What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create different projects with different view options. This helps me organize my projects and teams in the best way. I also love all of the colour coding and categorization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many notifications are received by team members from different changes made to tasks, projects, etc. I find there's not enough customizeability around notifications - it seems that you either need to receive all of them or none for the most part. The issue with this is that sometimes notifications are missed or aren't received by team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team organization and collaboration - it's helping me streamline systems and communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to track tasks and projects. I use it daily at work to manage my priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any downsides, it's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good example is my team uses Asana to keep track of all of our end of month tasks. Each task has its user assigned and the due date. It makes it easy to see how we are going with EOM overall.

You will need to spend some time developing but once you're set you can use the template feature.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about the course was the flow of the content. It flowed as if I was entering the information. As I could see the user use the "Add Tasks" and toggle over to Calendar view as If I was checking on a deadline myself and toggle back over to Tasks or go into Portfolio. Especially for this being a brand-new platform for me to start utlizing it already felt like a good fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this time about the actual program. I have yet to start it officially. From exploring it seems fine right now. I have yet to get started so my free 14 day already started just from opening the desktop link. I was not ready when I did. I just wanted it already setup for when I had it scheduled for me to use on 6-1-25.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline tasking, projects etc. Getting away from shared google docs for tasking etc. Being able to share specific projects or task with individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has become essential for my everyday work. It's something that I could see anyone using in any line of work. It gives you an organized space to plan out your days and weeks by keeping track of tasks to do, projects to do, and the little steps along the way. I'm able to create recurring tasks for my days, weeks, or months, so nothing is missed. I can collaborate with my team on tasks or projects, and customize the interface to my liking. It also works seamlessly with some of the most commonly used work applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am not able to see completed tasks in a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me remember recurring tasks I need to complete, daily, weekly, monthly, or even custom time periods. It also makes team collaboration on a project seamless and organized. You can assign tasks to others, and invite them to your projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana can me a centralized location to keep track of my To-Do's and Projects all in one place. I use it DAILY. I also love that with Asana you can cross-communicate across different projects and keep everything centralized. Asana is easy to use and has integrations and features that make doing my job easier. Asana helps me communicate with my team all while keeping the communication records centralized in one place where everyone can find it.

Implementation with Asana was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still do not like how Not User-friendly the Mobile app version is. It works on a basic level (i,e; able to create and manage tasks and project updates on the go). However, I wished that the mobile app version.

I do not like that Customer Service is ONLY via email or the AI Bot on the website - sometimes it is nice to be able to communicate with someone via phone calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana for me and my team (currently) us helping us centralize our projects and tasks and cross-collaborate on them. Prior to my role being created and implemented, this team was struggling with keeping track of their tasks, to-do's, and projects. Asana has helped solve that problem for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how fluid and user friendly it is. It provides lots of options to best organize your work and it is constantly being expanded and built upon. Nice to see a company invest back into itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish seemingly overlooked features were added more quickly, especially ones that are highly voted in the forums. For instance, the ability to use task templates in calendar view. Seems like it would be there no problem, but it's not. Also, the absence of the ability to live edit things (tasks, projects) like other document processing apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used as an all-encompassing tool and holding place for all my company's standard operating procedures and daily work. Before, that work was scattered across many different tools. It's allowing my team to collaborate more efficiently.
