Our successful partnership with Insider

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Predictive segments for Mobile has helped us garner data that proved extremely valuable for our mobile efforts. We are now able to act on users’ behavior through predictive segments, something we were not able to do before. As a result, we are able to build marketing campaigns that have shown great results for our mobile website and application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d say the user design can be improved for some features like email and push.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to mitigate a lot of problems we faced while making decisions. Now we don’t lack evidence to back our decisions. Insider has significantly helped us utilize our capital in the right direction, helping us improve our ROI and revenue. Our contacts in Insider ''Naz Gündoğdu and Gizem Eldem'' has helped us improve our websites for Pierre Cardin and US Polo Assn. in Turkey. Due to their positive contribution, we decided to hand over our third brand ''Cacharel'' to them. We trust our Insider team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is a powerful platform in a sea of options. We have tried numerous platforms before we partnered with Insider. The entire team has been nothing but helpful and super-responsive. And the platform's ease of use means one doesn’t have to depend on a dedicated team or IT personnel to use Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Personalized messaging and recommendation has proved to be very successful for us as we have been able to generate leads faster and easier. It has also boosted our conversion rates considerably.
What do you dislike about the product?
User Navigation could be improved further. Need an Idea center for starters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider we were able to successfully convert our one-time buyers to repeat buyers and build customer loyalty. This was majorly due to the hyper-personalized user targeting ability of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The best - Insider allows us to engage with everyone on our website, be it an unregistered visitor, a registered user or someone who makes repeat purchase on our website. The platform can be utilized to provide unique experiences to these people based on their lifecycle status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we saw a lot of improvement in our AOV and Customer retention rates, we would have loved the ability to create reports dedicated to these metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to increase our AOV and retain more customers overall. Using mobile-based personalization we were able to streamline our promotions, coupons, prompts and offers that led to higher AOV as well as helped our customers to relate with us better, and therefore improving brand loyalty.

Innovative features for an elevated customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Recommender & InStory are a powerful duo to greatly improve product discovery and increase conversions. Before Insider, we were showing our customers best-selling products and trending ones, and while they were added to carts, they barely reached the product checkout page. After deploying Insider, we realized the true power of personalization. With SR & InStory, we were able to recommend products to our users which were highly relevant to them, personalized to them. This had a direct, positive impact on our customer satisfaction and experience. Thanks to Insider’s tools, our customers are now happier than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The panel is slow to load at times, which causes a tad bit of frustration. Otherwise, we haven’t had any other issues that we dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main requirement was product recommendations that really work for the customer, and not just look pushy, like we’re only trying to sell a product. With Insider’s intelligent tech, we love that we have been able to understand our customers and their desires and needs better, enabling us to then recommend the most appropriate products for their concerns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Personalization can make all the difference to any business, and when done extremely well, it will truly make you stand out from the crowd. Insider is, by far, the most intuitive at personalizing experiences and is a great choice to take your personalization game to the next level.

What do you like best about the product?

Insider’s web and mobile web suites create the most personalised customer experiences one can offer their visitors on their digital channels. Their predictive technology allows us to leverage real-time predictive data in an intelligent and impactful way, helping us optimize our ad budgets and reach out to customers with only relevant content, which boosted conversions and site engagement. Because they offer solutions addressed to all stages of the sales funnel. We’re now able to deliver personalised and consistent experiences on both desktop web and mobile web. Even though their features are user-friendly and super easy to integrate, Insider has 24/7 management teams that provide us with full-time support, attending to our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn’t dislike much, if we had to choose something we’d say the design could be improved a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we thought we knew our customers’ needs very well, the ability to observe the performance of personalization scenarios we design for our web and mobile web in real time changed the way we deliver experiences, for sure. Our online channels have literally been transformed, from simple and not very engaging, especially in regards to our messaging strategies, to higher traffic numbers and a boost of returning users. We’ve noticed higher retention, more engagement with our channels, since we were targeting customers with only content that was relevant to their interests, and an overall steady flow of visitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Probably the best desktop web and mobile web suites out there as they allow us to communicate with our customers through a wide range of personalisation tools that suit their very individual needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Best performing scenarios for ecommerce. Full support, implementation and day by day work on product - support for all ideas that we can create in this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more scenarios for desktop. We have too many ideas and not enough time to bring them to live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization, recommendations, webpushes, marketing automation... Benefits: AOV, Conversion Rate, Revenue - all of them on massive growth year by year.

A tool to maintain user traffic, boost conversion, show better customer experience and communicate with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely user-friendly and has helped us deliver personalised rich push notifications in a strategic way. Customers respond to push messages more than ever and are more likely to use the offers we provide since we have incorporated Insider’s rich push notifications into our mobile marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team at Insider is extremely helpful and quick to respond to issues, however it would be great if there was a self-help guide to speed the process up at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have noticed a considerable increase in push open rates and more customers are responding to the offers we provide them with. It’s an impeccable tool!

What do you like best about the product?
The smart prompts that we have implemented through Insider (e.g. urgency messaging for low stock items, building credibility and signalling demand through social proof messaging of how many people have bought items before) have helped us to improve engagement and conversion rates. They also offer push formats that I had never seen before (carousel push, discovery push, push notification followed by dedicated in-app messages etc.) which have done a great job for engagement and pushing up CTRs. Lastly, since we use insider across platforms we can leverage user data across platforms (e.g. send an app push notification based on abandoned cart on the web) - very powerful platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management team is great but we would really like a detailed FAQ so that we can do more by ourselves. The UI of the panel can probably be improved and be more user friendly (again, would be easier to use with a good FAQ that helps us figure things out by ourselves).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One business problem we were experiencing was the ability to engage our app browsers and convert them into customers and make sure we don't lose them after the install. Insider has helped us achieve this in many ways through boosting overall engagement within our app. Our app now features product recommendations, rich push notifications, an on-boarding journey, social proof, in-app notifications, and 1:1 messages to name just a few.

What do you like best about the product?
Conducting A/B testing with Insider was the best thing. With Insider help, we were able to collect data and get the full report of the testing. This help the business to proof some design concept that we don't have data. Furthermore, It enable us to create decision quickly on what to provide to our customer base on the data given.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delivery time, Some custom request needed quite sometime and with the pace of the business is quick we needed it quick. Furthermore, we had quite a different working hours with the developers position in Europe and us in Asia therefore communication was another factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Campaign, A/B testing and Customer retention and loyalty to our Business

What do you like best about the product?
As a news company with a solid user base, we expect secure and fast delivery on our push notifications. With Insider, the push sending speed is excellent as we are able to send millions of users our breaking news in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more visibility into the data, especially for predictive segmentation and interest clustering reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems we have solved is the amount of customer feedback we receive, the engaging and timely customer surveys on our webpage have provided us with a wealth of data which we are able to use to optimize user experience. We were able to prioritize contents for our editors and locate those that are actually wanted by our readers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is an easy to use personalization platform that includes a wide range of features that are certain to make a positive impact on customers experiences. If you need to improve the user experience on youe webpage or mobile app, your segmentation processes, user targeting and marketing strategy and want to see your visitor base's actions and flow, then Insider is the product you need.
