multi-language version.

Our main objective is giving the visits of our official website a great browsing experiences. Insider Team

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful and always handy to help us running our campaigns in different platforms. The service provided is also good and the team help us immensely especially during big campaigns such as birthday and Ramadan.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’d be great if there were more templates available for gamification, especially in app. Because we’re looking to improve the engagement of our app users to retain customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting new customer emails are easier during our big campaigns because Insider provided the trigger-push. Gamification also helps us to drive our sales when there’s no internal campaigns.
Great account management support from a highly knowledgable & responsive team
What do you like best about the product?
We are very happy with the level of support we receive from the customer success team. Their industry knowledge really helps us in creating effective campaigns that best engage our customers. Plus the quick turn around time for each campaign to go live ensures we stay on top of customer trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a difficulty question because we are very satisfied with Insider hence having had them as supplier for the last 2 years! However, to answer the question, artwork design might be a weakness Insider could improve. This is not their core business so it has never been an issue for us at all. We use our own in house design team to provide all the branded elements Insider might request. That way, we are sure that the high quality standard we are imposing to our brand is consistent across all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider’s intelligent customer segmentation capabilities, we have been able to effectively send the most relevant messages to the right target segment at optimal times. That level of personalization helps in creating a more engaging and tailored experience for each of our customers. Having such a deep understanding of our customer segmentation also allows us to learn more about which stage of the funnel each customer is currently in and how to best communicate with them. This has really helped our bottom line and also lowered our churn rate.

Insider’s growth platform was very easy to integrate with our website and having multiple features that cover different channels, allows us to have a dynamic approach to our marketing activities. Insider’s account support makes things hassle free and helps us to get the most out of our mobile-first engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Insider gives the best functionality in terms of ease of access toward the market. I have been using for some time now and I believe this software is one of the top in the market at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about this software is very minimal, and the only improvement it needs is the ability for communication between users and the potential clients.

Boosting Mobile app conversion is a tricky spot and that’s exactly where we were stuck. To
overcome this challenge we started exploring Insider’s unique mobile app engagement
features to build a unique experience for our app users. It worked great for us. We explored
almost all their features and we saw the conversion and user engagement rate going up. We
