Good task management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Task management and assignment to relevant teams, due dates and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have anything to point out. We make use of it mostly the way it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work remotely and make use of asana to record things we do, put up to other person who need to work next etc. It also helps as a record of what we did on specific task at an earlier point of time. Reduces the need to keep everything in mind and if properly named, is easy to find later and rework / or reallocate
Has saved me hours of time organizing my tasks and delegating to my team
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it very easy for me to see what my team has completed and what still needs to be done. Has streamlined the way I delegate tasks and saved hours of time through recurring tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally my recurring tasks do not duplicate like they are supposed to and if I don't remember that it's something I have to do, it will get missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to remember everything that I need to do for my clients. I can just put everything in Asana as recurring tasks and templates and the automated workflows take care of the rest.
Response times are great, but customer support needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like a quality of asana application that have good response always. The response speed of the entire application is good.
I get the feeling that the developer is excellent.
It's simple, but has the quality of a solid application.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana's sales staff and customer support are the worst. I accidentally clicked on the higher plan contract in the past and was immediately charged, so I immediately asked for a refund, but they didn't give me any refund. It's malicious to not give a refund when you clearly have no intention of using the higher plan, and I think it's terrible that you can be upgraded to a higher plan with just one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a wide range of general task management functions and a fast response time, which I think contributes to ROI.
Blantant malpractice when you downgrade
What do you like best about the product?
It does the job for project management and tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
WHen you try to downgrade, its horrible. They disconnect the whole project and
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management
Useful tool to organise my work
What do you like best about the product?
Is very helpful when im organising my calendar for work I can check the time and even leave notes to remind more things, is very easy to use, and everybody from the company can check common tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I open my account it doesn't show me my profile right away and it shows me another one from other people in the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im terrible organising myself and I have a terrible memory so it helps to remain tasks for the future that I wouldn't remember without Asana
Pretty good but with few limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage, has all task management related integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations like auto numbering etc which is possible in excel are not here .Some basic functionality can be available so we dont think about using excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esy task management instead of traditional excel and have better grip and control of tasks
Flexible use
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Asana is how malleable it is. You can use it for personal and professional like, for example my first experience with it was using the KABANA board method for choosing a new laptop and tech devices (so I could keep track of options and move them to a section to know I've decided on it but waiting for next paycheck/sales/etc and then moving it to bought).
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails could be more helpful, and that may be on me not discovering enough of the features available to update and change preferences, but some of the emails verge on spam with not providing much detail and just saying 'there are updates to several tasks you have access to'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The professional problems that Asana is solving is that it's easy to request production requests from the marketing group, including edm and sms campaign plans or graphics and print.

What do you dislike about the product?
A notable shortcoming of Asana is that it only allows one person to be assigned to a task at a time, which can make collaboration difficult when multiple team members need to work on the same task. This limitation may lead to confusion or extra work when tasks require shared responsibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves several common project management problems, leading to significant benefits:
> Centralizes task management, so all tasks, files, and communications are in one place, reducing confusion and saving time searching through emails or scattered tools.
>Improves team collaboration and communication by allowing real-time updates, comments, and file sharing within tasks, helping everyone stay aligned and reducing miscommunication.
>Increases accountability and clarity by making it easy to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress, so everyone knows their responsibilities and timelines.
>Streamlines workflows with automation and templates, helping teams avoid repetitive manual work and stay organized.
>Provides real-time reporting and progress tracking, making it easier to spot bottlenecks and keep projects on schedule.
These features benefit users by making project management more organized, transparent, and efficient, ultimately saving time and helping teams deliver work faster and with fewer errors

Makes tracking tasks a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
It's convenient to be able to see all the tasks you need to do in one place and so you know what you need to be working on. It's also nice to see others' tasks so you can see how they impact you and how their tasks are impacted by your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently I need to scroll up and down a lot in timeline view to view everything. This takes quite a bit of time and happens every time I leave and come back into timeline view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all tasks organized and keeping on track with everything that is happening. A lot more convenient than using something like Google Calendar.
Seamless Integration with Payroll and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the look and feel of Asana, and the continuing education provided to empower consultants like myself to build realistic project plans for several clients, review previous work and never start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of mine is that I was not familiar with it before. It was not on my radar and doesn't integrate with Microsoft easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to easily track my time towards projects so we can provide realistic quotes at the project or support level. It has a dynamic use to allow you to track, create reoccurring events, and copy paste into it if you have a project plan in another pplace.
