Being able to deliver impactful personalization based on Insider’s segmentation

What do you like best about the product?
When starting out with Insider, one of our biggest challenges was automating our campaigns. Insider stepped right in and filled that gap and we really love the support we receive from Insider’s local teams. Insider’s deep segmentation is another feature we love in their products, not to mention the A/B testing feature that is data-driven and which has helped us deliver true personalization in our engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s panel takes some getting used to, however, it’s really unfair to point it out as a negative, since the range of features and analytics it has is amazing. Plus there’s active support in helping us navigate the panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal was to automate much of our marketing efforts and integrate a powerful personalization tool into our mix. Some of our challenges were around automating our push notifications and being able to segment our user profiles. With insider, not only were we able to automate our push notifications, but we could now target our users with highly personalized engagement using insider’s powerful segmentation feature. We achieved an open rate of 18.94% on our push notifications, which is much higher than our industry benchmarks. The results we’ve realized so far, is nothing short of remarkable.

What do you like best about the product?
The proactivity of the French customer teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the selected tests must only be Business-oriented while some experiments are also developed to improve the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider allows us to globally improve the user experience and to quickly test the changes we want to implement. The platform also helps us improve our clients' contactability and our loyalty rate through various Web and Mobile experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick implementation and high variety of features / experiences. Jeffrey, our Operational Account Manager is also great :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients teams barely talk between our different markets, and they should do this more often as this would benefit them for sure (Although now they are starting to). Some experiences have extremely good results in some countries and we would like to replicate them faster across markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our implementation speed and CVR drastically improved.

Great tool for optimizing mobile app engagement

What do you like best about the product?
The support from our account management team at Insider is something we really like and appreciate. The platform also has some really cool use-case templates for the mobile app which are easily customizable according to our needs. It’s a simple, quick and easy to use platform loaded with all the right features for a mobile app marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. We’re still discovering the platform and its capabilities, and so far we haven’t found something to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we began our efforts at mobile app engagement, we were out of our depths and struggling to map out the right strategy. But with Insider on board, our account managers from Insider stepped right in, helping us with all the right tools, as well as helping us design the perfect engagement strategy. We were able to improve the user experience on our app, without any heavy IT dependency and at the same time deliver personalized engagement to each and every app user. We saw a significant improvement in all our app metrics in just under two months.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like most is the product and the platform itself. Apart from that their account management support is amazing. There's never a doubt that you're going to be stuck with something, Insider is always responsive in helping us solve our hiccups.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, we don't dislike anything. We're very pleased with our experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems we wanted to tackle was how to improve our onsite engagement. That's when we started using Insider’s web push solutions. Combined with their advanced Segmentation feature, we were able to target each and every user with very personal messaging. Because of which our engagement onsite increased dramatically and we also saw great improvement in our CTR.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend using more rich push notifications and talking more to you account managers while building your strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
We really love their range of web and mobile web-based tools that caters to almost every use-case we can think of. Another great thing about Insider is their sales and partner teams that go over and beyond to help us achieve all our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve mostly had positive experiences with Insider so far, so there’s almost nothing that we found as a negative to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once we started using Insider, we were able to improve our web and mobile web metrics significantly. Initially, we were struggling with optimizing our revenue, improving our conversion rates and AOV. With the help of Insider’s web and mobile web capabilities combined with their smart recommendations, we started seeing great improvements in our engagement across web and mobile. Their web suite is a must-have for every marketer.

Collaborate more with the account managers and digital growth consultants from Insider. They can help you find out the pain points and the kinds of products that can help you to reach your goals and increase important metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider Growth Management Platform is built with a unique approach of enabling different frontiers of customer engagement with an omnichannel approach which makes it a good tool and a long term partner for us. We were able to try new ideas and deliver superior user experience, predominantly through onsite and web push products. As an award-winning airline that drives the majority of our sales through direct channels, it is always challenging for us to reduce the churn rate and increase the LTV. Insider’s PAA and architect did the magic for us in improving LTV and AOV’s by combining amplification and technology in the right mix. Persistent engagement and personalization are critical for consumers, Insider GMP has mastered the method of simplifying usage with robust advancement in technology. I’ll vouch for the platform stability and customer success teams are unrivalled.
What do you dislike about the product?
There will be simple account management issues in any SaaS or other vendor arrangement. Insider is prudent enough to sail through such instances with utmost customer satisfaction.Nothing specific to be disliked about Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an airline depended solely on direct channels, we were heavily using the personalization for enhanced UX of IBE interfaces.

What do you like best about the product?
We really love the dedicated local support we receive from Insider’s account management team from strategy to planning and execution. Insider brings some of the best practices in the industry which helped us a lot as our access to such information is limited. Their unified dashboard is a great feature to track all our campaigns in one place and export reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Insider’s account management team helps us with our requirements from A to Z, there’s not much to dislike. We’ve noticed that some customization features take a longer time, but we get continuous help, so it has never hampered our deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to understand our customer behavior and engage them with personalized messaging and content. With Insider’s segmentation features, we were able to target different segments of users with content that was relevant to them and personalized to their behavior. We also realized that after using Insider, we were able to achieve marketing independence as we could roll out campaigns at a faster pace without having to wait on tech teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Undoubtedly the best thing about Insider is the personalized support we get from their team. This kind of support is just as amazing as their personalization platform that helped us engage our users across different channels with unique and personalized experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to find something to dislike when you have a support account manager who helps you with all your concerns and questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Insider’s web personalization, mobile web personalization, web push and InStory product. We use InStory as a new tool for interaction with users, as our brand always keeps up to date and introduces the most modern technologies not only in fashion design, but also on our website. InStory allows us to share the latest news about new arrivals and fashion collaborations, highlight promotional items, as well as different delivery options.This is a great tool and in addition with their predictive segmentation, we can actually predict and engage those users who are most likely to purchase from us. We had the benefit of improving our metrics and also optimize our strategies and make them more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is a great tool to target customer segments with personalized messaging. We’ve found this to be extremely effective in driving sales. We recommend talking to their account managers to understand what works best for you.
