Good tool and great partner to work with
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Insider is their accounting. It’s almost like having a dedicated in-house consultant. Using Insider’s personalization product we were able to increase engagement and conversions. Also we found the platform extremely effective for targeting visitors with relevant web push notifications. We were really impressed with Insider’s price-drop notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a fashion brand is all about the look and feel of our website - we would love to see more options to customize theme in the web messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenges are bringing visitors back to our website and improving our conversion rate. The next focus area is personalization. And the last one is email marketing. We’ve noticed that our conversion rates have increased significantly by using this Insider’s features. Overall, it’s a great comprehensive platform for your engagement requirements.

Insider is a great tool to target customer segments with personalized messaging. We’ve found this to be extremely effective in driving sales. We recommend talking to their account managers to understand what works best for you.

With Insider’s Web Push capabilities we create triggered push scenarios to optimize our channel and conversion strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trust in the recommendations from the Insider team, and keep testing. It takes getting used to the numerous scenarios and experimentation offered by the team. But this has helped us make the most use of Insider’s platform. And besides our monthly reviews show us which scenarios work best and how to segment our users.

What do you like best about the product?
Some shopping trigger tools are very useful to enhance the ATV, such as the side menu coupon, which can trigger more customer to enjoy the promotion. Also the tools can improve the current website by provide more message and reminder to customer, which can drive them to purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are usually some minor display setting problems when i am using the portal. There will be limitation of the position on some tools or graphic, which is not too user friendly or not friendly to my website layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High bounce back rate and low conversion rate.
Bounce back rate has been lowered after the work with Insider, also a great uplift of sales after using the Insider functions.

Time Spending on using Insider, as there are many functions, if you can utilize them well, it takes quite a lot of work to do on it

Amazing solution in battle with COVID-19
What do you like best about the product?
I tried MindBehind to develop a chatbot as Covid-19 information provider. Once I trained the chatbot, response was excellent. No frictions, no bugs at all. I started with helpful videos explaining actions that let me create a proper chatbot and it totally worked for me.
Maturity of UI and ability to create a chatbot with intelligent flows fully met my demands. It was incredibly easy and fast, especially for me, as non-technical fellow.
Publishing on Facebook was easy child’s play to me and since chatbot was related to Covid-19 it was for free. It seamlessly supported Polish language as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I didn’t face any struggles and it took me about 2 hours to build and publish fully working chatbot for my community.

The chatbot I build using MindBehind was tremendously helpful for our community in crisis of covid-19. It let phone lines to be less engaged so we could focus on important human-related job.
Easy to Use Product!
What do you like best about the product?
Product is easy to use and flexible, development needs can be met quickly. There is always a solution to the needs. The user can easily create the chatbot tree without technical support. User can make the changes and amendments easily.

Report module can be developed and made more flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we needed to get help when changes needed in our chatbot trees and it took time. With this product, processes have accelerated. We can create and develop bots faster than before and we can do it on our own. The test process was shortened and going live process became easier.

Easy to use and flexible, screens and menus are clear. No software knowledge is required to use the product, any user can learn and use it.

I genuinly can not find anything that I disliked.

Customers' needs or requests change momentary sometimes. Hence our terms or conditions or procedures too... Then we have to update our scripts for conversations with our customers as soon as possible. With MindBehind we are always ahead of our competitors. Besides and more important we can integrate it with the systems we use very quickly.

We started working with Insider because we wanted to explore how we could make user experience more appealing and get users hooked on it. We really loved Insider’s InStory product because it was easy to implement and it created a gamified and more engaging experience for the users.

Sometimes it is a bit challenging to create visuals but it’s worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for ways to engage and retain users with high discount affinity, which was a challenge as these users are constantly evaluating various options. But using InStory we were able to personalize our engagement with such users. This interactive experience helped us greatly.

A unique aspect we liked about Insider is how it’s extremely effective at boosting user experience. If you’re looking for something along the same lines, then it’s definitely worth a shot!

Took a while to understand how the tool works in terms of updates appearing but once familiar became more intuitive to use

Covid communication and promotional optimisation to help conversion. Not necessarily used it well as an AB tool which I have a strong background in with other tools but have being using it to help us meet sales and communicate to our customers.

The team is always reactive and creative. At the same time, the platform allows me to be autonomous and extremely quick in my actions.

Nothing specific to report - the plateform is easy to use but sometimes support is needed on specific cases, even though the team is always here to help, it may be an issue.
