ASANA Makes Task Easy and Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about ASANA is basically how I can manage my tasks and projects—not only that, but also how I can leave comments or add people if the work is collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the graphics don't look very user-friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way everything is organized and the reminders for tasks have helped foster a proactive attitude among the teams
Asana Makes Ownership and Accountability Effortless.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is helpful when it is beneficial for people to take charge of their responsibilities without needing frequent nudging. The moment an assignment is allocated, it becomes evident to everyone involved, thereby creating accountability. I find myself using Asana to pinpoint any hindrances in the process without having to make specific requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
One significant limitation is that assignments without any deadlines may take longer to be discovered than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Something that really sticks out is how much of a feeling of ownership it creates. People usually update their tasks simply because their status is transparent, not because someone asks them to do so.
Essential Tool for Marketing Project Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana's easy-to-use interface and appreciate that I can access it both in the web browser and on the desktop application. What I like the most is the integration with Claude, which allows me to automate the creation and management of project tasks. This integration helps streamline my workflow as I can run many of my tasks through Asana. It also aids in organizing tasks with specific descriptions, timelines, and priorities, making project management more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some issues when it comes down to bulk selecting. I have found myself having trouble using or maneuvering those functions. But other than that, everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to manage marketing projects, track timelines, and automate task creation and management with Claude integration. It helps me assign timelines, priorities, get updates, and send reminders, solving project tracking issues and keeping me informed about important tasks.

I like the clean interface of Asana because it enables workflows faster and makes it clearer how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the workflow functionality for forms and filling out things is complicated. The advanced workflow features were confusing because the online support had outdated terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for tracking Business KPIs. I like its clean interface because it enables faster workflows and clarifies how things work.
Powerful Project Management with Minor Expense Drawback
What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflows in Asana that are easy to set up. Multinesting is essential for managing tasks effectively. The custom fields are great, and we've found a lot of creative ways to use them, especially with workflows. Workflows automate a lot of handoffs that would otherwise be arduous or inconsistent, like ensuring tasks marked as urgent get immediate attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kinda expensive per seat. It has been an iterative setup process. Without someone who is pretty process-oriented playing system admin it got really messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for project management. The workflows automate handoffs, ensuring urgent tasks get immediate attention. I love the easy setup of workflows, multi-nesting, and custom fields, which offer creative ways to manage work.
Intuitive, Collaborative Project Views—But SSO Login Can Be Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
The different views you can have for a project and the collaborative feel it has. it's quite quick to use and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
SSO is very clunky and not smooth enough for my liking, can get quite frustrating just trying to log in. Little bit more gamification wouldn't go a miss too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping projects on track and keeping the relevant parties accountable for their part in projects.
Simple, Intuitive Experience on PC and Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and intuitive, good experience both on a PC and phone app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I really dislike about it, it serves our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps coordinating projects and meeting deadlines. I manage a global team of engineers across multiple countries and timezones and this helps coordinate those projects.
Easy to Start, Great UX—But Permissions and Account Management Need Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to just get in and start using without onboarding. Widely accessible with a good UX.

The account management and permissions can be difficult to understand

Allows for quick, easy to use workflows for approvals
Organized Projects and Recurring Tasks Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create projects, the recurring tasks, and using it as a way to store/access information in an organized way
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to edit multiple tasks at once - if I duplicate a project and want to update naming convention on each task -it would be great to be able to select and work on multiple tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing reports that have a multiple steps to assemble information, then multiple parts to write, and details that can't be lost to complete them. I have information in one place, can track progress, and don't forget little details because it's all in the template project. It keeps my weekly recurring meetings with students organized and I can easily link to their documents.
User-Friendly Project Management with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana for project management at the office, and I appreciate how it keeps our team on task for big projects by assigning the proper tasks to the right people. I find Asana to be user-friendly, which makes it easy to manage tasks efficiently. The task assignment feature and the ability to reassign tasks stand out as particularly valuable tools that I really enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much other than at times the creation of tasks can seem laborious.

Asana keeps our team on task for big projects and assigns people the proper tasks.
